She’s very good at bed side manner and takes her time massaging certain areas of my back (the more tender or painful spots) and has really helped improve my quality of life because I’m no longer in extreme pain or am sore.

Automated reminders are fantastic. I was nervous for the massage since I just had shoulder surgery in August, but my physiotherapist suggested it. For the first time since surgery I felt full relief. 6 weeks immobilized in a sling has dramatic effects on the area and this massage was absolutely the best thing to help mobility.
