I’ve been to Total Kneads many times over the years and have seen many of their therapists. I saw Siggi Laupus for the first time today and highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing and therapeutic experience to book with him. His approach was very thorough and very holistic and I felt very comfortable with his professionalism with the added Covid procedures. An excellent experience!

Nothing but good things to say about Total Kneads. Low key, relaxing waiting room and great RMTs here. I've never had an issue with scheduling, and have actually had staff call me to let me know I can come in early due to cancelled appointments. Don't let the lack of reviews scare you off; this place is underrated. A best-kept secret of the Hydrostone area.

I went here today for the first time for a massage with Cecilia. It was one of the best massages I've ever had and left me feeling like a new woman lol. It wasn't too much or too little pressure for my liking. She did a bit of cupping on me so that was neat to try. Overall I felt like she approached the massage in a thoughtful and thorough way and as a bonus was nice to talk to. Definitely heading back here for my next massage.

The spot is far enough the main road that it's nice and quiet during your treatment. As for the treatment, it's definitely the best one I've had in a long time. Erin was polite and professional, and really listened to my concerns. Thanks Erin! I'll be back for sure.
