Massage therapists here are totally not friendly, and they want you out of there as quickly as possible. My masseuse even showed up 5 mins late and stopped it 2 minutes early. Massages aren't great either, not enough silence in the room (you can hear outside) and not enough power on the muscles.

I told her I just needed to relax, but continued to talk and tell me how much work it will be when my new baby is born, complain about politics and asked me questions about every one of my tattoos. It was not the relaxing experience I was looking for, I speak with people all day in my profession... I was hoping for a break, but didn’t get one.

Jarek is Amazing! For anyone who may be apprehensive to have a male RMT don't be. I suffer from chronic pain and have for 30 years now. Jarek has a wonderful and different approach to treatment than I have ever had in the past! He is very knowledgeable and is super friendly. You can tell he has a genuine interest in helping you feel better. Jarek is always happy to answer all your questions or give you silence if that's what you need. He has really good choice in music too. I highly recommend you treat yourself to a treatment from Jarek, you will be happy you did.

I have been a client for many years. I take a break from them as their lack of bookings and lack of direct billing wasn't convenient. I returned once they fixed these issues. Well, somewhat fixed. I was told that they direct bill for osteopathy- no they don't. Fine, just mildly inconvenient. Front desk staff is hit or miss but again not a big problem. I've had my appointments cut short as well more than once, despite being on time. I don't want to make a fuss so I let it go. But the final straw.. I work a stressful and often unpredictable job that I can't just leave whenever I please (health care). Despite that, I have never cancelled same day or been a no show. The first time I had to cancel within the 24 hrs of an appointment was due to being stuck at work. I call and apologize and ask to re-book to another day. "Sure, that will be $45 cancellation fee". I completely understand that they can't do business by letting people cancel or no show consequence free, however many similar businesses allow one penalty free cancellation (if you re-book) if you continue to cancel sure, you're getting a bill. I said to just send me the bill and don't worry about the re-booking. There is a fine line between protecting your business and alienating clients.

Denise manages the business very well. I've never had a bad experience here. If I were to suggest anything, it would be for Denise to put the therapist on a biweekly on-call/walk-in schedule, to ensure if therapists had to call in sick, customers are not affected. Many of us have very tight schedules, and rescheduling due to a therapist cancelation is often tricky...which ultimately results in the clients not receiving the service they need. Having someone each day to take on walk-ins can greatly minimize the risk of cancellation and rescheduling. If all therapists show up to work, then the walk-in person can do just that--take walk-in clients, which also opens a new pool of business opportunities for the clinic. win-win.

Update: Still amazing as ever! Cannot recommend this clinic enough! Previously: Amazing, amazing place of healing -- with an equally professional staff. The owner is very lovely and hands-on. Reception is beyond friendly. (Followed my physiotherapist out here years ago and couldn't be happier!) Clean, modern, well-appointed facilities. They offer many other services besides physio too, such as therapeutic massage, osteopathy, and reflexology. Their online booking is SO convenient, and they've recently upgraded to a new system -- with improved functionality and features, such as paperless (email) receipts. Some parking across the front of the clinic -- more spaces available in the adjacent parking lot. Yoga classes frequently on offer. Annually award-winning clinic and practitioners!

Professional, immaculately clean-yet-inviting studio-clinic, with a large staff of qualified, talented female and male RMTs. Offers a variety of additional programming and classes for a variety of demographics (e.g Yoga, Lamaze classes) Direct billing to 3rd party insurance carriers at reasonable price points. Book in advance through online portal. Go treat yoself.

Not very happy with the massage there. They only gave me a 50 minute massage and made me pay the full one hour rate. I even came in ten minutes early like they asked to fill out the forms since it was my first time there. I am used to getting 60 minutes of massage when i pay for 60 minutes. Its costs 90$ which is high and should at least be the full time. Although the massage was good , staff was friendly , and place was somewhat clean( other then the toe nail i found in my slipper) it would have got a 4 or 5 star lf not for this problem. I will not go back.

In 2021 our family had decided to return to RMT after a lengthy disruption due to covid 19 interruptions. We were very happy with the therapists but disappointed with the book keeping and the paper trail from reception. I had booked my first appointment for mid October. Office called 2 hours before the appointment to cancel the appointment due to a family emergency. Totally understand. Clinic offered no additional credit for lastminute cancelation. Again, I get family. The rest of the appoinents were smooth with no issue. Prior to your appointment You will receive a notice 24hrs prior as well as a text message 3 hrs before. I had an appointment on December 18th 2021. Clinic provided no advance reminder or text. These folks had no problem billing me for the missed appointment. Funny how when I miss the appointment I get billed When they canceled on me with 2hrs notice no credit or compensation. Furthermore I had grieved my issue through the Contact US section on their site. No one contacted me to resolve this problem. I guess they figure ignore the client and the problem goes away. As a result I will never return to these ????. Kind of a shame because the RMT were decent. Again will not return in 2022.

They are a rehab centre . I booked an appointment for my husband with mobility issues and uses a wheelchair. I asked when I set up the appt if their office was wheelchair accessible. It isn’t. If you are an individual who uses a wheelchair this isn’t the place to go. There is no front entrance for a wheelchair if the parking spot is taken, and going through the back of the centre has large , cumbersome thresholds that are too high for a wheelchair to cross without difficulties. Also there is no auto door function. We will be finding another centre for my husband.

I decided to get a second opinion, On my initial appointment with Therapist Nadia Colantonio she diagnosed my condition as Vestibular Neuritis. Nadia designed a program which I followed every day and three weeks and three visits later, I am now able to walk again and have regained my full balance for the most part. Great job Nadia!
