After dealing with a pulled neck & shoulder from poor sleeping, and wrongly assuming it would get better on it's own, I decided I needed to see a physiotherapist for treatment. I visited Plainsview Physio Clinic for a lingering ankle pain. The lead physio Neha and Associate physio Iqra were spot on with their diagnosis and treatment. In midst of a hectic work schedule they were accommodating with the appointments and changes over a period of month. I have recovered well since and would surely like to credit these two ladies. Overall, I'm satisfied with the professional yet friendly service and would certainly recommend Plainsview Physio Clinic.

My wife Barb dragged me to a free physio assessment for back pain at Plainsview Physio. Since I have had back & other joint pain for many years (30+) and have tried many pain treatment modalities (chiropractic, accupuncture and even schlerotherapy for back pain), I was skeptical of PT treatment. Upon a short demonstration of how my back flexion could be (and was) improved, I was beginning to be glad that I had attended this free group assessment. I have now attended twice weekly "adjustments" under the personal care of Avi Singh for about 7-8 weeks. My sessions with Avi are usually about 30-40 minutes of very specific physio for my particular condition. Avi is great at listening and responding to my requests. He is as friendly as a person could be and he is very innovative in treating his patients. IF YOU ARE STILL READING .. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Avi & Plainsview PT - it is highly professional and yet very non-threatening. You will NOT be disappointed if you visit them ! Bill Phoenix

In a very short time my range of movement was restored and my pain was .... GONE!! Very pleased with the treatment and care received at Plainsview Physio. I had a knee injury and was in a lot of pain. Neha created the perfect treatment plan. Neha and her associate Iqra were careful and gentle especially when I went to the clinic in pain. I was very pleased by the treatment I received from Yagni Patel at Plainsview Physiotherapy for lower back problems I have experienced intermittently over the years, in part due to working at a computer for many years. More important than the treatment itself were the stretching exercises I learned in order to strengthen this region of my body and hopefully avoid future issues. I also had many misconceptions about the cause of lower back problems and how to correct my poor posture, so the education provided was invaluable. Yagni and the team there are very personable and make you feel at home, so I would highly recommend them.
