Brandy is an exceptional RMT! She always listens to what area or problems you’d like worked on and does a great job of making them go away. There are certain stretches and exercises she recommends to really fix the problems,l which I always appreciate. But she’s also great at just giving relaxation massages. I highly recommend her!

Shannon seabrooke is the most amazing ninja massage therapist I've had! She can fix muscular issues as well as helping convince bones to move back into alignment just from massaging the muscles around around them. Honestly, she's given me back so much range of motion it's a miracle.

I've been seeing Bev for quite a few visits now, and I can't recommend her enough! She always takes the time to ask me what I would like to work on, and ensures she is not causing any pain. There is such clear communication with her and it really helps to get a massage that actually helps to relieve the tension that was there before you come in. After the massage Bev also gives a couple stretches to help out where my problem areas were. She is kind, caring, thorough, professional and knowledgable. I always look forward to my visits with Bev. I booked a massage thinking it was going to be relaxing. Turns out the therapists genuinely want to help fix and heal. They gave me insight on what they had noticed and advice on how to heal without sounding preachy or judgemental. After every massage a glass of water is waiting and the therapists give time to ask questions. There is free parking behind the building off 86 Avenue.

The therapists here are great - if you can get in. This place cancelled my appointment with less than 2 hours notice (which they would charge me $40 for), then seemed surprised I didn't find their suggestion of waiting upwards of 3 weeks for a make-up appointment acceptable.

If you want a Swedish style relaxation, deep tissue, or sports massage do NOT book with Shannon, as she doesnt do this type of Massage & didn't tell me until AFTER her crappy lack of a good appointment because she couldn't afford me cancelling. I asked up front for what I needed but didnt make any difference. I was given a credit for a proper massage which I appreciated.

Erin gave me one of the best messages I have ever had! She was diligent, thorough and put just the right amount of pressure. She also was very knowledgeable in ways to strengthen my upper back. Highly recommend her and the facility. They take lots of care to sanitize and maintain a safe and relaxing atmosphere.

Honestly, Shantell, one of the RMT's, is so gifted in massage, I would absolutely recommend her. I get deep tissue massage in mostly my neck and shoulders and I leave feeling like a different person. She does firm pressure, which I like, but is very versatile. Is conversational and pleasant without being pushy. Really enjoy this clinic! I've also seen Loni, who is also fabulous!

Kim is very knowledgeable and will inform you on exactly what requires the most attention especially in the case of past injury. I have a dislocated shoulder injury that has been pulling my spine into scoliosis and she has expressed her worries about this problem and told me what I need to do to fix this before it gets too bad.

My wife and I have been visiting many different places for massages and we finally found someone at Momentum Massage. We will be returning every month to see Brandy. For my wife and I have two different sensitivity levels, she was able to key in on both of ours. She is truly great at what she does. The only reason I dont want to post this is because I dont want all her sessions booked up. But honestly she deserves it.

My husband and I had been looking for a massage therapist for a long time that would understand us and treat us individually for our back pain. My husband having lower back pain and me having upper back/shoulder pain. We googled momentum massage and came by it by fluke. I was hesitant at first. So we visited their website and my husband and I said we could both decide a massage therapist we would go see. We both wanted Brandy from her profile. So we settled at booking separate times with her. Upon our first visit, we both left so happy we finally found a massage therapist that understood both of our aches and pains. Right then and there, we booked our next visit. We had our second massage visit today, and me being someone very peculiar, I am so happy with our second visit, my husband included. I didn't want to mention Brandy's name personally as we want to be able to book as freely as we could wish but she's that amazing that she books up quite quickly and far in advance.

I am a huge fan of Alberta Momentum Massage. I have always been impressed with the quality of all the therapists. I'm never disappointed, and yesterday again was a great experience. My muscles are definitely feeling like they've gone through a good workout. The West location is really beautiful and so spacious and serene.I was skeptical about the Sandman Inn location as visions of seedy motels came to mind, but the hotel and particularly the spa are fantastic. I'll be going there from now on. My regular therapist is Jel (fantastic) but Kaitlin did a great job yesterday and I am confident I'll be getting a great massage from any of the therapists here. Thank you and see you next month!

Terrible experience. If i could give 0 stars i would. Michelle did not even do a half decent massage for my neck and shoulder pain problems. She made me uncomfortable by asking if she could massage my chest (yikes) even though i specifically told her to focus on my shoulders. The other woman made me feel like I dont deserve their good treatment and has a made a hassle about letting me in for my treatment.

Went to book a 90 min appt. One was avail at 10:30am online, called to confirm appt for 10:30am. Showed up 10 min early only to be told my appt was for 10am, yet at no time did I receive a call saying I was late for this mythical 10am appt. Took my entire morning off to make this appt so that's a half day rate gone, who should I send the bill to? First experience and worst experience. Will not ever consider using again. If there was a zero star option, I would use. Feel ripped off

Just comparing from other experiences, one of the newest therapist Kristen F. really takes her time with your muscles and makes sure all the knots are taken care of if you have any. She inquires about past injuries to massage accordingly. Her flow of her movement is amazing and smooth with nothing feeling left out. Doesn't annoy you with small talk unless you want to chat. Just a peaceful and relaxing massage just as it should be. Love her!
