On a scale of 1-10, 1 = the least stressed, 10 = the most stressed, I went in to my massage appointment at an 8/10. I left at about a 2/10 and this was because Maria didn’t just do an orthodox back massage. She was able to see where I carried my anxiety and stress, and focused on opening that up to be able to simply breathe easier - the first step towards overall wellness! She also made me aware of how this would affect me emotionally and followed up on my wellness some days later (as Maria also provides wellness coaching as an additional service). The whole package is set up in a way where Maria will address presenting issues in a more holistic, mindfulness-based way, in order to help you reach your health goals. Maria has the theoretical and practical experience I needed to set me up on a sustainable health journey and I highly recommend her services because she truly loves what she does.
