I've been seeing Adrienne for years, and she is LIFE. By far the best and most knowledgable RMT I've had. I see her monthly, each time focussing on whatever random physical abuse I've put myself through during my training. She knows exactly what I'll need, regardless of what I bring to the table. BONUS POINTS: for having literally the best memory of any human being I know. She remembers every conversation we've had, and genuinely cares about her patient's wellbeing. Book her now, but leave some availability for the rest of us!

I travel all the way from Surrey to see Adrienne! Very personable and the massage is excellent. She can provide intense pressure if needed. Just let her know where it hurts and how much pressure you want and she can cater to your needs.

I injured my lower back at work and was granted permission by Worksafe B.C to receive massage therapy. Finding a massage therapist who would accept me as a Worksafe patient proved problematic and so I chose a different route using my work insurance. A&G were able to bill them directly and give me a receipt for the remainder of the cost, which Worksafe say they will cover for the first 12 visits. I had now received 7 treatments over the last month from both Gizelle and Adrienne and have been amazed at how this has aided my recovery. Both are very knowledgeable and are able to pinpoint the exact areas that are causing me pain whilst providing additional advice with regards stretches I can do at home. I consider myself very fortunate to have discovered them and that I live only a five minute walk away . My only regret is that I hadn't discovered them sooner!!

3 RMT's prior to finding (Gizelle) I thought "why do these fancy massages cost so much?!?" Now I think "Why has everyone else been so bad at their job..." If you're looking for professional / quality registered massage therapy visit this clinic! I've had problems with my cervical spine for many many years and suffer from a plethora of symptoms cause. In one session Gizelle was able to diagnose and treat my problems immediately resulting in more energy and better sleep. I have been a client of Gizelle's for a couple of years now, and was thrilled when she told me that she would be opening up her own clinic. Gizelle always starts off the appointment by asking questions that pinpoint exactly where any pain or tension is- and I always leave feeling better. Recently, I was always having a lot of tension and migraines after I would go running- Gizelle helped pinpoint this to tension in my ribs, due to my lungs moving and breathing as I ran. This is something I never would have thought of, and after a few sessions working in that area, my headaches post-run have yet to re-appear.
