I was referred to Jordan a few months ago, and have enjoyed every massage since! I've had a difficult time finding a massage therapist that uses enough pressure to get the nasty knots out of my back, but Jordan somehow manages to release all tension every time! He's extremely accommodating and will make sure you're satisfied after each visit. Some other pros - underground parking, direct billing, serene atmosphere. Highly recommend Escape Massage Therapy!!

I really enjoyed my appointment with Victoria. She really helped work out some issues I was having with my upper back and even found an ever-so-slightly misaligned lower vertebrae, which might be the cause of my lower back pain - something that physiotherapists didn't even notice. Now I know I should see a chiropractor, which is helpful. Thanks Victoria!

Oh this place is so convenient!! The staff is super nice and professional. I usually have Victoria for hot stone massages. She is great!! I like that I'm usually the only one there during my appointment and this was like this before covid. The prices are also pretty reasonable. It is clean and quiet. Very relaxing.

Disrespectful, rude beyond belief and discriminatory. They literally, in writing discriminated against a potential staff member, which is clearly against the law, in WRITING! You can't ask gender, race, pregnancy status, etc via email, in person or on the phone. This is a disgusting company with a blantant disrespect for people in general, especially for an industry with clients with such varying needs. Equal opportunity is not real in Canada when this is the type of discrimination actively happening. Think twice about what your supporting before supporting them. "At this time, because you are male, we can not offer you a position. We can offer you a practical position in the front office...." So basically if they don't have to pay, they won't discriminate against a gender, but the minute money is involved they will.

Great staff and so convenient place if you work in downtown to get massage. This is my 1st ever massage visit and Jody did it exactly what I wanted. She ensures that pressure and position is correct and then takes more care there. I would love to visit again.

My husband and I had massages here when we came to Edmonton for a couple days. It was wonderful. We travel lots so its always hard to find somewhere that fits both our needs, but the massages we received here were so perfect it's almost worth a trip back just to visit again. The place was lovely and clean and the staff treated us so well. If we lived or worked there, our benefits would be going there on a weekly basis. <3

I've had wonderful massages from several of the therapists here (Jordan, Katie, and Jessica). All were very friendly and professional, provided enough pressure when needed, and had great techniques. I work downtown, so this location is super convenient, as is the direct billing and being able to book online. The centre itself makes you feel like you're at a spa; it's so relaxing and tranquil. I highly recommend Escape!

I love this Massage Therapy business establishment. Very professional, accommodating to my busy schedule and my very complex massage needs...meaning my back is like massaging a barn door and my massage therapist is still always happy to see me and help me LOL. I see Jordan on a regular basis and he always knows what areas need to be worked on without me constantly guiding, which I am used to with other massage therapists. He really is in tune with the anatomy and what is not feeling correct and needs work. I always feel satisfied after I leave and in a better sense of health and alignment with all my tangled tendons form working a desk job many hours of the day. I highly recommend this place to go for your massage therapy needs.
