Staff is friendly. However I did not like the session with Trent Marchinkow. Usually I feel relaxed after massage. Before massage he check my back and even recognize that I am pregnant. 25 weeks btw!!! Body feel tense(((!

Came here a few times last year, had different registered massage therapists each visit. It seemed some of them are always fully booked. Had one appointment with a chiropractor and she helped me feel a lot better with my pain from posture at work.

My physiotherapist is the best I've ever had. Front staff is friendly and helpful. Direct billing is great and they take WCB clients. Only issue is the high noise level and lack of private rooms. Would love to see Total Therapy move to a bigger office.

I go here for chiro and Carolynne is great! My only complaint is their scheduling system. If I was able to book online and not have to call in to speak with the receptionist it would be better. The clinic is usually busy so having the online system would very efficient.

Have been going to them for a few months now. I have taken Acupuncture, RMT and Physiotherapy from Total Therapy. The results have been great for all of them and have helped me get better from lower back pain. Brianna, Gabriella and Trevor have been great with their sessions and the front desk staff has also been super helpful with setting up appointments and direct billing. Will continue to work with Total therapy team in future

Cameron Lebans is the best RMT I have ever come across. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and skilled which is evident from the long waiting list for his availability. Staff are super friendly and a convenient location next to Metrotown skytrain. Direct billing is also a dream and makes life so much easier.

I am seeing Rajan Cheema for some issues with my knee and shoulder. My ideal physio visit consists of manual therapy for short term relief and prescribed exercises and movement changes for a long term solution. Rajan fits this description quite well. He is also helpful in explaining his vision and game plan for recovery so I am aware of the purpose of each movement.

Consistent. I like that you can go in for a massage with any of their therapist and are not restricted to one. Now a days it's so hard to find slots that work with your schedule and it's much easier having it done this way. I go to both locations as well (north Burnaby and metrotown) so I have more options in terms of availability.

Told my friend her knee was fine and she could play her sport the next day. Physio measured her knee and she didnt have full extension (a tell tale sign something is VERY wrong) tore her ACL and Miniscus the next day and has now been recovering for 2 years + tonnes of money later at a better physio after her surgeries. Never go to a physio place where they see more than one person at a time. In the end it's worth it to pay a bit more at a higher quality 1 on 1 physio clinic. I have been here myself and I tore my leg muscle which was also not treated properly and (as my current physio at a good place told me) AND still have pain to this day. Hope this never happens to anyone else.

I'd like to call Rajan Cheema my magic man because he fixed my lower back pain in just a week. I had a pain in my lower back and went to see Rajan the first time in the clinic. He got my pain point quickly and treated me very effetely. My pain reduced a lot in the first visit and the exercised he tought me is very helpful for pain release. I saw him everything other day, and only after a week, my pain was gone. Rajan is a great physiotherapist.

I found this place by chance as I was staying in a hotel close-by. I was lucky enough to walk in & get an appointment with Rajan Cheema who diagnosed my hip/IT band issue promptly & took the time & care to not only treat the issue, explain the causes & give me ongoing exercises to manage the pain but was also extremely professional & friendly. My only regret is I can’t take him back to Australia with me as my personal physio ! ????

The last place I went to made me worse. So I came in last fall barely able to move my neck or be touched and suffering from chronic headaches. I have been going to see Julie for months now and can say that I actually have some headache free time each day now. Julie also introduced me to physio with Ashley. Ashley did great things for me and I now stand straighter and have strengthened my neck muscles. I am so very pleased with my progress and will continue to go there. I highly recommend them.

Been going for over a year now, Caroline (Chiropractor), Cody & Trent (RMT) have been amazing. With their treatment and guidance my posture and health has significantly improved. They understand your needs very well and are super professional. I'd give 6 stars if possible for Cody and Trent's music taste, sometimes I'll walk out with old throwbacks or new music to download on top of my back feeling better. Always a pleasure and recommend Total Therapy highly!

Cameron was amazing. I had specific back pain and wrist pain. He was able to target them, find where the injury was and treat it perfectly. He also empowered me by educateding me about the injury and body parts (muscles, tendons etc.) and showing me some great stretches and other healing techniques like epsom salt bath and hot / cold immersion. It was a great experience and I recieved alot of value.

I have been going to Rajan for the past few months, and I must say that he puts in 100% effort every time I go see him. My recovery has been excellent; I can see progress from week to week by consistently doing the exercises prescribed by Raj. On top of the exercise, he uses a variety of manual therapy techniques to help me move and feel better. Raj approached my issue from multiple angles and came up with solutions for optimal results. He always takes the time every visit to listen and learn about my progress to ensure that our session is productive. Highly recommended.

When it comes to patient care and treatment plans, the team of therapists at Total Therapy excel! I saw Trevor (physio) after an MVA in which I sustained a concussion. Trevor is honest, sincere and thorough. After fact finding, he came up with a treatment plan, which included exercises to support physio through the rehabilitation process. When my girlfriend started 2 months ago I told them I think she has a thoracic spine injury, and they denied that and blamed other things, just recently they finally admitted that she probably has a thoracic injury.

The entire group there at Metrotown total therapy is absolutely amazing. Meghan made my day with such a beautiful greeting the other day I walked in. I booked my Initial Physio Treatment with Mark on Oct 20th at 7am. I arrived a few minutes earlier. I sat in the waiting area until 7:14 am since Mark told me that he was a bit behind. I was let go at 8 am sharp and got charged for full 60 min at $105.

I highly recommend this clinic. Trevor, my physio therapists is one of the best. He is knowledgeable and has patience in working with me to help me with my pains. It's more manageable now with some of the exercises he's taught me. The staff here at this clinic are caring, friendly, helpful, and they are fast at dealing with ICBC. The clinic is very clean which is important to me. I believe the management here is professional and excellent, hence such an efficient team.

I recently had thyroid removal surgery on the left side of my neck and was in excruciating pain. My shoulders were up to my ears with no movement in my neck, I was at a loss since my painkillers were not helping much. I was looking for an alternative from pain relief and was recommended to have acupuncture. I booked with Gabrielle and she was AMAZING! She was so kind, gentle and knowledgeable. With my first treatment I was able to finally look side to side, my shoulders dropped and I was able to get a great nights sleep! Now four weeks post op and continue my bookings, I am now getting my husband to see her too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

I went to Total Therapy today, because of serious cramping lower back pain. I've never had massage therapy until today. My MD recommended it. Cody Wilson worked on my back for about an hour (I think). Much improved now, but still need to do some exercises and wait for my body to heal from the days of pain.

Recently had a shoulder injury where it was severe enough that I couldn't move my arm on its own. I booked an appointment and met with Rajan who is a very friendly and knowledgable physiotherapist. He did a great job examining the extent of my injury to narrow down the actual cause. His hands on treatment and strengthening exercise techniques helped speed up my recovery. He provided a custom program for the following week after each visit and I was amazed at the recovery speed. I went back on the tennis courts soon after and was back to almost 100%. Highly recommended!

Booked an appointment with them, then i was told to see the guy located in North Van location, then came all the way from Coquitlam to beat the traffic and get there on time on that day. The front desk girl told me there is no person by that name there. The person i am suppose to meet is in another location. Guess who is never going to go there for any treatment anymore.
