Back2Back therapy really takes care of their clients and I agree it is a little hidden treasure of Brampton. I would not go anywhere else !!!

Dont bother. Rude people and rude front desk. Absolutely not worthy. Simple money makers. Got stuck in bad weather and snow and Ivanka threatened us that she is going to charge insurance company as you could not make it, and was so rude and loud. Going to complain BBb and my insurance if they going to charge for a now show. They lost two of their customers today, me and my wife

Been trying to schedule a massage for past 2 days and only getting "will call back" response. At least show show professionalism before hanging up the phone. No idea how good/bad the staff is but their phone etiquette are raw. This review is purely based on before massage experience.

I got the massage done by Sonia, I have tried many places in Brampton but I didnt know massage could be so relaxing until I went to this place... just right after the massage it feels so great and relaxing. I loved Ms.Sonia and I kept thanking her after my 1st visit for 30mins. Later did stone massage...simply amazing.. just feel so comfortable n great! Thanks for the whole team in there!!

Antonio is the best in the business! I had been going to him for years! He always takes the time to make sure that i am okay and that i am getting the relief that i need! Trying to get an appointment is the only downfall to this place. Sometimes you have to keep calling and leaving messages in hopes you get a call back.

Took my grandson, age 10, here a couple of years ago, after a muscle injury. A male therapist was very concerned, asked all the relevant questions, ensured my grandson was comfortable with the process, and requested that I stay throughout. He was highly skilled and professional and produced wonderful results! After only a few visits, my grandson came away feeling great! An excellent experience!

After having an extremely productive deep tissue massage with Tina only 3 weeks ago; I didn't hesitate to schedule again. After doing so, the day before my appointment, I receive a phone call from the receptionist stating that they will not work with patients who are covered by Manulife insurance. She abruptly cancels my appointment and hangs up. Does not give me any reasoning. Not impressed and will not recommend based on lack of common courtesy and professionalism.

Had a good first experience here. I scheduled an by phone and received an email confirmation immediately. The receptionist also called the night before to confirm the appointment. Antonio is very professional and thorough, making me feel at ease as a new patient. They were also able to process direct billing to my insurance company (Manion) so that's a huge bonus for me. Overall good experience!

Let me start off saying the Therapists are really good at this clinic. But trying to making an appointment almost isn't worth the hassel and I have tried more than once, thinking maybe it was a one time thing. But one time, I called an left a voicemail and 2 days later still didnt recieve a call back. I also tried through email that no one answered, which I led to me calling twice to try book my appointment. Their online booking system just isn't working for me. It doesnt give me an option to pick my therapist, so I end trying to call and email any ways. Best have cash or debit cause they will charge you extra to use a credit card.

Dont do couples massages so dont waste time calling and only do 1 hour massages for $95?? This is the first time I've heard that there is no 30 min or 45 min sessions for 1st timers
