Amazing massage therapy session done by Zoe. Left feeling quite rejuvinated and ready to handle what the coming week could throw at me. She is very attentive and easily adjusts her pressure when asked to do so. The room was comfortable, the music and atmosphere was calming. Great overall experience. Armored Night

On November 12th, I called Armstrong Massage Therapy (AMT) and purchased an hour massage on behalf of my siblings to gift our father a massage for today as his Christmas present yet they charged my father for the massage, even after my father told them that his kids already paid for his massage. I called AMT to dispute the double charge yet no one answered. They got double payment for one massage. Update: I finally reached a person working there and they said they should have left a note for the staff and that just did it for me with their "should have". I told them I wanted my father's credit card refunded within 24 hours and they said it could take up to a week for the refund to reflect on his credit card statement. The fact that we have to now follow-up with his credit card company to ensure the charge has been refunded, during the Christmas Holiday Break, isn't fair. My father isn't happy with this situation at all. I explicitly told them back on November 12th when they accepted my email money transfer that this was a Christmas present for my father. Some Christmas present...they've managed to ruin a nice moment.

Carolyn has been my RMT for years. She is an excellent therapist. She's consistent, listens well, gets to know her clients musculoskeletal issues, has excellent technique and pressure management, and is always super friendly to people. I've been going to RMT's for some 15 years and across multiple therapists. Carolyn is just about the best I ever found. I've also received therapy from Carissa once or twice and she also does an excellent job. Excellent booking and payment organization using the Jane app. Their cleanliness and handling of pandemic protocols are also very on point. Excellent all around service. I can't recommend this team enough. Thanks for all the great service!

If you’re looking for an amazing deep tissue massage or - if you’re like me - you carry a lot of tension and get knots frequently, you have to see Carolyn! She is hands down the only person I’ve ever had a massage from who truly works out all of my knots! Now that she does cupping, I can promise I will never go to anyone else for any sort of therapy. I have arthritis in my hips and somehow the cupping makes my hips feel like they are brand new!

Carolyn is an excellent RMT. She definitely finds the knots on your body and works great on them. I’ve been here twice and done the cupping, it helped a lot on my stiff back and legs for me to work and train pain free. Highly recommend her. Also her office is very clean and professional.

Zoe is amazing!! I found out about Armstrong Therapy less than 2 months ago and I've been in for treatment 3-4 times already. Zoe is by far, the best RMT I've been to in Canada. Disclaimer - I worked in the sports industry for 10+ years and get massages often. She is professional, compassionate and has great knowledge on the body and is an absolute rock star in finding knots! Every time I leave, I feel much better than I did coming in. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Carrissa has real magic in her hands. I have been struggling with severe neck and upper limb pain for months. I tried physiotherapy etc and nothing really helped . My arm pain vanished the very first time I had my session with Carrissa. It came as a real suprise to me. Not only she is great with what she does, she is also a very professional and amicable person. Her passion really reflects in her work. I am so glad I went to her and would recommend anyone with my eyes closed.
