Easy online booking....but was extremely disappointed to have driven 30mins to be notified 15mins before my appointment that it was cancelled due to personal issues .....more notice and a personal phone call would have been greatly appreciated.

I got a 30 minute massage from Jen and it was great from start to finish!! The clinic is very clean and decorated nicely. The rooms are nice and zen feeling. Jen herself is very knowledgeable when it comes to the human body. She’s got a nice firm pressure and the 10 years of practice she’s had is very evident in her treatment. She wants the best for her clients and wants to help them meet their potential (Hence the name of the company Meet Your Potential ;)). 10/10 would recommend!!!

I have been relying on massage therapy to keep muscle tension headaches under control for years and am really happy with finding such a great massage therapist so close to where I now live. Jen is great at working out my back, neck and has been fantastic at recommending new options to help. For some reason, it hadn't occured to me to try massage therapy and cupping to get on top of annoying shin split pain but it's really helping! Jen is a gem and I highly recommend her treatments.

Jennifer is fantastic, so friendly and knowledgeable. I left feeling two inches taller, and with great tips for stretching my tight spots and making my workspace more ergonomic. This was definitely one of the best relaxation massages I've had, deep and thorough. The facility is in a corporate mall (I can't figure out how else to describe it) but once inside, the space is spotless, beautiful, modern, and newly renovated. It's evident Jennifer cares about her clients beyond growing the business, and is as chatty as you like during treatment. I'll definitely be back!

I was unable run anymore, which is something I love to do, due to chronic & severe shin splints (tried good shoes, socks, stretching, etc), which is when I tried MYP Therapy. After a couple appointments I noticed a significant improvement and now I can maintain this improvement and do the sports I love. MYP Therapy also taught me in a supportive way how to take better care of my legs so I don't revert back to life in pain. Thanks so much!

I can't rave more about Jennifer- I also can't thank her enough. I've been having chronic migraine for nearly two years. My doctor, neurologist, optometrist AND previous massage therapist all believed it was external factors causing my migraines and I've had to eliminate a lot of things from my diet and take a huge amount of expensive medications with little luck. Within the first 20 minutes I saw Jen, she told me that extremely tight muscles in my neck were likely part of the story and she recommended I get some x-rays of my neck. I was able to get x-rays to confirm that the cervical lordosis in my neck is flattened which causes chronic muscle spasm at the base of the skull & migraine. Jen tells it to you straight and after two years of suffering and improper health care, it was such a relief to feel like someone was on my team. Better yet, Jen doesn't simply help relieve pain with her massages, but she also makes sure you have exercises and stretches you can do to help your condition. Meeting Jen has been life-changing. I still have a long way to go as this is no quick fix, but finally having a reason and a plan is invaluable when you've been suffering so long.

Jennifer is an amazing massage therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and she does everything in her power to help you fix your physical pains and problems. She also applies the perfect amount of pressure, not too hard that you are in pain but not too soft that you can hardly feel anything, which is hard to find in a RMT!

I cannot say enough positive things about MYP. I saw Jennifer for a 1 hour massage for issues i've been having with my low back, neck, and legs. Her techniques, which included cupping, loosened areas that were very sore and tight, and I now have increased range of motion, pain relief, and for once, slept like a baby. She also provided some techniques of stretches to try and home to loosen prior to the next treatment. I can't wait for my next massage!

MYP Massage Therapy is great independently owned clinic; very welcoming and comfortable. Jennifer the owner and massage therapist has a true desire to help people feel better. I have only been for therapeutic deep tissue massages, these are sometimes hard to find at larger chain clinics. On my second visit following my massage she took the time to show me some at home exercises that could help strengthen the areas that she noticed were tense. I would highly recommend the clinic.

I just recently started going to see Jennifer and she is an amazing massage therapist. She is very accommodating to your schedule and your needs. I am 8 months pregnant and went in for a prenatal massage. She has the BEST Pregnancy pillow for a massage. It is so nice to be able to get a real massage laying on your stomach when your belly is sooo big!! I can't praise her enough on how well she has worked out all my pregnancy aches and pains. Not to mention she is just so cheerful and positive, nice energy to be around. If you are pregnant (or not) i would definitely suggest going to see her right away!!
