My first visit was very good. Walked into a comfortable atmosphere, Travis was very professional in diagnosing where I needed treatment. The massage itself was quite good. You can tell Travis is experienced as he was able to find trouble spots and deal with them, I appreciated that he was aware of what amount of pressure I was able to handle. If you are looking for a new massage therapist. I would feel very comfortable recommending Armour and Arrow.

If you're looking for high pressure and deep tissue treatment that doesn't just feel relaxing but actually fixes your muscle problems, then look no further! I haven't got a massage from Sierra, but Alyssa is also very wonderful and sweet.

I have had massage and chiropractic treatments most of my life but only ever achieved temporary pain relief. After seeing Sierra she made a suggestion to get my feet scanned at the chiro. Turns out I needed orthotics and that has made a huge difference in my health. No other practitioner was that thorough. Sierra enjoys her job and really cares about her clients well being.

I have been going to Armour and Arrow since Sierra came back from her Mat leave and I have had nothing but great experiences. I have a lot of neck, back and hip problems that cause chronic pain and often migraines. I have tried a few different places and therapists trying to find a good fit with one that isn't afraid to dig deep and give me the relief I need. Sierra is amazing and has helped me so much in keeping my pain under control! I recommend Armour and Arrow for all massage needs, they are so great! What a gem! Both therapists I have seen are incredibly thoughtful in their practice and clearly care about addressing specific issues. Travis is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Each time I saw him with a specific area of pain or discomfort, he was able to completely or at least near completely alleviate them in the visit. Sierra is incredible. She just knows how to fix things. I pre book appointments with her months in advance, because she is in such high demand because she is simply that good! I have been seeing massage therapists for so many years for neck pain, headaches, and sport injuries, and these guys are by far the best!
