Professional, warm and welcoming environment. I experienced a Superfacial with dermaplaning with Casey. Casey very clearly explained the process and the benefits of dermaplaning since this was my first time with that service. Casey asked many questions so she was sure she understood my needs but also my habits and preference in relation to my skincare routine. The facial was a a wonderfully relaxing experience; my face felt great (for days...). Casey recommended a couple of products and she obviously paid attention to everything I said as they were appropriate to my preferences and not only what she felt my skin would benefit from. This was not a hard sell, pushy recommendation. A suggestion and explanation with no pressure. {Full disclosure: I did purchase the two recommend products and I am loving them!.}. The post treatment lounge and treat was a lovely end to my visit. I only hope I can find a spa and service provider in my home city that I enjoy as much as I did at Remedy.

Erika provided my pre-wedding day facial service. My Maid-of-Honour and I each received a treatment. I had the Radiance HydraFacial and she had the Signature HydraFacial. I can say it was well worth it! Leading up to the treatment I actually purchased some of the Graydon products they provide at the location, and prior to the service I already felt refreshed. Post-facial I can safely say my skin has never been in better condition. I have very sensitive skin (being in our dry climate has always been rough on my skin), and the treatment was exactly what I needed to help renew my complexion. My skin was glowing for my wedding day, and even 2 weeks later am still feeling the effects of the treatments. Please save your money on frivolous material expenditures and GO GET A FACIAL FROM REMEDY.

I made an appointment for a Hydrafacial with Renee as a birthday gift to myself. It was the first facial I've ever had and I can't believe I waited so long! First of all, Renee is an actual angel, so sweet and helpful. After the facial my skin felt so soft and looked nice and plump and dewy, including my lips! My skin issues are mainly to do with fine lines, oiliness and blackheads and noticed a significant difference in my skin/pores even days later. If you can, I recommend adding the LED treatment to your appointment. It literally feels like laying in the sun and is so nice especially in the winter. I felt like I was sleep walking home afterwards because I was so relaxed :) LOVED!

Renee was absolutely fabulous. She is super detail oriented and fixed my brows that were uneven from a wax at a different salon in town. She did a Yumi lash lift + tint and it turned out beautiful. My natural lashes are long but very straight. With the lift and tint they are long and curled now. The Tint really makes them pop. It’s the perfect low maintenance beauty alternative and I am beach ready with this mascara -like look. Thanks again Renee!

This is THE BEST spa in Banff! I can honestly not say enough good things about this business. The space is incredibly lovely, each member of the staff are impeccable and the owner is a true gem who has created an amazing experience for each person who books with them. The spa is so serene and it is apparent that much care and attention was put into creating a space that feels luxurious and pampering. The treatment beds/tables are so comfortable with beautiful calm colors, soft sheets and so much care and attention to every detail. Her previous smaller space was also lovely but this larger spa is incredible! She is the only person I will go to now for my brow shaping and tinting but I am loving the spa treatments too and can't wait to work my way through her list of available services. I have had a couple of facial acupuncture treatments in this new location and it was heavenly. So relaxing that I actually fell asleep a couple of times while there were 50+ needles in my face!!!! Following treatments you enjoy a lounge space to relax in with a treat and a hot beverage to jus bask in the post treatment glow. I highly recommend Remedy and have been raving about it to everyone in town! It has become my new favorite spa in Banff!
