I’ve been a regular at the south side Alberta Momentum for years, so I thought I would check out the new west end location as it’s closer to my work. I noticed a few of my favourite massage therapists from the south location were now working at the west end, so it was an easy excuse to try it out. Always nice to see therapist Kaitlin R. I can turn my neck again, and her receipts get reimbursed by my insurance provider without any issue. I always recommend these guys. Nice local company, with great therapists.

Beautiful atmosphere and professional environment. The books on stretches in the (comfortable) waiting area are a nice touch. They are always cognisant of patient aftercare and health. I definitely recommend going here for massage in the west end.

I've gone to this place twice and absolutely love it. Both RMTs knew what they were doing, and took away the muscle tension in my legs and my back. Great facility, that isn't noisy to really make you feel relaxed. I like my massages with a lot of pressure and they did a great job taking out the tangles in my stiff muscles

Michelle is amazing, she is actually the best therapist I have had. The appointment started with pressure that was a bit too soft for me, but when I asked she explained that she was working the upper layer of the muscle so that she could get to the deep tissue afterwards. What a difference it made! Normally my muscles are so stiff that therapists find it hard to go as deep as I would like- this massage was intense, and just what my back needed to relieve the pain I was experiencing. For the first time after a massage I am sore in a great way! Will definitely use her again ongoing. My review would have been five stars had I only been reviewing Michelle, but I am reviewing the location as well. I have to say it is a beautiful clinic, but very frustrating to find as a first time client. I didn't realize it was in the sandman hotel and so I was driving around confused when my GPS kept leading me to the wrong place. The only blot on an otherwise amazing experience.

People that work here are wonderful. Love my experience. I went to and suggest asking for Liz, but everyone else has there own amazing traits. Highly suggest.

Awesome atmosphere. Very calming as soon as you walk in. The pool from the hotel adds to it - massage staff welcoming and professional. Awesome massage - modern bathrooms, great space. Already booked my next appt.

Very good and professional place. They offer services for your needs. You can get a relaxing massage if you want to feel good or deep tissue one if you want to work on pain points. You'll be asked what your goal is and the session will be customized to your needs. You also get the full time slot you paid for. The administration and payment are not part of the time slot. My session started at 1:04 and it didn't stop till 2:05 after which I was told to take my time to get up and get ready and only then we did the payment and instructions for how to keep up with the stretching exercises.

I’ve gone here to see Melissa and it was life changing. So I booked a 90 minute massage with another lady and she ruined my back. It’s been 5 days and my back is worse than before and now have subsequent chiropractor, acupuncture and massage appointments I have to pay for because this massage therapist clearly had no idea what she was doing.

I highly recommend Shantell L. I believe she works at both south and west locations. Whenever I try any other massage therapist I always regret it because seriously no one compares to her. I like really DEEP tissue and she just gets it right every time! Shantell is the best!

I've seen Beverly at Momentum Massage West for 4 or 5 massages now and she's amazing. She takes the time to set out a tailored plan for each session, and gets even the toughest knots out, but checks in regularly for pain management. I can't recommend her enough.

Reuben is the next massage therapist. I highly recommend him to everyone. He checks on you continually, works out all the knots and has the best pressure. Their beds are comfy and quite. He puts on a heat pad so you stay warm and it loosens muscles. I definitely think he is the best one there.

Kristen was my massage therapist today. It was my first time at the clinic, and it had also been months since I had recieved a massaged due to COVID, so I was very tense. Kristen was amazing, she did a tremendous job at helping me feel relaxed and she was nice to make conversation with. I feel incredibly relaxed and at ease and will be coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has never been here, and I recommend Kristen.

Not easy to find the location. Disappointing services! Room was cold and my request to heat the room was ignored. Extremely inefficient massage, as they should not call it deep tissue at all.

There needs to be some type of supervision. There is no receptionist or supervisor on site. This allows the therapist to do a mediocre job and not be accountable. It seems like this business is just a cash cow for the owner?

You can't go wrong with any of the massage therapists here. However, I've seen Beverly twice now and she's done wonders for my back! In addition, she's amazing at diagnosing and tackling problem areas I wasn't even aware of. I highly recommend her services.

I got my wife Diana a 75 min massage there it was the worst they had no idea what to do. All she did was push down and not move her hand. the room was cold no water was offered the music was played from her cell phone. we have been to a lot of places around the world this is just the worst.If i could put no stars i would.
