My wife and I decided to take a day for relaxing on the last day of our vacation in Calgary and we are so glad that we stopped at Luna Spa. Such friendly staff and the best relaxation massage with coconuts that we've ever had. Our therapists were wonderful. I highly recommend stopping here! and Enjoy! Note: They decorated our room with rose petals and candles. Our room looked really special.

The best deep tissue massage I have had to date. I could really tell that Luna is passionate about massage and helping people. Everything was clean and comfortable. Through out the massage Luna helped encourage me to breathe deeply when she applied more pressure to tight areas. I could tell right away that Luna is a skilled massage therapist. After the massage I felt relaxed, loose, happy & emotionally, physically as well as spiritually recharged. Her daughter helped me with all of my direct billing and walked me through the paperwork necessary for the massage. She was very kind and helpful. 5/5 will be recommending others.

I have lived in many countries and taken massages everywhere, but I was surprised that the massage at Luna Spa turned out to be the second best. First best in my experience is still reserved for the traditional foot reflexology given in Singapore. Their spa closes at 8 pm, but since I was so exhausted and requested them to consider an exception, they gave me a massage after their office hours. My therapist - Luna, customized the strokes to treat my particular pain points. She added some stretching and cupping too (on her own), to ensure that I felt better. And boy! I slept for 14 hours straight after the therapy. They’ve definitely won me as a regular customer. I highly recommend their services to everyone. Communication is the key to customer satisfaction, so please remember to tel them exactly what you’re looking for.

I have had massages maybe a hundred times in Calgary and all over the world as I travel a lot. None comes even close to the one I had at Luna Spa by the miracle therapist Luna. She is incredible knowledgeable and takes her craft seriously. I had a 90 minute deep tissue with her and it was the best therapeutic massage I've ever had. Luna addressed all my aches and pains ( and I have lots of them, having had chronic pain for years). You can just tell she loves what she does and wants to help her patients. I've had a tight QL muscle for years and none of the previous massage therapists were able to resolve any of that deep-seated pain that comes with that kind of pressure point. Luna specifically spent time making sure to target that hard to reach area, leaving me feeling so much better and almost like a brand new woman. I can't say enough good things about her. Obviously I'll be coming back to see her again.

From out of town visiting Calgary Booked online for a 90 min 1030 am appointment around 7 pm the night before Recieved an auto text about it but no other info. Did not know of that meant it was confirmed or not Showed up paid 4$ for parking only to arrive to a locked door. Tried calling many times no answer. Website looks 10/10 has great reviews but communication is -3/10 :(

I have had several massage's from different places and have never found the quality of a massage like the one Luna offers. What I like best is her way of helping with stretching. I have suffered with really intense pain in the upper neck, arms and shoulders. I came to Luna Massage Clinic the first time unable to raise my arm completely. I left there with more mobility. My following appointments were wow, very impressed. Limbs are feeling great. Viviana and Luna's team are great at what they do and teach at the same time. The RMT had magical hands! I had a lot of knots and muscle soreness in my back and was looking for someone to essentially beat me up and get them all out of me. She wasn't afraid to apply a lot of pressure and it felt deliciously amazing! She then moved through my whole body and I was in heaven.

With her exquisite techniques and expertise she really help me tremendously. The place is always clean and up to date and warm and welcoming. I called in to get more information on the Lymph Drainage Massage.. I started talking to the Therapist (She did not give me her name) and asked questions about the massage, and prices due that the only information on the website was that they provide the massage but there is not prices and it is as an "Add on", so I wanted to know if I have to get a regular massage (Therapeutic) to be able to add on the lymph drainage, and I asked questions to know if my insurance company will cover it... The response that I got from the therapist was (Why are you asking so many questions? with a weird/rude attitude).. then I replied back and they just put me on hold, I started talking to the receptionist again (she was trying to help me out) and she was trying to explain that she couldn't do a pre-determination with my insurance company because they needed more information about me, which is fine, I could have provided that, at the end I told her that I did not like the therapist attitude towards my questions, mostly because those are regular questions that I person would've made... I did not like the therapist tone and question, and the fact that they put me on hold instead of listening to what I had to say, it was rude and unprofessional..
