For the last few years I have been suffering with terrible back and leg pains from standing, walking, or even from a simple sneeze. Ashley (therapist) has been providing me with therapy now for several weeks and I am almost pain free! I was able to play a 18 hole of golf for the first time in years without any pain! I highly recommend Ashley if you are suffering from chronic pain! She is very professional, and her goal has been to teach me on how to treat myself at home so I don't have to see her long term. This was my 1st session with Podium & Steve Craig. I found Steve to be very personable & a terrific communicator. He did my assessment with great care so as not to cause any further pain & explained what he was doing at all times. He took the time to review the basics of pain & how my treatment program will work toward alleviating it. He assigned my 'homework' & had Ashley walk me through each of the sessions, with a promise to send me an email with all the details. To my great surprise, the stretches were sent to me within a personalized program with video tutorials, complete with room for feedback from me - gauging my level of pain. Well done, guys!
