Someone at this store had my daughter (14 year old) put back something she wanted because she would get a better deal in these surprise bags they have (it was also more money) (surprise bag). The bag had Xmas stuff in it and other stuff the store couldn't sell. This happened Saturday February the 5th. A 14 year old girl is not wanting to buy a Xmas count down calendar or ornaments in February or at all. I was told on Sunday the 6th I had to wait until Tuesday to talk to the manager. I go to the store on Tuesday and find out the person that did this was the manager. stormanager.

I shopped their today as I was checking out I forgot to mention I was status, right away the cashier acted like it was a huge nuisance another customer beside me stated that she didn't appreciate the response to me saying I'm status. I thanked her for the solidarity and she left afterwards the cashier made it a point to tell me that she thought that lady was annoying. I stated why are you keeping this going I appreciate it when people stand up for native Americans and I thought what the cashier was doing was annoying. Anyways I will not be shopping here again.

Probably the biggest Miniso in Vancouver. The products are all very good and come at a reasonable price. There's no better place to buy quality, soft, squishy plushies in Park Royal than this place. They also have a decent collection of skincare products which is amazing because it's so hard to find cheap skincare anywhere. I've been a customer for at least a year now and their products have never failed to impress.

Worst customer service. Unbelievable stupid return policies. I bought a tea pot from this place but it would not fit on my kettle so I did not use it. Next day I went there to exchange it with the smaller one. They didn't exchange it for me because it wqs not defected. However the same lady told me you have 14 days to exchange and she DIDN'T MENTION it has to be defective. I never go back there. No good. Never go there.

To the Mean Old Man in glasses with a big birth mark on the face: please show the sales team some respect. They have had a hard time dealing with you trying to return non-refundable merchandise! They had to put up with your insults like they were worthless animals. You are not a king. Please be polite! The staff were friendly in the store. I have respect for them.

Be aware that no matter how bad quality the product turns out to be once you open the packaging, they have a very strict no return/exchange policy. In my case, it was a couple of facial konjac sponges that are supposed be all natural with no additives. I’ve purchased them before at other stores. These ones from Miniso Park Royal reeked of bleach as soon as the package was opened and that smell intensified when it got wet. I took in both the opened and unopened one the following day to return them and I was told returns or exchanges were not allowed under any circumstances. When I argued this wasn’t that I was being frivolous, it was because the product was simply unusable. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasn’t a manager in the store. After a back and forth that must have lasted 15 minutes, finally the manager, through a text exchange with the employee, authorized only an exchange and not a refund. I had to get a few things I didn’t even need. This was an unpleasant shopping experience.

only one person in the store on a Sunday! Super long line. Battery packs are locked away, but there's no staff to unlock them. Worst Miniso location.

Worst customer service I never had since a long time. 2 old people's almost don't speak English at all. The woman was acting like a security guard. I went to the till to pay, it was the man, who was not understanding English and asked me to write on a paper my phone number for the rewards program. I spent 25$ and he never told me about the free stuff after 15$ spent. They were just lost in space. I went back this weekend again to buy something for my son and the woman was making troubles because my son would like to pay his Lego with his on coins ... 6$ on change... not the best but money. They are very bad ... tried to email 2 times the Canadian customer service too and no replies. Very very bad ????
