They were very aware of us because they knew we were tourists. What we loved the most was the spa, the very professional masseurs offered us champagne on several occasions ... without a doubt I would return a thousand times with my partner! Lo que mas nos encanto fue el spa las masajistas muy profesionales nos brindaron champaña en varias ocasiones... sin duda alguna volvería 1 y mil veces con mi pareja! Muy grata la experiencia se los recomiendo a ojo cerrado.

Had appointment at 11 am this morning. Drove to site in snow only to find it was closed and had a City of Brockville order on the door that this unit could not be occupied after Nov. 4. The Appointment was made November 6 for November 7. No mention was made on phone that location had changed . Message was left on phone at 11:10 when I returned home. That was a little late. Left message at callers number shortly after and as of 10 pm have not received a return call.

I’ve been to Arlene several times for massage, reflexology and salt treatments and can’t say enough good things about her. I booked a massage today because I’ve been having migraines, and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt relaxed. She did my massage in the salt cave and had heated towels prepared for me, to put on my head and face. She did a beautiful massage and she always makes sure you know that she cares. I would recommend her to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.
