Great service and massage. I enjoyed the overall experience. You do have to pay a little extra for the receipt (insurance purposes) but overall price was superior compared to other businesses.

Not impressed booked an appointment, turned up on time, was left waiting in a treatment room for 25 mins before the receptionist who whilst friendly and happy was unable to successfully communicate in English and had to call the owner on the phone who proceeded to tell me that the RMT is double booked. I explained that I had been left waiting in the room for 20 mins and that somebody should have called me to cancel or provide me with an opportunity to reschedule. Whilst I was offered an apology and discount on future services I will not be returning and the owner was agreeable to my sentiment. Disappointed with the professionalism and as a first time client I will not be returning unfortunately. I was hoping this would be my place for future RMT services but alas it is not. Hope this feedback is taken to improve for future potential clientele!

Loved my first massage with Tina! The entire experience was AMAZING! Relaxed environment, easy booking / intake / checkout. Hot towels and complimentary water bottle were appreciated. Since the space is small, I did find that the noise outside the room was distracting (ie phone ringing, people talking), but it was minimal. I'll definitely be back! ☺️

At first I was a bit skeptical about the venue , however once I arrived inside the place was very cozy and cute ! For a one hour masssge at 65 bucks , you cannot go wrong . Chloe is the RMT there and she’s great ! All of my pain was immediately gone . This is not one of those places like a hotel spa , it’s very straight to the point in terms of deep tissue massage therapy . They won’t light you candles and cushion you with robes , however the treatment is still great, the venue is clean , the staff Is professional and it serves the purpose .

Emotional Release 10/10 Yi is amazing and I highly recommend her. I titled this review as emotional release, because I know when I get a good message and feel release of emotions after wards- it means the healing took place mentally and emotionally not only physically. I could feel a release of negative energy and toxins from my body. well all hold on to stress, worry what ever is going on with our lives & our body locks all that in and some people possess that healing touch that goes beyond the physical and help you release it all and start over.. Yi has it. I'm so glad I met her. She was courteous, professional and accommodating. 5 stars

I found this spa on google and thought I would give a shot as it is around the corner from my house. My RMT appointment was scheduled over a week in advanced, however seemed to cause some confusion when I showed up. After being led into a room for my massage, I was left laying on the table for over 15 minutes before my therapist emerged. During my massage, the therapist would leave the room every time the front door opened, which was very evident by the loud jingles attached to it. This happened at least 3 times. The kicker was when my therapist left with about 10 minutes left in my massage and a new therapist (with cold hands) showed up. In general, it was a less than enjoyable experience and I will not be returning to this spa again.

Had my first massageat Blue Rain yesterday with Yi Dong who was great! She did a great job focusing on my knots and tension. The establishment is very clean and they have both hand sanitizer and masks available at the entrance as well as take your temperature prior to your service. They also have extended hours compared to other places so it was great to be able to schedule a massage later in the evening. Looking forward to my next visit!

I have been looking for good massage or spa in burlington, i think i finally found the perfect spa to relax or relieve from the pain. I had gone to many spa's in burlington in the last 2 years but so far i have found that Blue rain is the best spa in burlington. Thanks to Lulan and chloe especially for terrific massage given in the past, they understand the customer issue and massage accordingly. No rush, your money is valued here. Insurance receipt also provided which suits for me. It is clean and affordable with well trained staffs that provide a great massage I would be visiting more frequently. Thanks again :)

This was the first massage I have ever had in my life. I must say it was an amazing experience! I work a hard physical job 6 days of the week and I never realized how big a benefit a massage can be. Not only is it super relaxing, but it also loosened all the tension I had. My posture is better and I sleep better. The place is very clean, staff is friendly and very professional. My masseuse asked me if the pressure she was using was just right, and what spots needed attention. LOVED the experience, plan on coming back!
