Betty (Nini as she likes to be called) is the best! It's surprisingly hard to find a good, intuitive deep tissue massage in Edmonton but I can't stop coming back. Nini is a guru, applying various techniques and complements them with hot stones, step, cupping, and lymph massage. Her studio is calming and she is very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I am 99% sure that the women who live and work here are trafficked from outside the country. My guess is that this location is used as a holding house for further use. When you get a massage here you can hear numerous women and young children talking in the basement. The practitioners working often talk about how they’re never aloud to take breaks or go on vacation, nonetheless own a vehicle. Something interesting is going on here and I’m sure it runs much deeper than what we see on the outside.

She listens to what I’m looking for and shows me what I need to relax and heal muscles that have been bothering me for years. My neck shoulders and back have never felt so good or had such range of motion. Making an appointment is easy after booking the first one on the phone I now text for availability and book in moments no online forms or voice mail systems. Billing was a breeze with her as she took care of everything and bills my insurance directly. An excellent experience and great person to deal with. The facility and location are a little unorthodox but don’t be dissuaded the service and skill make up the difference and then some. I won’t be looking for a new place anytime soon.

I Highly Recommend Betty she is the best therapists have been to. ( I have been to many since I got knocked off my horse in 2010) . Before starting she wanted a history of my back pain and then once she reviewed it she explained the treatments she could do and the costs. Then in a very clean professional treatment room also showed me on diagrams the areas of concern and what she would do. She started the massage and I knew immediately that I would be happy with the outcome. Excellent experiance nice quite soft music very relaxing tried a package of deep massage with hot sands finished with cupping. She used hot sands on shoulders and back first perfect for loosening up my stiff muscles while she started massaging my legs. Than she massaged back and shoulders after wow took out all my knots. Finished with cupping, my first try didn't feel much right away but felt excellent the next day. I will be adding cupping whenever possible now.

Despite the non-traditional location (which could give people the wrong impression on the services available) I can assure anyone who asks this was the greatest massage of my life, from a legitimate RMT.
