Colleen is an exceptional therapist. Her caring and competent manner relaxes you immediately. She is extremely knowledgable and provides one with stretches and exercises to do at home.Highly reccomend!!

Coline is great massage therapist. Professional, focused, and a good communicator. I learned a lot and was relieved of shoulder and neck pain that I've been experiencing since a couple of years. She knows her stuff and I would highly recommend this experience!

I went to see Coline a couple of times a few weeks ago. I was in a lot of wrist/elbow/shoulder/neck pain! Hadn't slept well in close to a month, probably stemmed from working on a computer for 30 years. She handled my visits with true professionalism.....she came up with a plan and got to it.....she also sent me away with stretching and exercise routines. WOW a few weeks later I am 100% better......sleeping through every night. THANK YOU COLINE!!! YOU ARE TRULY A GOD SEND TO THE VILLAGE OF PORT HOOD NS!! Hopefully there is not a next time, but if there is I will not wait so long to see Coline again.
