I've been visiting this clinic for just over a year now. Their booking system online is very easy to use. If you prefer to call, their receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The clinic is always clean, bright, and inviting. I've been to MANY treatment clinics and this one is one of the best I've been to.

Frank is an amazing RMT. I've been to several over the years and none of them can compare to how in-tune he is with the body. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone although that might mean it will be harder to get appointments ;)

Clean and cute little office. I have only seen one RMT: Moe Murrard, would 10/10 recommend. Moe is very educated and ensures you are comfortable and ok with every step during your massage. He has helped my neck and shoulders more than chiro and physio.

Mo really knows his anatomy. I will go in there for a particular issue and he would work on a part of the body that is connected to it via myofascial meridians in the body. Instead of just directly working on exactly where the issue was, he would release the issue by working upstream by having a very clear understanding of the meridians and the relationships between different groups of muscles and different adhesions. You can also give good homework exercises that give the relief much more longevity thereby increasing the value of the treatment. The clinic is clean, you get your full hour, I can't say much more about it. This place is great

It's a love hate relationship with therapy and deep tissue LOL. But without Moe I wouldn't able to walk without limping or be able to move in general. DUDE IS A MAGICIAN. He is super professional, extremely knowledgeable and makes sure you know what he needs to do and why. I've been to see many sports therapists and all other types of drs/therapist and Moe is by far the best I've had the pleasure of seeing over the last 20 years and numerous injuries, car accidents etc. Highly recommend him if you have any issues that need to be worked out. Also the office is in a great location, everything is very comfortable and relaxed. And everything is very clean and orderly and modern looking. The front staff is amazing and welcoming. Over all a great place to go.

Great service and location. Office is nice and centrally located on Hastings. A lot of street parking is available. Treatment is even better, Mo is great at his job and takes his time to understand his patients ailments and treats them accordingly. No wonder he is recommended and asked for by name. I will be coming back again and again. Definitely worth checking out if you need treatment. The clinic has two locations one in Burnaby and the other in Vancouver. They have several RMT's and offer a variety of other treatments for injuries, pain and rehab. Worth giving 5 stars all day.

I was searching for a new therapist for years after mine moved away. I came in for my first session with Moe and I knew I found my new therapist! I have NEVER had a treatment like that before! All I can say is that it was unreal!!!!! He was fixing things I didnt realize needed fixing and helping me learn and understand how the mechanics of my body work. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and really personable. I highly highly recommend him.!!!

I have worked with many other acupuncturists, however have found the right fit. Daniel is knowledgeable, takes the time to understand the problem and then finds the best solution. professional service, got deep tissue mssg by Kevin. Great massage, with great advises. Though I wish they would have gove me more time after the massage to emerge, felt rushed. as well room could use some warmer atmosphere.

I have been a weekly client at Mainland Burnaby since it's opening. The clinic is clean, modern and relaxing. Frank is an amazing massage therapist and cares about the community. I have been a regular client with both Frank and Katie and I highly recommend both of them. There is lots of free parking around the clinic. Good massage but the clinic rooms walls are very thin and the space is small so it only takes one talkative person to disruptive your service. It seems that the clients and therapist promote this as it happened the whole time. Not very relaxing. Maybe play light music or something or post 'please be quiet' signs? Will try a different location.

I started going here last fall as it is close to my place. Very nice clean location. I have been seeing Kevin. I work from home and also study after work, so I have been having bad neck/back pain. I have had a painful knot in my middle back for a few weeks now and he almost completely fixed it yesterday! I am so happy. 10/10 would recommend.

Came in for a massage, as my lower back was starting to really hurt due to working from home for the past 4 months. I had two appointments with Moe and he did a great job fixing the issue, almost immediately and also gave me exercises to do to ensure this does not happen again. Highly recommend.
