They are the best team, RMT & acupuncture & reception. They have very flexible hours, open 7 days a week and ++ even direct bills (your insurance Co.). My reminders and shortlist notifications are done via text, it's super convenient. There is even free underground parking, and located right across Metrotown, very accessible. They have helped me a lot through my knee injury, and still an supporting me. I got multiple times a week. You should try them.

Im surprised by their service. The store was not that big, but within a freshh wormwood smells, things are organized. I went skiing on Tuesday this week. But I’m not a sports person. Afterward I felt sore all over and could not even lift my feet up the stairs. Today, I made an appointment with a friend to go there for a massage. My legs seemed to be survived from the pain. The prices is good and the service is very good, so you may have to wait in line for a long time without an appointment. It's a great place to relax. Yes for sure, I would definitely comeback❤️❤️????????????.

Atsuko is my RMT and she is so good on what she does. She will target your problem areas and it is not the same type of massage every visit depending on my concern. A visit to the clinic sure makes me feel relaxed.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife who just had a terrible experience here. Starting off, my wife is 7 months pregnant, and mentioned this to the massage place TWICE, on two different occasions ( see picture attached). She mentioned she would need a pregnancy pillow to lay down, and got confirmation by two different people that they do have this here. We'll, turns out they lied and they don't have such a thing. Her first actual red flag from this place was when she arrived, they asked her to pay the entire amount first, before she had any treatment, no other place does this. The worst part is that the manager, Joe, lied about the bed/pillow for pregnant women. So if you are coming here for massage for the first time, pregnant or not, perhaps try another place first, this place only wants your insurance money.

I have been going to Body & Soul wellness centre as well as the Panda Clinic for what seems to be close to a year now. Definitely a place you must visit if you require acupuncture or a registered massage. The staff here is not only very friendly, accommodating, and approachable; but knowledgeable and very professional. You will leave feeling invigorated and renewed, a definite visit is required if you face stress or body pain and would like to relieve it. A must visit if you require any of their services. My preference is this location due to the bigger rooms, although the Queensborough location is great as well.

I’ve been to many rmt and also own a spa before.The appointment is very easy too book online and the staff are very friendly, professional and well train. The front desk Isabel is very helpful and always have a happy smile . Free parking and direct billing is a great plus . Highly recommend , location is great across from metrotown mall .

6 months ago, elma wang gave me a massage,but she scratched my face on both cheeks, which is a tiny long line.Actually, I didn’t feel the pain and know the scar until my friend told me 15 minutes later after I left the clinic . The Next day ,the two scars are almost gone and only a little scratch left .I thought it will recover,but I was wrong! Now,The little scar is still there and I think it’s permanent. If she doesn’t like me, she should refuse me the service and told me straight forward. But this kind of action is crazy！Where is the moral bottom line? Her backstab action is zero tolerance and I feel she is dangerous!

Great staff and services! I have always enjoyed coming to this place for massage as they really tailor the session to your needs. Some RMTs are more popular than others so the only downside is you have to book well in advance if you want the good RMTs!

The RMT Chinese lady is not worth the money. She just puts oil and just strokes it, even though it's deep tissue. I told her I'd like more pressure and where I felt tense and she would work on them for a few minutes and go back her stroking which is even weaker than the most gentle massage. And if you go 6 times, the 7th time is free, but they don't offer RMT, just acupuncture or fire cupping, where a young lady with a short, tight dress and pump comes in and puts 6 cups on your back and asks you string of personal questions (where I work, how much I make, what are my benefits, etc). Typical Chinese inexperienced, unprofessional business.

Edit to include response to business: yes, I booked under a different name and yes, I have already messaged you over a week ago with the same concern but received no reply. I've seen three of the current acupressure therapists at this location. Two of them actually do acupressure for the entire 60m appointment, so I decided to try a third therapist, E. E was late 5 minutes, ended 5 minutes early, and then spent another 5 minutes convincing me to do needles and cupping. I politely declined saying I don't want any pain, but she insisted. I told her my health condition, then she finally said ok no needles, but gentle cupping. I still said no, don't really want to try, and she said it's easier to do "tuina" after. In hindsight, I should've stuck up for myself and refused entirely. Then the bulk of the treatment, maybe 30 minutes, was cupping. And at most, 10 minutes of massage. Yet they charge $145 for acupressure and only $60 for cupping. I felt cheated of my acupressure appointment.

Worst massage I ever had.. Tried with different MRT in the same office - better, but still worse than any previous experience. On top of that they said they can't charge directly from insurance and I paid from my pocket, but when I tried to add a claim myself, guess what?! Insurance paid them already! So they've got double paid and refused to return my payment. Had to spend hours to get Partial refund. Be cautious! I will never go back. If you have a problem contact the owner, she cares.

This was my first time at the massage clinic. I had a fairly horrible experience. Positive comments I can mention is that it is they do direct billing, and work on Sundays. That's about it. The rooms were way too bright to provide any level of relaxation when it's sunny. There are blinds, but they do not filter the sunlight at all. Next, the RMT had poor bedside manner. She barely touched my shoulder, said it was too tight, and recommended me to do acupuncture even though that was not what I came for. I thought I would give it a shot, since I never tried it before and boy was it painful. I don't think she had very much experience. 3 days later and I can still feel pain where the needles were. My appointment was an hour long and it seemed like it was her way of cutting down on her work time. This was more evident when my appointment was ended early by 15 minutes! But I was kind of grateful because she didn't even massage that well. Her hair was LONG and she did not tie it back, so her hair kept brushing up against me. She was rough and kept banging her elbows, wrists, or whatever else against my head when she slipped on the oil on my back - didn't even apologize. Seriously?! Then when she got me to roll over onto my back, she didn't even drape me properly! She just used my shirt and threw it on top of my chest. She didn't even ask if she could do that. I do NOT recommend this business at all. They do not follow the ideals of western RMT.

The place is clean and all the staff are very respectful. The message therapists are quite knowledgeable and friendly. It's near Metrotown so it's only about 15 minutes walk from the SkyTrain. They also have free underground parking. Highly recommended!

The front desk made mistake on my first appointment...suppose to be facial Accupuncture but had me in for regular Accupuncture. First time was fine, I accepted the mistake but on the second time , I was lead to think it was a two hour facial appointment but when done at 70min I was rushed out of the room for the next client to come in. I was then told no such thing as 2H appointment. What? You rebook me for it and to tell me that there’s no such thing????Its So misleading. The front desk person was clueless and said she didn’t know there was such thing as facial Accupuncture. I don’t expect the front desk person to know the science behind it but at least be aware what is going on with your job. When my session was done, my face was left feeling so dry instead of supple and moist. I was feeling so frustrated and have never experienced this with any of my therapists. No one wanted to hear me nor take my questions. Accupuncturist had to be with her next client was her concern. I was also not given the Accupuncture’s registration number on my receipt so that I can hand in the claim myself. ( I can get points for my visa bill if I have it charged rather the automatic pay ) They had a hard time understanding what I was asking for - the Registrstion number!!!!For Pete’s sake. They can ask for my information yet when I ask one thing for them that is so simple and a daily basis they said computer problems. I have never been so disappointed and that this my first time submitting a complaint.

Luckily, found the walk-in spot today. Called to try if they accepting walk-in earlier this morning, the lady who answering phone suggested checking online frequently, no spot available that moment. First thought, they just too busy maybe next time, but after several tries, one spot did appeared like magic. Very nice clinic just next to the bay, they have free parking but too rush to visit, parked on mall parking. They do direct billing just bring the card or take the picture, they will take care everything, which is nice. Definitely recommend!

It’s a very good clinic, the environment is very clean and the staffs are friendly & helpful. They provide a full range of services, so that I can always find one suits my current needs. The therapists always assist me with my muscle stress and teach me recovery tips afterwards as well. I had my first ever acupuncture treatment with Meichia Wang and she was patiently listen to what I have to say about the problem I was having regarding the pain I was suffering on my shoulder's. I've never felt so much better after the treatment and I wouldn't hesitate to go back and see her or any other members. Definitely reccomend body & soul wellness for any sort of treatment they have to offer.
