I honestly overall felt that this was one of the best massages that I have ever received. Amber was friendly and professional while personal at the same time. The establishment has a very simple and basic look to it vs a high-end spa or some of the other massage offices in spruce grove, but it more than makes up it's simplicity with an overall quality that far exceeds anyone else in the market. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to book a massage. Thank you for the massage I will be sure to come back again.

Amber is an intuitive therapist that suggested cranial sacral therapy after seeing me the first time. I have now had 2 out of 3 treatments. All I can say is thank you Amber!! During both appointments I could literally feel the trapped pain and negative energy leaving my body and a feeling of relaxation like I have never had before. I left both appointments feeling uplifted with a positive tingling in my body for hours after my appointment. This spa is amazing. It is so cozy and quaint. Clean and very quiet the way I like getting a massage. Melissa the RMT was amazing. I am definitely coming back here again. I have never been in an infrared sauna and it is truly relaxing. Such a great little treat to warm you up before your massage.

Amber really listened to what my problem areas and pains were, and focused on them. I’ve been to massages in the past where they have asked what the purpose of the massage is but seem to be so stuck in their routine/don’t care and don’t pay attention to what I’ve said. I used to come here quite often, but every single time I visit, my previous message therapist no longer works there and has been replaced with someone new. I could understand this happening once or twice, but its happened over 5 times. Makes me wonder what kind of business they're running here when the turnover rate is so high. Since I'd prefer to see the same person every time, I have taken my business elsewhere, somewhere that even direct bills! (They don't do that here)

Good signage to find business inside of building. Appropriate COVID precautions. Online forms and booking are convenient, as is direct insurer billing. Epsom salts and water a nice touch. And bottom line, Amber gave a great therapeutic massage.
