Nicola Robertson is a true professional. I have been going to see Nicola since 2013. She has helped me with knee pain, chronic migraines, and hip pain. She takes her time to assess me every session. I always have homework exercises (that actually work) and I have always had immediate relief following her treatments.

Absolutely fantastic! Receptionists were great! I've been to many physiotherapists and Jamie Deloyer is incredible. He is very knowledgeable, informative (pin pointing exact muscle groups, ligaments etc via tablet. It was reassuring and so helpful to see on a tablet where abouts exactly my injury was and how we were going to fix it) Any physiotherapy required, this is the place to go! You will be in great hands. I hear they have other services like massage. My wife seen Nicole after having our daughter and I heard nothing but great things as well. Wonderful caring staff! I was referred here in 2019 because of pelvic floor issues due to my pregnancy. Nicola worked with me up until 2 weeks before the birth, and then did another 10 sessions with me after. I loved how knowledgeable she was and how comfortable I felt despite the physio being as intimate as it was. I am at a much better place now physically due to her help. About a month ago I decided I needed help with a sore leg and decided to call back to work with Jamie, despite not coming in since fall of 2020 both of the wonderful receptionists I knew remembered me and seemed happy to see me. Working with Jamie has also been great so far. He seems to really know how to fix the issue, two sessions in and I already see a small bit of improvement. I highly recommend this physiotherapist

I was already seeing Nicola for ongoing physical therapy that has helped me tremendously. This past weekend I developed a terrible case of Vertigo that an ER doctor tried to assist me with unsuccessfully. I saw Nicola 2 days after being at the hospital and she was able to treat me successfully in one visit yesterday and I was back to work today. She saved my sanity on this one; not to mention shes an all around awesome person as are the rest of her staff!

When you walk into Diamond physiotherapy you are greeted by name by both amazing receptionists! I first met them when I was referred to Nicola for support with my pelvic floor, Nicola was amazing! She made sure I understood everything that I was experiencing was normal and it was okay to discuss and learn tools to heal! I then returned to see Jamie after a fall left my shoulder broken. I don’t know where I would have been with out him! Even during lockdown, he was so helpful with telehealth appointments and holding me accountable to do my exercises which improved my shoulder!
