Great experience! I had a chronic back pain that was getting worse each day. Went there for my Physiotherapy. My physiotherapist, Sweety was very knowledgeable and gave me a good treatment. My back pain is now much better. Would highly recommend to all.

Both practitioners (Registered Massage Therapist and Physiotherapist) are very knowledgeable and thorough. The treatment is very detailed and focused. My posture has already started improving. Back and neck pain has shown a great deal of improvement. The knot in the calf was very deep seated, after therapy the calf pain has reduced and I can feel my calf muscles’ health improved a great deal. Very nice, kind, courteous and accommodating staff. An overall good AWESOME experience.

I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for the physio therapy I receive from Sweety. She knows everywhere I hurt just by touching me and has helped me tremendously with the chronic pain I suffer from because of my career being so labour intensive. I am finally starting to get some alleviation (I say some because as I work, I keep exacerbating the promblem) but am getting much more mobility and no more pins and needles in my arms and hands! My whole family is visiting this place and everyone is benefiting from hard work these ladies do. If you are disappointed by the physiotherapy in Brampton, you must visit this place for pysio and message. Their treatment is totally different from everyone. You will be surprised by the efforts they put in. They make sure you are painless when you leave their place. Very good experience and will continue going to this place with no second thoughts. I’ve been to other massage therapist RMT. But preet at inspire, is by far the best one yet. I didn’t have an appointment, preet was very accommodating she canceled her lunch to fit me in. Preet is Very professional, personalable an very friendly. I Was having extreme back n shoulder pain. After leaving I felt much much better. The following day I had a lot more movement. Preet is the best RMT I have ever tried! I have been through many massage therapists and Preet is the only one I have found to NOT be lazy with her technique. I live a very active lifestyle and upkeep with massages to make sure my body stays healthy to avoid any risk of injuries. Preet always gets into my knots and I ALWAYS leave feeling relieved. I came in for a massage and transitioned to targeted Physiotherapy. The RMT and Physiotherapist are very knowledgeable and detailed. The treatment is very detailed and focused. My posture has improved. My shoulder and neck pain has been going away as well. In fact, my right shoulder hasn't felt this good in years, Sweety uses various techniques to loosen/strengthen it. Staff is very kind and flexible, no upsells, just healing. Full recommendations here folks.

Absolutely best experience ever. Preet is the most professional and magic when it comes to RMT. As a dental hygienist I get a lot of pain in my upper and lower back for years I went without a massage. After approximately 2 years of seeing Preet my work quality has improved so much because now I can do what I need without pain. She is so in tuned with what her clients need. Its a very expensive place .I visited this place to make foot soles and they made multiple appointments just to make more money ,if they know you have an insurance . So anybody with insurance its an advice get the quote first and then tell them about your insurance . They have hidden charges which they don't tell you while booking the appointment .They don't communicate well and listen to your concern. Only thing they are concerned about more patients and money.

Absolutely amazing. A deep tissue massage is ACTUALLY a deep tissue massage here. Totally worth it. I haven't felt this much relief for my back, neck and shoulders in I don't even know how long. Both Jas and Sweety are amazing. I have gone in for rmt massage and Jas gave the best deep pressure massage I could have asked for she released all my Knots and made me feel so much better. The following week I went in to see sweety for physio and she gave so many good recommendations and help relieve pain I was feeling in my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend!!!

MIND BLOWING is one word that comes to my mind when i think about my visits with the Physiotherapist and massage therapists at Inspire. They both helped me overcome my worst pain in back with which I was suffering from years and even doctors could not help me with that. I had few visits and i will be going again very soon. They are very reasonable price wise and very neat and clean. They follow sanitization very strictly.

I started physio here about a year ago and Sweety is god sent. She is professional, friendly and just an excellent physio therapist. She ensures my body doesn’t break down especially since I spend my days behind a computer due to work from home and my weight lifting. She has helped with my chronic back pain and loosening of the spasms. She also continues to advance herself which shows her dedication. Inspire as a business is impressive as they ensure they cater to their patients and adding services such as cupping. They accommodate my hectic schedule and send reminders through text which ensures I don’t miss an appointment. I reccomemd this business for massage and physio hands down!

This review was long due. I was referred by a friend and firstly came for massage. Preeth was great. Lovely person, good work, knowledgeable. Overall I was very happy. Then came Sweety, my angel. I have been struggling with neck and shoulder pain for 5 years now. I have visited 5 different physiotherapist between Toronto and Brampton and no one came closer to Sweety. She is extremely knowledgeable, can identify my trouble areas with ease. She works on them and results are almost immediate. There is great improvement in my posture, flexibility, mobility and pain has reduced. There still some work to do but I am getting results which is awesome. Thank you guys. My best wishes for you guys. You are my only recommendation to any family or friend.
