Very professional and skilled at resolving deep muscle problems while also relaxing body and relieving aches and pains. While there, be sure to try reflexology with Julianna - I've had a few sessions and believe they provided health benefits while also feeling great. I have what some have described as "the flexibility of a geriatric troll", due in no small part to my intense aversion to stretching (I'm working on it). Unfortunately, this usually results in muscle knots, which Ying described as "hyperirritable spots in the fascia surrounding skeletal muscle" (I know some of those words..). Thankfully, Ying is incredibly skilled at getting knots out and I always feel TONS better after our sessions. If you're looking for a great massage, I highly recommend Ying at Prestige Health!!

I had an amazing experience with Ying. The space was super clean with great ambience. I found he her style to be both relaxing and therapeutic. She was one of few therapists that helped me engage my breath throughout which really helped me relax as well!!! She also worked a bit intra-oral on me and it released a lot of tension in my neck/face. Loved my experience!

Ying is incredible. Her room is always the perfect temperature, the music is right, it smells good, I'm so impressed that she could create such a relaxing atmosphere in a relatively small space. She is by far the best RMT I have ever been to, she listens and works on what I know is sore or tight, and always manages to find spots that I didn't even know were bothering me until she fixed them! I can't say enough about how incredible I feel after seeing her. As a bonus, her rates are completely reasonable, she always leaves enough time between appointments so that you don't feel rushed, and she gives you chocolate at the end of the massage!
