Hello was very disappointed with the Rx I received and most of all my evaluation. The gentleman I saw for evaluation could learn alot from Phoenix Rehab. Eight weeks there and those educated to treat work place injuries, and what you can and can't do was enlightening. The experience gave me a great awareness of my body and WHAT I CAN and CANNOT do to prevent pain. Very discourahing for NO recognition for the education given me regarding my injury. A paramedic elightened me on this business and a true shame that professionals cannot appreciate knowledge from other professionals. Colette Poirier

I am seeing an Occupational Therapist at this location, and the staff are more than friendly and supportive. Their empathy and understanding of issues arising unexpectedly, either delaying or eliminating your appointment requirements, is the Best I have dealt with. Be professional and understanding with them, and they return that 10 fold ????????
