Nina truly is a miracle worker! As others have said, her technique is unique but extremely effective. If you've never had the "graston technique" done I recommend letting her do it for you. Her knowledge of the body is what I would say sets her apart from others the most. She is great at explaining how the body works, then she'll diagnose your pain areas and customize her technique based on your needs. Her rates are great and she'll actually spend the entire time treating you (probably even go over) unlike other places that use your "talking time" as part of your appointment. Nina is great person, it's super easy to book an appointment, and she is really easy to talk to. I've been to many different massage therapists but from now on I'll be going here every time!

Simplify one thing I just want to feel good and pain go away. I thought I am into another massage when I walk in... well I was so wrong !!! Nina is amazing in analyzing my body pain (she have a drawings on her wall from her happy client say “body master” !! You know when other massage therapists would tell you you didn’t stretch before and after exercise LOL (my case I run marathon). She told me “let me fix your problem” and she delivered 200%. Period. I have been going to see Nina at the LT Therapeutic Massage for a little over a month, for a shoulder injury that I have had since 2012. I haven't been able to do a "pain free" push up in years. . . Since being treated by Nina and her doing the Graston Therapy on my shoulder, I was able to do several push up's the other day with ZERO pain. You really need to just give yourself to Nina, and let her do what she needs to do to make you feel better. The Graston Therapy hurts, but my God does it WORK!! I HIGHLY recommend Nina. She truly is a God send at fixing problems, that no one else could. I will continue my treatments with Nina for the future to come.

I have been going to see Nena at LT massage now for a few months. She is awesome! Great therapist and super knowledgable. She works very hard and wants you fixed! I have been an athlete for my entire life, going for all different types of therapy from Physio to Chiropractic etc... if I would have had a massage therapist with his type of knowledge and work ethic I could have saved thousands of dollars. It's been my experience that most "clinics" rush you in and out tomake as many clients as possible.. spending a few minutes on your issue and then leaving you or hooking you up to a bs machine in order to keep you coming back 20 times... pay attention to how many clients are at your "clinics" pay attention to how much time they actually spend on iou trying to fix your issues...LT Massage is honestly legit, Nena will fix your problems... try it first and if that doesn't work then maybe see chiro or physio. 12 years ago I sprained my neck playing hockey and have had chronic neck pain over the last 6 or 7 years. I've been to some of the best physiotherapists and chiropractors in Calgary and used to get massages on a weekly basis to help temporarily relieve the pain. Nina has helped me more than I could have ever thought was possible and now I only need massages every 6-8 weeks, no longer see any physio or chiro, stopped receiving cortisone shots and feel better than I could have ever imagined. I've probably been to over 100 masseuses in Calgary and Nina is by far the best I've seen. Highly recommend LT Therapeutic to anyone!

Central location and an excellent experience. Nina has mastery over a wide range of massage techniques from traditional to modern. Location is central, prices are affordable, service is superb. You even get a snack at the end! My one critique is that the building itself could use some work, but that doesn't detract from the quality of Nina's practice. Definitely go book an appointment.

I've been seeing Nina since she opened a couple of years ago. She is a delightful and kind soul. I experience that Nina emits a certain energy (chi) into her massages that compliments the recovery and healing of sore and tight muscle. She uses a variety of techniques such as deep tissue, cupping, stretching, and spinal alignment adjustments (using non-invasive gentle methods). Every time I've gone to see her I feel refreshed. I highly recommend that you give her a try.
