I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The facilities are great and the service is excellent. The motto "customer comes first" is palpable in this place. FYI- Killer workout sessions in their gym, much better then the ones you'd get at the big box commercial ones. This is a must see place! ????????

I've visited Form & Function a couple of times now and have been so impressed with the customer service, the front of house staff and the chiropractor we've been dealing with. Not only are they knowledgeable, they are caring and encouraging as well! I've been taking my 14 month old son to visit with Roger. He is so patient and gentle with him that he was able to gain my trust. I will be referring him and Form & Function to friends, family and coworkers. Thank you guys so much!

Great people, place smells good, clean, chiropractor is a super cool guy, offers many different specialties and activities. My mom goes to a mothers work out night every Wednesday and she loves it. Owner is a joker, really funny. Overall a great experience every time I go.

Wow! Generally, a skeptic, always looking for the best....I found them. I'm a teacher and while setting up my classroom and working out, lifting weights....I really badly hurt my trap muscles. I'm a 31 year old active female...I haven't ever felt so much pain, in desperation called this clinic after reading reviews. About the employees I deal with: Hamid - chirporactor - a magic worker. I didn't believe him when he said I'd be 50% better the week after I saw him. I was!!!!!!!! Still of course not 100% but feel amazing. Through hand manipulations and stretches he has cured me!! Jaspreet - Massage therapist - awesome! She went easy the first day because I asked her to. Second massage, took out knots the size of golf balls, well as much as she could and without pain...felt great! Work in progress. Physiotherapist - Seen her once, but great - she super relaxed me and gave me awesome tips!! Thanks, Hope I can get back to the gym soon!

I have come to this location twice so far for massage therapy. I must say, I've been to many many places over the last few years for massage and have never experience a REAL massage until now. Caitlin is absolutely amazing! She doesn't give me a fluffy massage, but rather an intense massage to help release all of the knots and pain that i have been experiencing for 2 years. She is super sweet, knowledgeable, funny and professional. I enjoy going here and will continue to go for sessions. The gentleman at the front is also very professional and helpful with any questions or concerns that i may have. Thanks!!

Jessica was very professional and knowledgable. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything before hand. I went in for a full body deep tissue massage and she was able to really dig into the targeted areas. I left feeling extremely satisfied with her level of service. I've been coming here for about six months for massages to treat a chronic pain condition. I have always found the staff friendly, very competent, and helpful. Laura (the massage therapist) is fantastic and very attentive. She always asks good questions and explains the treatment she's giving. Paul has also been great to show me some exercises to complement Laura's treatments and prevent muscle strain. I am so, so glad to have found this place, and highly recommend it!

Love the weekly workouts, keeps you in shape and helps me improve for wrestling and hockey! Also recently had a minor knee injury that they quickly helped me with too get me back out on the mats ASAP!! Recommend it for anyone who wants to gain some muscle, stay in shape or has any injuries :)

With a little over a month till my wedding, I reached out to Paul after I had been let down tremendously by someone I was previously training with. Skeptical, from what I came from and feeling like I shouldn't with the expense of a wedding, I took a leap! The very first thing I had asked was 'how much change can I likely see with in the next 30 days', the answer I received was honest and professional, I knew I had reached out to someone who cared about my well being rather then just my money! - by that point I knew I needed to get in ASAP. From that day forward, it has been nothing short of a great experience. in just about 3 weeks I have seen great change to my body. I only wish I would have found this place sooner. Paul is incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and really great at what he does. I highly recommend Form and Function, I don't have enough good things to say about them. I recently received a Deep Tissue massage from Jessica Delgado! After being in a car accident I was left with pain in my upper back, shoulder and neck. I highly recommend a visit to Form and Function Wellness Centre. I showed up with severe pain in my lower back that radiated down my leg. I was treated very well by knowledgeable, dedicated, and friendly staff who did everything they could to help me. After a few visits they got my life back on track and taught me the exercises that will help me avoid future problems. A very positive experience.

Just saw one of the physiotherapists at their Brampton location. She was awesome! I got laser therapy, ultrasound and like personal training exercises all in one session. I would definately try them out for size. I have been to a few around the area and nothing was as good as their treatments. My wife will be going in next week. I am looking forward to it for her.
