Amazing experience for my first visit! They got me in the day of which was a brilliant stroke of luck! And the staff were so friendly and professional. The place itself is beautifully decorated and there are two very loveable poodles who will greet you at the door! The products are of a high quality and there are lots of goodies to treat yourself with afterwards in their store front. Self care is super important and Heavenly Touch Spa helps you do just that! They have a wide range of services and I can't wait to go back for more!

I have never had a business owner make me feel as terrible as Victoria (the owner)has made me feel. She was rude, argumentative, condescending and hung up on me when I expressed dissatisfaction with my lashes; which all fell out after 5 days (and cost nearly $200 - double what local competitors are charging).

I booked this well in advance and Victoria was always so courteous and quick to return my phone calls. With less than a month's notice, I had to alter my appointment and she had no issue accommodating me. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and there was no wait time. Victoria was an excellent listener and made sure she didn't press too hard for my massage due to pain. She also provided me with great suggestions on where to visit. It's a very clean establishment, the scent from their body shop isn't overwhelming and even their hand sanitizer smells nice. Wonderful experience and I would visit again.

Great service! My tech was super friendly and bubbly which I appreciated being talkative myself. ???? I love my nails and hopefully the EVO helps my nails to not be so brittle! It's absolutely gorgeous inside, they did a fantastic job setting it up. Will most definitely be back!

They were not considerate of my medical condition and lied to my wife after I left. Due to my medical condition they refused service which I accepted, but after I left told my wife that I didn't like to be touched ( never said that, simply accepted their decision not to give me a manicure and pedicure because they could not accept my medical condition), but they told my wife after I left the building that I didn't like to be touched and charged us for a service I was refused for.

Today I went for my 1st time with chemically damaged blonde hair. From the phone call to the finish, I truly felt like they were very empathetic. HEAVENLY experience!!! Since i got there a couple minutes prior, Carol (hopefully i spelt her name right) immediately welcomed and asked me if there was anything i needed. Kim helped me around as well. I am SO IMPRESSED with how Krista transformed my broomstick hair to a beautiful, smokey beige color. I LOVE IT. I will definitely be coming back. The entire team is amazing.
