Disappointed with them. In the morning I found their "spam" advertised with huge selection of unsold vehicles '16 '17 etc but when you arrived after 40km they serving you '20 models. In that case I have dealer 2km away from my place and I don't have.drive that much.

Prices are a bit high for a used car and they appraise your trade-in lower than I expected. I was not able to find the car I been searching so went to the dealership instead.

I was at the Jim Patterson,s Toyota dealership for a factory recall for my 2008 Toyota Prius. I had the inverter problem and gas pedal safety recall. The dealership told me I would get my car back before 1:00 pm if I drop off the car by 9:00 am. They were on time. I got my car back before 1:00 and there were no associated charges from the factory recall repairs, like some places try to pull.

There are lot of car companies in this Auto-mall and I believe the Surrey Auto-mall is much more accessible via Transit compared to the Richmond Auto-mall which is very difficult to reach via Transit unless you have your own commute. The service and staff in the car showrooms in Surrey were also much better compared to the ones in Richmond Auto-mall

This Auto Mall is sometimes known as South Surrey Automall because the location is close to South Surrey and White Rock. Five Major Dealerships on this property with a few others Dealerships near by. This Automall has many automotive support businesses offering: auto finance, auto maintenance, autobody / painting, auto replacement glass, provincial licensing, auto cleaning, auto storage, auto leasing, auto renting, and last but not least racks and stuff carriers.
