For over a month and a half I waited for this appointment with constant pain just to inform myself at the last minute that I was waiting for nothing. If Ms. Bolduc's team had done a professional job, they would have informed me much sooner, to save me unnecessary suffering and wasted time. I do not recommend anyone to do business with them. In my opinion, their lack of professionalism and of knowing how to be with their client is unacceptable. (Original) J'ai attendu plus d'un mois et demi d'attente pour avoir un rendez-vous avec Mme Bolduc. 24 hres avant le rendez-vous, j'ai reçu un appel d'annulation de prise de rendez-vous sans pouvoir le déplacer . Simplement un appel de refus de nouveau client, sans offrir d'alternative autre que de me suggérer d'aller voir un ostéopathe ou un massothérapeute. Durant plus d'un mois et demi j'ai attendu ce rendez-vous avec une douleur constante pour simplement m'informer à la dernière minute que j'ai attendu pour rien. Si l'équipe de Mme Bolduc avait fait un travail professionnel, ils m'auraient informer beaucoup plus tôt, pour m'éviter des souffrances inutiles et une perte de temps. Je ne recommande pas à personne de faire affaire avec eux. Selon moi leur manque de professionnalisme et de savoir être avec leur client est inacceptable.
