Very disappointing. My treatment was well under way by the time I realised that the therapist was totally unaware of why I had come in for therapy even though I had filled in all the required info prior to my visit. As my actual issue wasn't specifically addressed, I left feeling no better than when I first arrived. And just so you know, Sore Spots is also more expensive than other local therapy places.

Had an awesome treatment today with Sarah V. She listened to my problem areas and incorporated a variety of therapeutic and relaxation techniques. She made sure I was comfortable and checked in a lot throughout the treatment. The clinic and reception staff were friendly and everything was very clean. Would definitely recommend sore spots, and Sarah for your next treatment. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and lighter overall.

I was able to book in online for a last minute massage when a back spasm hit. My RMT, Nick, was skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. He made sure to check in with me every step of the way. I left with my spasm considerably eased. The physical location was convenient and comfortable.

Alex Whamond was the RMT I had for my first visit to Sore Spots. He is an incredibly skilled therapist, and I truly felt I was receiving therapy and not just a massage. He has his own unique approach, very intuitive and also applied the pressure that my particular 'sore spots' need. I was in quite a bit of pain when I went and was grateful for the relief this therapy provided. Will definitely be going back.

On January 7 I had a 90 min massage with Karine, it was unbelievable, you walk away less stress If you enjoy deep pressure mixed with relaxation, balance and wellness on February 10, I had 90 min but deep tissue this time, with Jora, and once again, professionalism on the highest level, she is an expert in deep tissue, I got the Swedish massage, but can't wait to try her other techniques ????????. The Thai stretch therapy and the ashiatsu (Barefoot). I recommend sore spots as a person who took hundreds of messages and physical therapy in my life. It's the place to go ????

Nick did a great job of getting rid of my back pain in one session… He was able to work out a knot in my back without putting me in more pain. I have gone to other therapists for this very similar type of issue but I always endured a lot of pain working it out. Nick seemed to work the knot out in a much slower but heavier technique that was not as painful like the others I have had before. I definitely would recommend him Update: I had an emergency session with Jora today and was extremely pleased with her service as well. I found that she and Nick have a lot of similar techniques which makes me think they have had similar training.

I've had the Ashiatsu treatment with three different therapists and every massage has been outstanding. I never feel like I'm on the clock or being rushed. The clinic is an extremely welcoming environment with professional staff who provide incredible massages targeting my areas of need. 10/10

My massage therapist Sarah Verboom was thorough, professional, and effective. She was knowledgeable and able to pinpoint misalignments in my posture quickly. She was funny, honest, easy to talk to, and a great massage therapist! She ran through the different treatment modalities (hot rocks, barefoot massage, aromatherapy) with me, asked for my consent for all of the same, checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable, and did a good assessment before beginning treatment. I would recommend this clinic, and Sarah in particular, to anyone.
