I would like to commend the RMTs at Back2Hands massage therapy for their ongoing professionalism and excellent care. I did not realize how difficult their job can be until today. One of the RMTs, Danuta, was accosted by a screaming patient for simply trying to accommodate this patient's mistake. I would like this patient to know that I did not appreciate her disturbing the entire clinic and the treatments that were taking place including mine, I would not want to be in Danuta's place. If possible I would have given NEGATIVE rating. The staff is highly UNPROFESSIONAL. They shout on Customers in case you they have to enter details manually. The RMT Danuta Debowski got all red face and ferocious. She just started shouting that the customer don't enter information in the form and I need to do it manually. Absolutely no patience in her and no manners of talking to customer. The customer is going for a paid service and the way Danuta and the rest of the staff behaved was as if they were distributing it for free. The worst part you can't even connect with their Manager as this lady Danuta declares that she is her own boss and runs the place herself. Almost every customer over there heard the shouts and abusive language of Danuta. She even asked the customer to leave the premises as she had to fill the Insurance details for the customer manually, which she says is not her job. Absolute not worth the place. Danuta's RMT license should be cancelled immediately. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS MASSAGE CLINIC. SAVE YOURSELF ALL THE MENTAL TRAUMA.

Terrible customer service. This place lost me as a client before I even had my first massage. The owner texted me (on a Saturday) to fill out an online intake form 5 days before my appointment, and just because I didn't respond within the same day with the form, my appointment was cancelled. I also got a very rude text from the owner telling me my appointment was cancelled because I didn't fill out this form within the same day they texted me. I thought this was very inconsiderate, pushy, and unprofessional. I had 5 days to fill out the form, I don't know what the rush was. I've been to many massage clinics and never have I received such terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere--there are several talented RMTs in the area that will treat you with more respect and professionalism.

I had a lot of message therapy places and I was still in this pain.neck and back knees and shoulders because of seating 7hours working on computer .I was looking for a great place to help release this fatigue and pain and I google it.I took my time to read all the reviews and I decided to try with Janet. Let me tell you this is not a scam or joke..it's really really relaxing good place..Janet is great perfect..I book again for April and I will book for my husband .That place will obviously be the place where I will go untill I move from here.

Saw Sherla for the first time based on other reviews, and they are not lieing! Great experience for me and I left feeling like a cooked noodle. She has all levels of pressure and tempo and will work with you to make sure you're getting the best experience. On a side note I want to say that under our current Covid circumstances, Back 2 Hands has very detailed instructions and precautions in place to ensure the safety of it's staff and customers. Probably the most thorough of any establishment I've visited recently.

I have been receiving massage treatments from Janette for a few years now and I always leave totally relaxed and rejuvenated. She always remembers my particular trouble areas and by the end of the appointment my pain and tension have been relieved. I love having the ability to book online and can always find a time that suits my shift work schedule. Her new location is lovely and while just a little bit farther away, it is super easy to get to and well worth the drive.

Place smells of wet animals & musty. Shabby (& certainly not chiq) basement without proper ceilings. Parking on the street in front of this house is uncomfortable because it's so busy & you are afraid you will get hit. The reception area is a messy desk that just seems very cluttered and dusty. The owner's family upstairs is noisy and it could be a little more relaxing if the music was louder and if it had a ceiling to muffle the noise above. Definitely not worth paying the going rate for a massage by an RMT, and I'm really not sure how they rated a top business in the Brampton Guardian Reader's Choice vote.

Customer service at this place is horrible. I had a call with the RMT and she was polite but the receptionist (in her words, she just books appointments) was extremely rude. I had 5 appointments booked over the month of July and August, but ended up cancelling all of them. I have been to other clinics but have never met a person as rude as her. When I called to cancel the appointments, she was relieved and pretty happy actually.

Please understand it is important that we have confirmation for all appointments scheduled. I am not a salaried employee. When appointments get booked and no one shows up it effects me. So yes I do ask that all appointments are confirmed within 24 hrs of your scheduled treatment. Not 5 days! An online heath history form is emailed out to all clients at the time of booking, and if not filled out, it is sent with a reminder email as well. If this is not filled out i will contact you and ask you to fill it out online. Ignoring my requests will lead to a cancelled appointment. Most times when a request is ignored the appointment scheduled will also be ignored. This is not an attempt to be unprofessional or pushy, this is how I try to guarntee appointments will be honoured! All Massage Therapist require clients to fill out a Heath History form. If this form isn't filled out we cannot treat you. I choose to be a paperless clinic. However I do have options for patrons who choose not to fill out health history online form. Thank you

I had an okay experience with this masseuse but I did not realise the location was from her home. Because I drive a large truck I found it unappealing to park on the extremely busy residential street, right on the corner of an intersection. She never answers the phone because she's busy with clients and despite leaving a voicemail I never got a call back. I had to book via online. The basement location has been renovated to accommodate guests however when I entered the room there were open vents in 3 spots showing open wires. We started my session 10 minutes late and ended my session 10 minutes early which I was displeased with. The massage was fine, she is a licensed professional but I don't think I would book again for the above reasons.

Recently I have used a new service offered from Back 2 Hands which was Acupuncture and Osteopath. Cindy who performed this service with me was amazing. I have a lot of chronic pain issues, especially my lower back. And after one session Cindy made my pain much lighter. I am scheduled for a few more appointments and I’m looking forward to it. Went for the first time for a massage. It was good, really worked on my knots. I enjoyed the ambience in the room. The main reception was a tad bit messy but not a big deal for me. The only issue is that the massage ended 8 minutes early. While it was a good massage, when I am paying for a 60minute massage I would like the entire 60 minutes as massage, hence I docked a point. Also, yes it's a house so you sometimes hear running and I heard the dog barking. I like peace and quiet during my massage but once again it was tolerable so I didn't dock a star for that. Overall, good strong relaxing massage, just please make sure it's for the full time I am paying for :).
