This place probably caters to really old retired people who have a lot of time on their hands. You book two months in advance, their website send you junk email confirming appointment like a week before appointment. Then you get another email confirming the appointment on the day of the appointment. Then the RMT harasses you with email to try to change the time. If you don't comply, they cancel appointment with excuses like "family emergency". Last time I checked, walking your dog isn't an emergency. The cancellation rate is 60%, and they always cancel last minute, a couple of hours before the appointment. What's the point of wasting so much time if you can't stay an extra hour to honor an appointment. This is bullcrap.

I've been coming to this clinic to see Dr. Clive for a few months now and have always had a positive and professional experience. In fact, I drive all the way from Etobicoke so you know it's worth it. I never had an issue booking appointments online or in person, and appreciate the appointment reminder emails. The front desk staff are always kind and courteous, and I've always been seen on time or within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment.
