The Rexall has a post office at the back. There is a BC Liquor store and a corner mart store, florist, Cobbs bakery and the Coast Capital savings just moved in there. You are walking distance across the street to Chans produce.

Ocean Park is such a small quaint little alcove in South Surrey. The shopping center is full of great little shops like Cobs Bread Safeway across the street is Chan's produce. There is also good little cafes and a liquor store

Place hasn't changed in 20 years! Pretty cool because its still like a quiet small town shopping center. But over the years alot of small busniess have been pushed out due to a large spike in rent. I like the coffee shop by the cross walk!!

The Ocean Park Shopping Centre consist of 12-15 shops and services. Sometimes called "Ocean Centre". Easy layout and an easy walk around the mall layout. We didn't make it to all the buisnesses, but we can go back. Thanks Ocean Park Shopping .....

Clean, quiet, small. Save-On store is recently renovated & sells wine. BC Liquor store doesn't have refrigerator so no cold beer or wine. Small but good food court. Good parking. My favourite mall despite lesser store variety.

The inside of the mall has numerous empty storefronts. Has for years. No more medical lab, no more hobby shop. Whoever owns this building must be pretty greedy, asking way too much for the rent. Ocean park needs more interesting stores. Not bars, restaurants, food shops, or clothing stores. We have enough of all of those. Pretty sad to see it so empty. A sure sign of the times. Why not lower the rent so some local small businesses can start up?

Great place! Snug, not as.big as some Safeways, but easier to navigate. The produce section is particularly spectacular, great quality all the time.
