Our trip to Life Labs was very aggravating. We went for a blood test and were told you had to fast first. My wife went back the following day and was told she had to get a new request from the doctor.

East Park Plaza it's basically a mall in its own scence. Featuring many restaurants. A Dollarama. As well as the Value Village. Definitely a clean safe Plaza. It is conveniently located next to A Great Canadian Superstore which boast a sweet gas Bar. As well. A Scotiabank. A Licensed Marijuana vendor. A liquor store a Dollar tree. The list goes on people. Come see for yourself. Literally a one stop shop for food, clothing, household goods and service stations. I go here alot for different needs.
