Great Head to Toe massage. She works on muscles giving you trouble. Not cheap with the massage Oils. You don't feel your skin being scraped off.

Our family has been going monthly to this clinic for over 10 years. Because we each work between 80 to 90 hours a week, we look for an intense release of the muscles to realign and restore our movement. It is all about getting our bodies into optimal working condition. While other places seem to focus just on the environment or the cute little cucumber in a glass of water type of experience, this clinic actually focuses on fixing our problems so we can continue to work hard and play hard. Super knowledgeable and extremely therapeutic.

Went for a massage her today. The RMT was great and my massage was good. The staff is not very concerned about maintaining an appropriate level of noise or keeping their voices at a respectful level. At least 7 times during my 1.5 hour massage there was repetitive banging reminiscent of the sound that would be made if someone were trying to chisel apart burger patties. If you need a quick fix massage then this is your place. If' your hoping for a spa quality relaxation massage keep looking.

Therapists are Great! Their new location is very nice, and welcoming. I see Jody at the clinic however, every therapist I've met have been welcoming and very nice. The best part about this place is the massages are amazing. I have been a client of Body Renewal for the last 6 or 7 years and have never gone away dissapointed. Body renewal is a perfect clinic for your deep tissue issues, relaxing massage, hot stone massages, lymphatic drainage, cupping, Reki and im sure theres others that I have yet to experience.

I have tried a couple of different places BUT,there is no other place on the entire planet that is even remotely close to being as GOOD or even as GREAT as they are. I am extremely grateful for Jackie F. as she fixes me every time I go. I have chronic back pain and I always leave feeling amazing. I am not just using words loosely, it is true. I challenge anyone who wants to have the best massage ever. Try Body Renewal and then somewhere else. YOU WILL GO BACK!!! They do NOT waste your time or your money, unfortunately others do. I even had a pinched nerve in my neck and with some manipulation Jackie was able to help me regain the use of my left arm again too now 100% use. the whole group that work there are very professional very kind, it's more than just a job to them. They really care about our well being. I always recommend Jackie and her co-workers. They really are worth the trip to Stony Plain. OMG really. I look so forward to going every time. I cannot say enough about Body Renewal and the quality of massage our family receives there. We visit Body Renewal for their deep tissue, therapeutic massage services. This clinic definitely focuses on massage "therapy" and treatment. We are not looking for a spa like experience. The new location is very welcoming and inviting, and the direct billing for benefits coverage is an added plus!
