Horrible experience. I had a massage therapy and been in pain since then. It has been over 2 months now. Within a week of the issue, I left them a voicemail describing how after massage therapy session my body is in pain and nobody cared to even ask me what was wrong. Never had such a terrible experience before. I would have appreciated if the staff had been upfront with me and advised me of the issues.

Friendly staff, had services from all members of the clinic throughout the years. Had chiropractic from Terry, physio from Bijoy and Teresa, and massage from Melisa. They were are amazing, definitely recommend this place!

A welcoming and friendly environment, from the receptionist and the ones taking care of me, Teresa, Priya, Bijoy and Tran. It's a busy place, and although they seem to be running from patient to patient, they don't fall short of good treatment and service. It's has a clean facility as well.

Clinic is very clean, well maintained and looked after. I got a few massages from Melissa and each time felt reduced pain and tension in the areas. She explained the possible causes of built up tension and stretches to further help with pain relief and better function. Cristina is very helpful and polite with booking appointments and dealing with payments. Will definitely be returning for future massages.

I injured my right elbow at work and was in terrible pain, I changed two physiotherapists and my condition worsened, I totally lost hope. I thought of giving one more try and booked an appointment with Bramalea physiotherapy. I was assessed by Mr Bijoy Paul Kallikattukudy and he started my treatment .His treatment is so effective, I recovered within a month . Very rude lady at reception. I booked my appointment with her last Tuesday for today June 25 at 4pm and when I went there she said you don't have any appointment booked. I told her that you gave me card with date and time but she doesn't agreed to it. She is a liar. She is not friendly. Rude tone. Not happy I went there. Wasted my time. So friends better don't waste your time going there. Go somewhere else.

I have been attending Bramalea Physio for the last 3 months after my unfortunate accident wherein I broke my wrist and 6 weeks after surgery. I was referred to this team and it has been an amazing experience. From the moment I booked my first appointment I spoke with Lisa her friendly voice made it a good experience and meeting her in person with a warm welcome in the office. Next was Bijoy his knowledge, patience and friendliness made me feel I was in good hands. Next was Teresa her patience was beautiful and massage to my hands was so soothing not to mention her warmth and friendliness. The clinic is clean and organized. My progress has been amazing from not being able to touch my fingers to now being able to use my hand with full mobility within 3 months of working with them. I was given exercise at home as well. Great team to work with. Thank you guys.

Such a great clinic! Staff was amazing and made sure I was well taken care of. My massage therapist Melissa knew exactly what issues I had with my neck and back pain and gave me great tips to help with the pain in between my visits. Theresa helped a lot with my knee pain from a soccer injury. Overall had an amazing experience would definitely recommend to pay them a visit! Clinic manager was also very welcoming and super nice! Can’t wait for my treatment again!

Let me be very clear when I say this, I was a huge skeptic. What I mean by that is, as a man, I was always taught that if I hurt myself, I should just walk it off. But with much prodding and coaxing from my girlfriend, I reluctantly went to the Bramalea Physiotherapy and Wellness Center. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely impressed by the level of care and attention given by the staff - from the office assistant all the way to the therapists. Their professional knowledge and that personal touch is second to none. And no, they didn't pay me to say this.

Called on a Tuesday in AM and was given an appt same day for a chiro appt for back injury. Dr. Tran was knowledgeable and gave great advice. 2 treatments and I was good to go . Been here for a knee rehab as well. Good place to heal .

When I came to this clinic, I couldn't raise my arm at all because I had a tear in my shoulder and bursitis. With their help, I was able to move my arm again and be able to return to my daily duties at work and at home. The staff was kind to me and helpful, even if they have to run from patient to patient.
