Tara is amazing! She is very professional, always checking that the pressure is ok and a very relaxing atmosphere. I always leave feeling 100 times better then when I walked in. The online booking makes it easy for me to book appointments from anywhere anytime. Tara also treats my 3 kids...I didn't realize the importance of regular massage for young athletes until I met her.

I have been going to Tara for a few years now, almost 5 years. She is a really good massage therapist. I have been going to several massage therapists and none of them are able to go the pressure I want. Tara is always consistent and makes sure that the pressure is okay throughout the whole appointment. I have brought a few people and they all loved it! Definitely worth going.

I woke up with horrible pain in my neck and shoulder and was desperate for relief. Tara fit me into her schedule and I was so thankful. The experience was a bit painful but in a good way. The next day my pain was reduced to just a bit of stiffness remedied by the stretches she gave me to do. Very professional and extremely clean set up. Can’t wait to go back again!

Unbelievable experience! I was in motor vehicle accident and had been left in pretty bad shape. Tara listened, asked all the right questions and was helpful in answering all of my concerns. I started treatments with Tara, needless to say within the first month I already felt a difference. Super welcoming, communicative and present with each client. I’m an avid exerciser- running, kickboxing, weight training and HIIT training are all activities I do throughout the week.
