This place is absolutely phenomenal! I started seeing Laura smith with my last pregnancy in 2016 and have been seeing her monthly ever since! I always feel better after seeing her. It is also very easy to book online with anyone in the practice and the facility is extremely clean. I also see Caroline Kupka an amazing osteo and have received emergency services from Adam Houston who is also amazing! My 3 year old daughter and my partner also visit Caroline and they absolutely love her. So many great people!!! Highly recommended by me!

Leah Rosso is a great R.M.T. The best I have seen. I trust her to fix almost any musculoskeletal issue I have. I'm a Chiropractor myself and have some high standards! :). If you are an athlete she understands the athletic body and mind and can help you get through your injuries while giving advice on return to play.

Most of my experience with Burlington Proactive Wellness has been with Caroline Kupka; our osteopath. I first met Caroline when she was the 'fill in' osteopath for another osteopath. I liked the way that Caroline took care of me so much that I followed her when she moved her practice to Burlington Proactive Wellness. I also introduced my wife to Caroline and Caroline also provides excellent osteopath treatment for my wife as well. Both of us look forward to the time when Caroline will be able to provide the same excellent treatment that she had provided before the pandemic lockdown.

An MRI revealed herniated disks that caused debilitating back and leg pain. While medication alleviated some of the pain, I sought out treatment from Caroline Kupka, an Osteopath at Burlington Proactive Wellness. This was with the permission of my Family Doctor. Within a few treatments I was able to find relief from the pain and began to function normally again. It was she who discontinued the treatments, advising that she felt that I had progressed to the point of not requiring them. She was so right. My Doctor was also pleased with my progress. Caroline was very accommodating to my needs, personable and very professional in her approach.
