In January (2021) I will be starting my 5th year of strength training at RD Athletics. Ryan is knowledgeable and professional, and is present to assist as needed (on format etc.).I consider it as having a personal trainer without the added cost of 1:1 - training is with a small group of people, each doing their own personal program! A new program is provided to me every 6 weeks (that's attending twice a week). The workout area is spacious and equipment good. I have also visited Ryan for massage treatments/therapy - I would highly recommend both training and therapy at RD Athletics. Note: When the fitness area re-opened (COVID-19) all protocols recommended by Public Health were implemented; I feel comfortable and safe being back to my strength training.
