Waiting area feels cold and exposed, but staff are friendly and massage therapist did a great job. If you book online you can only select one hour, you are able to get a longer appointment if you call in. Good prices

This place is great! I love the option to book online instead of having to call and go back & forth with the receptionist trying to find a convenient time. They do direct billing, which is another reason I tried them. My massage therapist was knowledgeable and made me feel so relaxed!! I would definitely recommend this place

I had an one hour massage therapy with Josh today at Massage addict. It was great with friendly staff. I went to some other massage centers before, but I received the right treatment today with this therapist. It stands out as one of the best massages for me. Both me and my wife use massage addict and had already booked the next appointment. I strongly recommend this place. Another added advantage is they do direct billing to insurance where most of the other places don't.

I had Steve. It was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Truly massage therapy rather than just massage. Would highly recommend if you're having aches and pains. I thought there was a problem in my shoulder and it turns out it was coming from my back. He figured it all out in minutes. Will he coming back!

Had an overall very relaxing experience. Had a therapeutic massage. It was my bad I arrived a few mins late for my first visit. So the massage started 10 mins late by the time the forums were filled. My only complaint was that I needed to use the washroom by the time the clock was ticking on my session so I didn't want to inconvenience my therapist or dig into my time more, it's just that it wasn't offered before hand. Little more communication and I'd give it 5 stars. She gave me a great massage regardless. Thanks so much.

Experience was good until a cancellation was needed. The staff are friendly, but the owners are horrible to deal with. Upon cancellation the staff were very amicable. The next day however the owners contacted me and their actions were nothing less than abhorrent. Demanding that I make a special trip to pay the cancellation fee, which I refused as I had another appointment two days later and would pay then. Upon going to the next appointment the owners (husband & wife) were present- I have never seen either before. Both were very disrespectful, and both of them being there was obviously a poor attempt at a "power move". Do NOT go here. Support other local businesses that deserve good customers. This was my first cancellation after approximately 20 visits. Would rather have every muscle on my body seize at once than ever go here again. I suggest you do the same. Would give zero stars if possible.

I initially loved this place and signed up for the membership thinking if I miss one month I will have a credit. So right now as of June I have 2 credits, but there is a catch. I fulfilled my commitment for June paying $74, so now I should have access to my credits (is how it was explained to me) and I do to 1 of them, if I want to have the other credit in June I need to pay another $74. To me this doesn't seem like a credit at all and mentioned this to management and was referred to the 1 yr contract where they tell you that to receive credits you need to pay for the current month. At this point I can't wait for the year anniversary, I've been there 6 times and each time have a different therapist which I don't find very beneficial, because while the therapist are alright, they all have there style which in some cases doesn't work for me.

Went here for a prenatal massage Nov 2015. Had a great Massage therapist. I appreciated the direct billing and I had a introductory cost so it was super affordable. This place is awful. They are so rude and the way they follow you up to the till makes you feel like a criminal. I agree that Cora is a terrible owner too. She is a ***** and I have been a great customer. My grandpa passed away and she charged me for missing an appointment. You think they could make an exception for a grand parent passing. Clearly her stupid massage was not on my mind. I am having it written in the advocate so maybe she can learn some compassion.

She pays close attention to your state of comfort as well as your body’s reaction throughout treatment. I’ve been treated my many therapists across the country, from chiro to physio to massage. She deserves this great review because I understand the difference between therapists and great therapists.

Chris expertly guides me through his thorough, deep release of piriformis on both hips and fascia in my feet. Yes, it hurts a lot but the lasting release is well worth it. Thoroughly recommend as he has the physical strength and genuine interest in making his patients feel better. I found Massage Addict Red Deer by driving by (it's reasonably close to my home). I looked it up online and was pleased to see the 7 days a week and evening appointments available. As a business woman and mother, I need flexibility when it comes to schedules and often weekends are my only option. I picked Christina randomly out of the list of available names for my first appointment - I was not disappointed. She is a great masseuse and has a really wonderful technique where she can work the stress away using a solid pressure without making me wince or want to jump off the table. The hour slips by all too quickly. I have also taken advantage of Reflexology - This too I am happy with Kelly and the intuitive service she provides. I did sign up for the membership for a number of reasons, the main being that if I forget to take care of me, I'll get a call reminding me to book an appointment. I appreciate all of the staff that I have met so far at Massage Addict Red Deer, and I would certainly recommend this business and their services to anyone. Great work Christina and Kelly!

I had really high hopes for this place and was excited to try. As a frequent user of massage therapy I have pretty high standards for a good massage. It was definetly not something to write home about. My massage therapist was a great person, but she didn’t listen to my requests before the massage, my requests were not huge and definetly needing to be followed. I was so shocked after my massage when I found out it cost $142!! ,Which is outrageous in comparison to other clinics that I have been to that also offer 90 mins massages. The walls were as thin as paper and you could hear the other clients in the room down the hall. My massage was definetly not worth my $141.74.
