I recently went to Be Pampered for a Relaxing Aroma Massage. I was hesitant at first simply because of poor judgement such as the low prices and from the outside, the spa looks small and not very "high-end". However, I am VERY pleased with my visit! Reception greeted me promptly and showed me to my room and explained how to prep for my massage. The room and all materials were clean and well organized. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The massage was VERY well done. (I unfortunately can not remember the ladies name) but her pressure was great and she even made sure to ask first if I am ok with her going harder on the areas that she could tell needed it. The prices literally can not be beat elsewhere. I will definitely be back for another visit :)

Peaceful environment, massage, facial and pedicure. Friendly staff, clean. Staff asked about pressure level during massages. Friendly and welcoming. Some feedback I had a couples massage with my friend and the RMT never once asked if either of us had any medical conditions. We never had to sign any waivers either. The amount of chatter between the two RMTs in the room was a little high and often distracted me from my massage, and its soothing and peaceful effects. Since they were speaking in another language I was unaware if they were talking about myself and my friend, our bodies or our massage. Ideally unless it's to ask the customer if they are comfortable or explain what kind of cream you are putting on their body through the massage it's a good idea to not talk to the other RMT about other things. It's also slightly unprofessional. The massage was great! Thorough and nice. When I wasnt being distracted by the chatter. Facial Please please educate your clients on what you are putting on their face. The benefits; and what the creams and masks you are applying are doing to their skin. It shows you have knowledge of the products you are using. It also builds good rapport for future visits. My face was super soft and dewy afterwards but I had no idea why. Pedicure The pedicure was great! Good choice of colour. My feet felt softer. For the light beverage and snack...Ditch the candies for dark chocolate. It brings sugar levels back up and it's a little healthier than a sugary candy. Create a tea menu that customers can pick from. Green Tea, Oolong, Chrysanthemum and White tea all have amazing benefits to the body. Overall good experience I would go back to try out other services.

Best massage and facial I have ever had! The entire staff is so lovely and kind. The woman giving me a facial, I believe her name was Wei (so sorry if I got that wrong) stayed 45 minutes after closing with me. She didn't try to rush the facial at all. She took her time and it was amazing! Nick was the massage therapist I had. Phenomenal! He really knew what he was doing. Pressure was perfect, and he even gave me tips for any pain I feel in the future. He knew what he was talking about, that's for sure. I am used to other places rushing you through your one hour appointment. They usually spend about 5 minutes letting you get dressed each time, and the massage ends up being about 50 minutes... not this place. The whole spa is very relaxing, the staff is very kind and knowledgeable, and the prices are actually very good! I recommend this place to absolutely anyone looking for a service they will really enjoy.

Out of all the chinese spas I have gone to, this is the best so far because I went back at least 5 times now. Chinese type of reflexology and massage tend to press very hard which I don't like at all but you can let them know it's too hard, tell them to do it softer or lighter. They can't feel how you feel like any other massage therapy, you have to tell them. I would like to have real nice blankets to cover myself when I have a massage. Sometimes I feel cold in the area that is not being massaged especially in the winter.

Had an AMAZING spa expierence here last week! The service as soon as I walked in the door was OUTSTANDING!! The staff were there to cater to me and truly treated me like I was he only one in there. I started with a deep tissue massage and was by far the best I have ever received my back and shoulders felt amazing after, followed by a spa pedicure where I relaxed and enjoyed foot reflexology where they were able to show me certain health problems thru my feet!! AMAZING! The prices are reasonable and it's a very clean environment! Already can't wait to book for my next appt!!!! :)

I had the two hour package that includes 60 min reflexology and 60 min deep body massage. O.M.G I felt amazing after the treatment. Eva was just great. It was my first time at this Spa and I will most certainly return. The best massage ever. I have had massages where the next day I felt like I had bruises ony back. Eva reaches all of the points with firmness but yet so soft (if that makes sense). Eva, thank you girl for making my day. I will see you soon.

I had a hard day and really wanted to be spoiled... I called the spa and arranged to stop by on my way home from work. I like their extended hours. I asked for the Super Pedicure. It was a great experience - I was in a private room. They didn't have traditional foot baths but brought in a basin of hot water for me to soak my feet in. I liked this because I felt like it was clean. They gave me a head and shoulder massage prior to my pedicure. The woman who did my toes was so attentive- my toes look AMAZING. The foot reflexology treatment was great as well. I am definitely going back- their prices are great and their staff is wonderful!

SO Confused by these reviews... I got a deep tissue massage and reflexology.This was about a month ago i bought the groupon deal. The reflexology wasn't actually reflexology she just rubbed my feet and pat my legs super hard... never seen that done before.. . The deep tissue was just awkward... I took my clothes whatever and put the blanket over my parts. Now she comes in and lifts the blanket off so my bum is out but them puts it back on. she starts rubbing my back and then lifts off the blanket and full on massages my bum.... and hardly worked on my back just my bum.....I was pretty freaked out and shocked... i also heard her burp and the whole things was not relaxing... maybe it was just the lady I got ?? Maybe its a Happy Ending kinda place? I will not return. I am sure there are probably people who are great at there jobs there but my experience just was so weird.

Wow oh wow. First time I've gone to a spa and fully enjoyed it. Until now, I've thought spas were a waste of money but this place is well worth it. And it's not even that expensive. I went in for the 60 minute facial and the 60 minute back massage. They were both absolutely amazing. The price is unbelievable so I assumed it wouldn't be very good, but worth a try. This place exceeded my expectations, by far! The staff were very nice and welcoming. I come from Toronto where there are many salon options to choose from, but I will definitely be back... it's worth the drive and far better than what I have been experiencing in Toronto for double the price!! I was really pleasantly surprised when I took my mom here to be pampered for her birthday. The staff were so calming and did a great job on all of the services we had (pedicure, manicure, massage, reflexology). Due to the recent news, I inquired about their techniques to ensure fungal infection is not a risk. They use bamboo soaking tubs with a plastic disposable liner and clean instruments each time. We were engaged in conversation and Nick had so much interesting cultural information about China. He is really funny and had a lot of good advice about health. We were treated to herbal teas that were good for the liver. They turned out the lights and we could hear soft, beautiful traditional Chinese music. My mom had the lymphatic drainage massage and she said she's never had such an incredible massage in her life! Even just having a pedicure done, I received a neck and upper back massage that felt like heaven. On our way out, Nick gave my mom a card for her birthday that made her smile from ear to ear. She absolutely loved it and we will definitely be coming back more regularly now that we know about this spa :)

I have been to a couple of high-end super expensive spas before and none of them provided me with the AMAZING service that I had at Be Pampered Spa. The staff were extremely professional and personable. There were three of us receiving treatments as I had purchased the 3 services for $138 and all of us really enjoyed our time at the spa! Leo, Hui, Jack, Winnie, and Nick were all fantastic and I definitely recommend asking for either of them to pamper you for the day! Certainly not what you expect from a spa. The attendants are quite nice but my concern was about the cleanliness. A good scrubbing of the walls, floors and products would be appreciated. I just felt they wre not properly cleaned. They do a relatively good job on a pedi/mani and I did enjoy the reflexology and shoulder/neck massage. I just felt uncomfortable in the surroundings.

I like this spa, they're very friendly, clean, and good price. I got a foot massage, and it is the best I've had (non registered "reflexology"). I gave 4 stars only because though she was professional and great at it, she didn't speak english. (They have a sign stating as such, I knew this going in) But not being able to communicate makes it difficult to explain my pain points. 60 minute covered arms, shoulders, neck, back, scalp, leg and foot massage with foot soak. All good pressure and she got the knots out. ???????? I wouldn't complain, for sure, but wanted to note it.

I came for a reflexology session that included a shoulder and neck massage. Techniques were good and my therapist was cognizant to ask how the pressure was. I was in a shared room and found it a bit disruptive with conversations at the front desk and from other clients in the same space. The time allotted for each component of my session: feet soak, reflexology and massage were nicely proportioned (soak time wasn't overly extended like some places). Overall an enjoyable experience.

Sister and i went for a super pedicure today. It was fabulous. We received reflexology, neck and shoulder massage and oh yeah, the pedicure. We almost fell asleep in the comfy chairs. It was just over an hour. Price is really reasonable for the quality of service you receive. Can't decide what to book next.

Groupon including pedicure, reflexology and massage. Friendly, eager to please staff in a nail salon attempting to create a spa atmosphere. Not worth the extra $$ for "reflexology" and shoulder rub. I'll stick with my $25 pedicure at my local nail salon. Treatments given in backroom with 2 armchairs (no massage chairs) and a manicure station in corner. Had treatments at same time as another lady. The technicians' constant chatting was distracting and, because they didn't do pedicures at same time, they couldn't turn off lights for relaxing reflexology and massage. To create a more tranquil spa-like atmosphere, suggest installing dimmer switches and/or using lamps, have technicians do services in same order and minimize the conversation. Serve biscuits or dark chocolate with tea (not candy).

I am VERY impressed by the back massage I received from Be Pampered. I recently got health benefits from my work and decided to put them into use since I've had a terrible knot in my back for weeks. I have been to many massage places in Burlington and all over the GTA and even in other countries. This is by and far the best deep tissue massage I've ever had. I go here once every 2 months. It is a great experience always! Staff is friendly, professional and courteous. This is a very affordable and good spa service! Yes they won’t provide you with fancy robes or slippers but give you an excellent service in a super clean environment.

I was given a groupon for Christmas last year for reflexology and a massage. I am not a fan of people touching my feet so that was not a super enjoyable experience for me (not at all their fault), but the massage was the best I have ever had. I returned again last night for a 60 min RMT massage and again it was wonderful. They are very sweet and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They definitely go the extra mile to ensure you have a relaxing enjoyable experience.

Single service prices are great, multi service packages are amazing. 2. Experience...cozy warm rooms, nice lighting, served tea/water on arrival. Pedicure room has two comfy chairs and is nice and private to go with a friend or a mom and me day. Reflexology room is soooooo relaxing. 3. Staff...so friendly and knowledgable. I feel like they really want to help their clients and care about their health and wellbeing. 4. Reflexology...amazing! Yes, it has moments where it hurts, but that is what happens, every part of your foot is connected to a part of your body and if it hurts, then that part of your body hurts ie. Back, neck, tummy. I learned so much about my body that day and what I needed to work on to feel better. I first went in early March and have gone each week for foot reflexology and I feel better and better each time. I treated myself to a body massage last week which was fantastic and I am going to try the lymphatic drainage as suggested by their knowledgable staff in a couple weeks. They have such reasonable rates that I am able to treat myself and take care of myself for the first time in my life. They also have a VIP program so you get points for free services and they add up quickly! I am just so thankful that I found Be Pampered...it is my happy place:)

The best massage I've ever had thus far and for my very first reflexology treatment, absolutely loved it. If you're looking for posh surroundings in your spa, this is maybe not the place for you, but if you're looking for competitive prices and great service and most important (IMO) a good massage this is the place for you.

Not clean! The sheets had oil on them I asked for her to change it and she did. They were extremely nice but I wasn’t as comfortable because it was dirty.

Wonderful massages, professional staff. Very relaxing environment. This is a great place to go with someone for a treat. Private rooms hold up to a group of 4. Complimentary tea to drink. They have a great pedicure package!

This spa is not much of a clean spa, sheets look re used. It is cheap, if only look for price fine, but one gets what pays for. Some masseuse throw their elbow into your sides, you leave with aches and bruise.
