Very good prices and great service. There are a myriad of items here from furniture to home hardware to camping gear and food products. Some of the items they carry at reduced prices are seasonal, so don't expect it to be in stock all the time. Parking is ample which allows getting in and out here to shop a breeze.

Is it normal to have a security camera right above an open ceiling change room? If I can see the front of the camera (4 feet from my head) surely you can see me changing!!!!!!! Made a complaint and came back 2 hours later to only see that the camera was still there and positioned in the same place.

We had gone into the store in search of a particular type of Thomasville 6 piece modular sectional sofa by Costco. We expressed our interest to the Manager, Naveen and he called us couple week later when the new stock arrived, to see if we were still interested. We we excited as we had lost hope since it wasn’t even available on Costco website also. They got two and he kept one in their original boxes. The entire staff there was very helpful in loading the giant boxes into our Van as we brought the boxes home by several trips. Could’ve asked for a better service! We often go there for not only furniture but our accent pieces and throws for the living room. Not to mention their large inventory of clothes and toys! We love this store and is at a super convenient location in south Surrey! Thanks to all the staff there for working to hard always!

I received horrible service from the "assistant manager" named Andrea at this location and I am actually disgusted at the way she spoke to me. She approached me only to say quote on quote "I guess I will clean up after you. How about next time you put everything back yourself?" I ended up buying 7 pillows. Had the pillows not been a great deal I don't think I would of purchased them solely due to Andrea's inappropriate and unprofessional comment. The section already had pillows in the cardboard boxes in front of the shelves and were mixed in with the blankets and had pillows scattered over some chairs and table set before I even looked and chose the ones I wanted to purchase. Never thought a member of management could speak to a customer in this manner

And assisted me with great service..thanks to the manager of the store and the team !! *** old review Its so sad that the store staff treats you like a thief.. i was there to buy a headphone today and i took the bus all the way from surrey central to reach to the store. And unfortunately the staff doesn't even let you try the product before you buy. They close the story by telling you that "you have 7 days to return if you don't like it" well i like to try it before i buy!!

I am an experienced product designer of gadgets and new inventions and all sorts of stuff, so I am very fussy where I shop for the many unique items that I need. The Big Box Outlet Store - South Surrey - White Rock, have consistently eager to help staff, that are friendly and kind, someones hiring the right people at this place! I almost don't want to write a great review for this place because it's my secret place for bargains, now the word is out! They have been in the South Surrey area for years and I'm delighted they are close by. All things considered it's a great experience as you visit this store and bargain hunt 'til you drop!!!

I had called ahead to see if the store had the product I was looking for. They put me on hold and came back a minute later to say they were sorry that they did not have any in stock. No problem. About 15 minutes later my phone rings and I don't recognize the number. It was Trevor from the store calling me back to say he did have one. So, off I went to get the item and Trevor was there all friendly and helpful to bring the item to my car. Then I was home with the item and the next day I get another call - they had made an error - there were 2 boxes for the item and they had only given me one. Again, I completely understand errors happen and I went and picked up the second box (you'd think I would have realized it myself!). Gail and Trevor helped me load the second box and away I went. What I want people to know is that even though mistakes happened, it was in how they handled them that I can easily say they have excellent customer service. A big thank you to Gail and Trevor for making sure I got what I needed and communicating with me in a professional and friendly way.

Just a suggestion to everyone . . Please check your invoice properly . . Make sure they haven’t charged you twice for the same item . . Also make sure you get all the items you paid for . . Always match your paid items with the receipt right away at this store . . Both the above stated things happened to me . . Staff is nice and friendly . . No complaints about them . . But just be active and keep your eyes open when you are paying for your stuff . . Making sure none of your items are getting misplaced and are not being put in your shopping bag. Thank you

Great experience today. Wanted to buy a digital keyboard. Unfortunately someone took the adapter. Store employee quickly came up with a solution and found a different one that worked. She was really helpful and even gave me a bench and keyboard stand with it which was not part of the price. Thanks you so much for your help and will come back for sure. Beware when you shop in here, seems like lately they have a fishy way to do business, i have been in this store for a long time since they're MTF price matters, if you see more than one price tag ask before you pay, last two times I have been in this specific store has happened that the product I wan to acquire has two different price tags, i had already left the store when I notice they did it to me again, is unacceptable their excuse is blaming their workers making mistakes of double pricing items or they suggest that they suspect from their customers putting additional tags, so they to make you feel like a thieves too.This is starting to look suspicious to me now on this specific location, where most of their customers are older people and now I'm wondering if they are doing this intentionally so they can take advantage of them, you leave with the idea of one price and they will always charge you the highest one. Please check twice before purchasing anything from here, is not the amount of money but the practice they are doing business and confusing their customers.

When purchasing items from outlet stores, there is a certain level of "buyer beware" to be considered. This was the case when I bought a boxed air conditioner that was "new" and for what seemed a very reasonable price. There was a handwritten notice on the box stating "no remote", which I didn't think was all that necessary anyway, given the fact that it was a small room air conditioner, perfect for a tiny bedroom. It would be the height of laziness to use a remote control in such a small, but often very warm, space. The remote was, indeed, missing but so too were a number of other essential parts. There was no foam for insulation of windows, no actual duct connecting the venting system to the back of the machine, and to top it all, the instruction manual was missing the page with the English instructions. It seems it was obviously previously purchased, several parts removed, and instructions for putting it together ripped from the manual. How low can some people get? What is wrong with Joe Public that they can willingly and shamelessly steal items, and then return to the store in the way they clearly did with this item? I left a message at Head Office instead of the actual place where it was purchased. I called again and got the actual store to politely make my complaint, and was met with immediate concern and a great willingness to get this dealt with. Gail, the manager from the White Rock store, told me she would immediately contact the general manager, Cindy, at the Langley store to see whether the correct ducting and missing parts were available there. It would save me a 100km round trip and the Langley store was closer to me. Within an hour, I had a phone call telling me to go the Langley store to get the item parts needed. I drove over, found a delightfully helpful and very cheerful young lady (Cindy) who managed the store, and was taken to the warehouse section to open a box of another machine to farm it for the necessary parts. So far, so good. Once I got home. it turned out that the parts (the ducting kit etc) were the wrong size and wouldn't fit the machine I had. The manual was the same, but it covered three different model numbers and this was where it all fell apart. I was pretty disheartened at this stage. I called back and was told to come back with the machine, the parts, and the receipt, which I did. I was told that the mistakes made with the packaging of the first returned item, along with the calls and frustration, and the distances covered was enough to get the manager to provide a simple exchange with a new boxed machine ... but also with no remote control! This was fine by me as I just wanted to get the machine home and working. I took it home, set it up and it was absolutely perfect for the space ... except for one small detail. The lack of remote control WAS going to be a problem because the fan speed can ONLY be controlled by a remote, otherwise it is set at one high speed and this makes the room very cold very quickly. The remote control would be essential after all. (I had to order another remote from Amazon; still awaiting delivery.) The story doesn't end there, however. I received a call from Head Office telling me they wanted to help with the original telephone message left (my first one) but was only now, several days later, being dealt with. The first thing I told her was how impressed I was with the company's willingness to help and the fact that THREE people in positions of authority had intervened to get this dealt with. This is nothing short of EXCELLENT customer service. I was also provided with a remote control for the trouble experienced, and was additionally told that BIG BOX OUTLET is always ready to help when problems surface. I just want to thank by name, Gail from White Rock, Cindy from Langley, Allison from Head Office, and Ryan also from Langley for their cheerful and friendly natures and awesome customer service. Too often the public is ready to berate and belittle retail staff, but I want to celebrate a job so well handled from multiple quarters. THANK YOU!

Rude and racist staff! Went here before and a lady asked my son not to touch any stuff or he might break it (do you tell this to all your customers?). Second time I went here and the same lady on the cashier told me when I was checking out the stuff that I bought “this is not the price of this leash” (told the other staff to check the price tag on the other dog leash only to find out that they are all priced the same). This lady is miserable with her life so I just decided to leave.

Bought bras in a box that were labled as size XL when I got home the bras were only size M. Store refused to refund as they are undergarments even after admitting the size is mislabeled. Eventually the store supervisor offered to refund if I bought another set that is double to price, and they called that reasonable customer service. There are labeling laws for a reason and this store does not follow them.

We purchased a fire table at this location and were very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They made the purchase easy and loaded the table into my vehicle. When I arrived home, I discovered an issue with the wrong cover for the table enclosed. The store manager Gail took care of this matter quickly and within a week I had the correct cover. Prices are great, staff friendly, and Customer Service remarkable. This is why we shop here.

There is a lady short hair, around 5”2 big lady, she has the worst service I’ve ever seen,I have other friends who shop they’re and they say the same thing, she deserves no stars, plus they put her in cashier which is the worst thing, she deserves to be in the warehouse not the cashier because her service is terrible and a lot of people don’t like her too. I don’t know who her name she could be around 50-55 years old. She has given me terrible service more than twice now.

Went in with my mother to look for kitchen chairs, the manager, I think she was, went above and beyond to help us. We were only able to find two in the colour my mom wanted, that was fine but I got a call a couple weeks later saying she was able to find us another two.
