They have amazing instructors. They are all certificated pilates instructors and very welcoming. I really enjoyed Kelly's class. It was my first time to use reformer. That was fun and adventurous!! Love it. They have many kinds of classes for all levels. If you want to do pilates in Whitehorse, I highly recommended this studio.
