Here you will see the information of real people who purchase the services of CF Pacific Centre (Mall) in West Vancouver (Canada).
To this day this firm receives a rating of 4.2 over 5 and that rating was based on 127 reviews.
As you can see its rating is quite positive, and it is founded on a very high number of reviews, so we may think that the valuation is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to value when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to write evaluations when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
There are many top quality shops. Everything you can find is possible.
A little smaller than the malls in Richmond and Burnaby, but it's enough to fit inside the very downtown core of Vancouver. Connects to SkyTrain Canada Line and legible to walk indoors to another street exit. There are enough seating and washrooms.
Too expensive.. I'm poor.. I'm just a uni student
Felt safe all shops had mandatory masks with sanitizer available.
Lots of uber expensive stores, but could do with some more variety; most places are too similar.
It Christmas season so it a little busy
I love Pacific Centre Mall its always decorated so nicely and always spotlessly clean. I pop in there almost everyday to eat lunch at the food court, as I work downtown. I pretty well shop exclusively at the shops in Pacific Centre Mall, they have all you will ever need all in one perfect spot.
Big mall. Parking is very expensive. Atleast for mall shoppers they should provide free/low price parking!!
It's a mall with the usual suspects, lots of chain stores, the sales are never really good sales. I much prefer West 4th or Granville street to shop. Winners up the street is easier on the wallet.
Decent mall with many brand name stores located conveniently middle of downtown. Easily accessible. Food court with different ethnic eateries.
Love this mall. I like that there is a good selection of stores inside (though it's not the prettiest downtown mall compared to ones in other cities) but its good because it is close to a bunch of good street shopping as well
It's like finding a needle in a haystack if you coming here for the first time and you are in a hurry because your have to pay for packing. #Help find Nordstrom. Other than this the customer service was great.
Fair size mall for downtown. A little different as it travels below the street at one end and above the street at the other. Some higher end shops inside. Reasonably easy access from the Granville and City Center skytrain stations. Food court is your typical mall food court so don't expect much.
Great when I saw smiling faces!
Very nice place to shop, very clean. Lots of great stores and prices are very reasonable
A great shopping centre in one of the best areas of downtown Vancouver. I often shop at this location and find exactly what I am looking for. It’s not just a great place to shop but also an entertaining, urban experience. Vancouver is by far one of the best cities in Canada. Once inside the CF Pacific Centre, you can avoid those rainy periods that often occur in Vancouver. There are also convenient tunnel systems. Be sure to pack an umbrella if you’re here to visit. It rains quite a bit but it doesn’t take away from the experience. ***IF YOU FOUND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL KINDLY “LIKE” IT***
Pretty nice mall. Stores mostly fit mor rich people's needs. Good place for window shopping and designer items. Good deals throughout the year.
Nice, clean mall, with air conditioning, and a large, diverse selection of stores.
Lots of high fashion shop and good crowd. Lots of low to high clothing and all other accessories place. Easy access to Skytrain. Good options for food as well.
Very boujee mall. All branded stores can be found. Took us a while to see the normal stores.
I love shopping at this mall compared to Metrotown. I've yet to see it super busy. The food court can get busy on weekdays around lunch, but other than that it's a quiet mall. I like it that way.
Like any other mall in the world. Pacific Centre is a nice mall. It’s not anything too special. Just happens to be in the downtown Vancouver core. Parking can be quite expensive. But if it’s day snowing or raining. It’s almost worth just paying for the parking rather than be soaked and having to deal with the elements especially snow. If it’s snowing really hard. Personally for me. I’d just pay than deal with all the mess that the snow brings. There is a lot of shops here. Mostly brand name ones like Abercrombie and Fitch, American Eagle, Banana Republic - there is even a Disney store here! On a side note The Gap has been closing all their stores and on January 2020, The Gap at Pacific Centre has pretty much sold out and closed down. They’re essentially closed. There is a food court here. And that’s like any other food court in any other mall. Nothing special when it comes to the ambiance. Pretty much your typical food court. It’s a decent mall. It’s not huge by any stretch of the imagination. But it’s large enough to keep you occupied walking around and checking out stores (window shopping). My family and I come here when we want to spend a few hours in the downtown core. If you’re a visitor to Vancouver. Definitely check out the mall :)
A very nice mall with lots of shopping options. Quite clean and modern too
Strip mall downtown, same stores as in most malls. If you want a huge shopping experience take the Skytrain to Metrotown, about a 15 minute ride.
Great place to shop
I really love this mall!!! It’s in the heart of the city, the access is great! Several options of stores, always clean and not so crowded (considering weekdays). I believe if there are more options of restaurants it would be awesome!
It’s Friday December 3rd and what fresh hell did I step down into from the Robson/Granville at entrance? A DJ blasting ear deafening music!!!!!! Why???? Are we supposed to dance? Stop and listen while our ear drums bleed? It’s enough w the constant music streaming at us through shop doors and the malls PA system! A DJ? Are we at a club? Are we all 17 years old (though I doubt a 17 year old would approve of the music played). Next time have the courage to be really edgy: hire a classical music string quartet!
I’ve been here many times as it is one of the two most accessible malls near UBC. Major brands reside here. I recommend using public transportation to get here as downtown parking is ridiculous. They are constantly undergoing construction so you know they’ll have more selection soon. The cafeteria also got a major upgrade which has made that area a lot less depressing and a nicer environment to relax in-between shopping. Will visit again in the near future!
Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa have better malls
I love that Pacific Centre has a mother's room in the food court women's toilets. It's a nicely furnished little alcove with a door so that you're not nursing in the restroom! It has two comfortable chairs, a side table as well as a change table(with change pad) and a sink to wash up. There's also a space to park at least two strollers at a time. Well thought out! Kudos Pacific Centre. ????????
great mall lots of high end shopping like Nordstrom and holt renfrew pretty easy to navigate around and right beside skytrain station
Awesome mall with a lot of nice stores to choose from. I've been coming to this mall for the past 40 years and it's always been a pleasant and convenient place to shop.
Right in the heart of downtown Vancouver with many high end stores and easy access to transit
This is a nice mall, good for people with lots of money to spend. I just walked around and didn't buy anything. It's mostly name brands like Coach, Kate Spade, Hugo Boss and more. It has a great Disney Store. Parking is not free, it is fairly expensive parking and you might not be able to get very close parking but the walk is nice.
I haven't visited this mall for quite sometime, now that we are in phase 3 so much different the scenario inside the mall. Lesser people i see that before.
Several commercial floors interconnect several blocks of shopping malls and office towers downtown with a labyrinth of underground parking and off street truck access. Many automatic doors and tunnels lead all the way from Granville skytrain station to the Supreme court, Art Gallery, The Bay, food courts, Nordstroms, near to St. Paul's Hospital. Air conditioned and no rain or snow for a mile in Vancouver's downtown core. See how far you can go and where you pop up, again.
A little small, and lack of shops, but still a nice place to enjoy a rainy Sunday afternoon!
Full of high end stores that I never go to. Food court needs to be at bit larger to accommodate all the shoppers. Washrooms are reasonably clean for a food court. A lot of the stores like H&M, Holt Renfrew, and London Drugs all have two entrances (street level and within the mall). Disney store is located near Nordstrom.
It's a nice shopping center. The Nordstrom store has an Amore Pacific counter & a Sulwhasoo counter! I buy and use Sulwhasoo men's skin care products. I love them. Amore Pacific products are also high end, natural, & effective. Both counters have excellent award winning skin care products.
Nice colorful benches near the Pacific centre. Picture worthy!
Lots of upscale retail outlets not much variety. Food in food hall is only okay. It's convenient to walk through to get to different SkyTrain stations if it's raining outside.
Good mail with lots of selection from high end to low end
With the addition of Nordstrom's and a few other stores the mall is becoming more of a one stop shop. The mall is continuously updating its look and feel which is nice.
It's a regular mall, but hard to park (expensive parking) and high prices. We found better options at Twsassen Mills and at Vancouver Designer Outlet close to the airport (YVR)
A great way to support your community. Owned by majority shares of the Ontario Teachers Pension, hosts downtown Vancouver's city center shopping complex. Top names in fashion and mediocre food court. Most notable; it connects to the Skytrain to Waterfront or the airport.
This mall was always such a treat to visit as a teen. Its been modernized beautifully over the last few years and more high end stores are on offer than ever. The mall often puts on feature displays from student fashion designers to couture ball gowns and even ballet costumes from stage productions (located by the H&M).The downside, some stores now are a bit too high end to window shop and can be stuffy empty voids at times.
very convenient shopping mall. good to visit while shopping on robson street or just looking around the art gallery area. there is a lot of transportation that stops by here so it is easy to access. there are many stores, from the disney store to sephora, and i would recommend going here if you want highend clothing. however, there wasn’t a lot of options for a meal and not much variety in shops either (at least as much as metropolis) still, its quite clean and enjoyable to visit from time to time
Things are busy as usual. People masked and shopping for Christmas.
Went to loading dock and got many electronic items worth money walkie talkies value 450 a, pair selling for 100 for all for with three charger docks
It's a very aesthetically pleasing mall. Big name brands like Prada, Hugo Boss and other rich people stores that I'm not familiar with. It's nice to walk around in. There are some normie stores like Hollister, American Eagle, Call it Spring etc. Most associates are non attentive, I'm assuming it's due to the high traffic they get from the downtown location.
Honestly, the store in this mall are meh. A lot of the stores that I liked have closed or moved. This is usually the last mall that I i think of when I need to go shopping.
A pretty decent mall, even with COVID causing stores to close. Very good safety precautions. A great food court, too!
Its a good spot as you can find all good brands together at one place.
great place to find everything you need from heads to toes, conveniently located downtown vancouver makes easily access by foot, bike, bus, sky train and cars yes parking is available. pricing is reasonable but a little more expensive than at other places. love the place overall, energy is awesome.
It was ok. Seemed better deals out on Robson for the same stores.
Loved the mall before the construction ????. Still pretty good though ????. Food court selection could be better ????. Holt Renfrew is my favourite store in the mall. Soo beautiful and luxurious. There is a path at the bottom level near Holt Renfrew that leads to more great shops and Granville street.
Good for shopping, but it was so difficult to find a parking place around. Normally, it costs $25 for parking in the P.C. underground parking lot.
Pacific Centre is a mall quite unique to Vancouver, and you can't visit Visit Vancouver without walking through the underground system of walkways Vancouver has to offer. Although it is overflowing with ridiculously expensive boutiques and designer clothing establishments, the mall serves as a warm, dry sidewalk for a rainy Vancouver day. (Or basically every day)
Great place to go for shopping.
Went to Soft Moc to purchase a new pair of runners. Then went to the food court for ice cream and then went to Hudson's Bay. It was fairly easy to navigate the mall. Just figuring out what exit leads to what street was the only problem I had. I recommend this mall for one stop shopping.
I was ate lunch at pacific mall food court.
Cozy place for shopping, connected to train station, a lot of good store (apparels, shoes, cosmetics, optical, smartphone/data providers), food court, pharmacy store, etc. One thing that will make the place even better is by adding up a stationery and bookstore.
Everyone has been waiting for years and years and finally its here. Really great mall. Big, clean, nice, huge and has everything especially when everything opens
Great mall but the food court kinda sucks. Very high end options and very central. Highly recommend hitting this up if you're in the city for shopping.
Place had everything I was looking for. Not busy at all, in and out in under 20 minutes, 4 stores.
Outdated, overpriced, stuffy shopping mall! Save yourself the astronomical parking fees, and visit any other shopping area.
All of our favorite places to window shop are here! Nice place to stroll and warm up on a cold and rainy day. Fun to sketch and people watch.
Even though this isn't the biggest mall, it feels more exciting than other malls. It's in the heart of downtown, there are things around the mall plus other clothing stores on Robson Street near by which is a bonus. It's also near the ocean front and Canada place which is super beautiful to walk around. All in all, it's a nice hang out place even if you don't go to shop.

High end shopping. If you want Gucci, Chanel, Stella McCartney, etc. head down here. Holt Renfrew or Nordstrom should have what you're looking for. The only place I've ever seen a pair of shoes (they only put one shoe out so nobody can run away with the pair) for over $1000 and a $500 scarf. Of course if you live in Vancouver you must be able to afford it! As a more frugal shopper, I had difficulty shopping here. I just looked around at all the things I would never buy.
This is a great landmark in Vancouver that has a big events. if you are coming as a tourist this is a great spot to add to your list as it is very unique. The architecture is great and being that it’s right on the water makes the backdrop grand.I really like all the options in the food court..
Really busy and the layout is confusing
Awesome place to shop or just do window shopping. I love energy here. I was in this area in summer there are few spots where people just dance. It was so cool, I have only seen such concept in east.
Clean and following COVID 19 procedures
It is an amazing mall. I really enjoy the food court and it has many shops which are easy to access
Centrally Located Shopping Mall. Within easy reach of transit, SkyTrain and the Canada line. Continuous change of retailers that reflect the tastes of sophisticated shoppers. A food court that features the cuisines of diverse ethnicities and with plenty of seating available. Extremely busy during lunch hour 7 days a week. Modern restroom facilities. Excellent atrium seating with cathedral ceilings and decorative lighting during Christmas. Plenty of glass allows a lot of natural light to filter in during warm weather. Take 5 cafe at the atrium for hot & cold drinks and snacks. Great place to relax and take a breather between shopping bouts. Anchored by Nordstrom and Holt Renfrew at the opposite end. Within walking distance of several posh hotels, banks, high end cafes and shopping at Tiffany's.
I have been coming here for decades. I love the mall and the stores contained within. I often will pass time in the mall. It super clean and stylish now and they continue to evolve it over time. We use the food fair and were there yesterday while we were in between events and had a snack at taco time. (taco time is my fav but then I have many of them) I shop for clothes at the gap, go often to the mens floor at the Bay to buy shoes and clothes. Hoping that they continue to offer shops that are useful to me.
Lots of variety for shops here; however, similar to anywhere in downtown, parking is not cheap. The washrooms were average in terms of cleanliness.
Busy high-end mall. Lots of variety. Canada Goose have a store if needed as well as Holt Renfrew, Henry Rosen etc. Lots of places to sit and relax as your spouse/partner can shop.
Good place to shop when you have a list in hand….not enjoyable when generally window shopping
Nice mall right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Lots of store options and a great layout that goes underground. You won't even think about the fact that cars and buses are driving by right over your head. I went here shopping for clothes and they have a ton of options.
Best katsu sandwich ever
Cadillac Fairview violated guests’ privacy by embedding cameras into the digital information kiosks and used facial recognition technology without customers knowledge or consent.
Best location for shopping and close to skytrain and lots of food franchisees too.
It's a enormous shopping mall and Easily Lost if you're new to the mall
Best shopping mall
The main mall of the city..Zero entertainment, blend...needs better lighting.
On love with this mall. Not too busy and located near Canada place.
Located in heart of downtown Vancouver. Good selection of stores from more common brands to high end retail. Popular and busy. Has SkyTrain station. Washroom well maintained.
Very good shopping mall ...you'll find variety in brands...its a very good option to check out...after you are done with shopping, you can get food from food mall..over there also you'll see variety in foods... Good place to hangout...
Fun to walk around...it has more high end stores now than before.
Great selection of shops, great location, great facilities. You'll enjoy this place for sure. Definitely place to visit if you're visiting Vancouver just for a few days and looking for a place to do your shopping.
A well maintained multi brand shopping centre
Decent mall. Good food court options. Some higher end clothing places, but options for everyone. I think the Metrotown mall in Burnaby is nicer though.
Stores in this mall are extremely high priced. Be prepared to spend alot of $$$$$$.
Always a treat to come here and to either do window shopping, or to actually buy something that I've been wanting to purchase. The place is clean even though there is a lot of foot traffic. The stores are almost complete, moving from branded ones to those that are more of everyday wear. You can find the mobile carriers here too, either in kiosks or stores. The food court has good selection of different cuisine too, and it's a nice place to just sit and chill.
Staff very helpful, establishment extremely clean and pleasantly redone interior. Womans shoes are now in more spacious and far easier accessible area; long overdue for this store. Still working on men's section in the bottom floor
The shopping mall is too small. Needs to be bigger
Nice place to go shopping, variety of stores and shops. Connections to skytrain and canada line, it's also a nice way to make a short cut by walking through the mall and exit from another gate when it's raining outside. The food court is decent but could be improved.
Great mall with a variety of good selection of stores!
If you are visiting vancouver don't miss it very big mall and modern with different brands and qualities you can find everything you imaging or if you living here is a perfect mall to shopping Easy access and reach for people with disability who use wheelchair and near to public transit systems such as bus or sky train, very beautiful atmosphere and enjoyable, cheers
Almost all Sorts of store are here in pacific centre
Nice view of Buildings ????????
Nice place for shopping. It is also crowded but that is what you expect in Downtown Vancouver. Phone signals are not good beacuse of which i face many call drops. The mall staff is very helpful which is the best part of mall.
Very large shopping center with the largest Hudson Bay I have ever seen. Large foodcourt. Washrooms available.
Not a place to look for kids clothing. More for adults and caters to more stylish designs and people with money. Not many stores that are within my tastes. Good for people who are into styles and designer clothes.
Love the huge underground parking in the middle of downtown vancouver
If you love fashion, the place you like it. Apple store, food court and clothes store.
Good variety of store brands! Also very clean bathrooms and food court!
I love to shop there once in a while when I go to downtown, beautiful mall to shop(expensive to inexpensive) and lots of food options in food court.
The mall itself does not have near enough women's bathrooms but I still enjoy shopping at Pacific Center it has all the "staple" retailers of any local mall but the store in PC tend to carry more variety and generally more product than other locations, I am often shopping for my daughters who love to wear matching outfits it's easier to find size runs of the same items in the downtown locations.
Good stores. Food court is lacking.
This mall is underneath the streets and buildings in Vancouver and has many stores to keep you happy! Is it raining and cold? Go warm up at CF Pacific centre!
Parking is expensive and you can't help but feel everything costs just a little bit more for the same stuff you could get elsewhere. Very crowded during mid-day and afternoon. Lots of nooks and crannies in this mall, bookended by Holt Renfrew on one end and Nordstroms on the other, with the Bay keeping it realish for... not sure really who goes to the Bay anymore actually.
Pacific Center Guest Services The two young women working on the afternoon of January 20th were very pleasant, down-to-earth and went beyond the necessary help me. They really put a personal touch on this job that I know can be very repetitive. Thank you ladies for making my visit to Pacific Centre a memorable one!
There's a decent selection of stores, along with cafeteria options (healthy and otherwise!). I do find it a bit too busy on weekends like much of granville street. But there are good sales, just go earlier in the day as selection of sizes seems limited by then for many of the popular clothing stores. The help desk staff is friendly if you're lost! I also like that the mall directly links to the skytrain station VCC.
Great food court, no shortage of cell hone kiosks. Nice patrons, friendly merchants.
Don’t drive downtown, just take the train. It might be a little cramped but much less likely to get into an accident or pay horrible prices for parking. If you walk you are more likely to see wonderful things on the way.
Ok mall
Neat mall with a lot of variety in shops, not just clothes, but tech and hobbyist options as well. Tons of seating. Very spread out, and space conservative. Also very clean and easy to find.
Tons of shops here. Best to come here by transit as the parking is expensive. Generally lots of spots available though. It is well connected by Canada Line and Expo Line. You can find a number of higher end retailers here and of course, Nordstrom and Holt Renfrew are here for your shopping needs.
This is one of the more easily accessible shopping centres we have in Vanoucver. Shopping there mid-week is a breeze and parking is ample. It's sometimes problematic shopping there at the weekends due to the large crowds - especially this time of year.
Probably my favourite mall in Vancouver because it always has what you need and is easy to get in and out of. Doesn't seem to have the same "destination" effect of Metrotown or Park Royal but super convenient to get to on public transit so you don't have to pay the EXORBITANT parking prices.
Nice place. I like the food court there. Lots of variety. Hollister store is here which is good (only one in Fraser Valley ..I think).
I am here regularly.. LOVE it it is always clean u are able to find pretty much anything u could want.. The food court has been exceptional ALWAYS CLEAN ALWAYS GOOD FOOD ALWAYS FRIENDLY THANK U
It's always jam packed
a good place to go shopping. well maintained place and they have clean washrooms too
Always fun to go to as the mall is so massive with amazing stores. Even if you dont want to go to the stores the mall is great for a walk... I love their heated underground parking.
One of the busiest and most productive shopping centres in Canada, Pacific Centre houses many flagship stores and international brands despite being relatively smaller than other Canadian malls. With a simple, straightforward east-west layout the mall is easy to navigate and really is the heart of downtown Vancouver, as both SkyTrain lines connect making for a convenient commute. If you prefer driving, there is ample paid underground parking. The reasons I don't give Pacific Centre 5 stars is more than half of the retail space is located underground (granted the property is on a east-west slope) and lack of expansion capability (maybe that's a good thing). As far as I can tell, the shopping centre has a zero-sum leasing arrangement: old shop out, new shop in, unless they consider partitioning flagship space like they did the old Sears building.
The mall is nice and cleaning and busy enough that it doesn't feel abandoned like other malls. The temperature always seems to be too high though and I generally run cold.
A mall is a mall is a mall but this one has class, style and upscale, upperclass stores and merchandise. Richie Rich would shop here if he didn't have to leave Dollar tied outside.
Good option to do shopping while exploring downtown
I was in Sketchers November 19 with my 12 year old son to purchase shoes for him. I didn’t catch the woman’s name who helped us but she was amazing!! Thank you so much for the exceptional customer services
Wow! Amazing mall, and amazing neighborhood! I could spend my whole day here and not get bored. So many exciting and worthy shops and restaurants. I had a wonderful time here.
Good weekend timepass. Try to visit shops that aren't located in your local mall
I didn't quite understand the concept of this mall. It's divided in several buildings. Different employee weren't sure how to go to specific places when asked. I didn't like the shopping mall, but that's me. I think if there were maps detailing how to go and where it would have been way easier.
A gorgeous shopping mall, love to shop here sometimes! A collection of my favourite store are at this mall !
Clean, simple, blue color stores, accessable by Canada Line train service at Vancouver City Center Station. Located at Granville & Georgia Streets
Really good mall in downtown Vancouver with paid underground parking and excellent selection of boutiques. Nordstrom as the anchor tenant, with the majority of shops located in the lower level. Very beautiful and updated, clean washrooms. Gets pretty busy on weekends and evenings with lineups outside the stores. Pretty good outside of those hours.
Great to have access to the store from the Skytrain
Walked around listening to the Serendipity soundtrack. Unfortunately no woman tried to buy a pair of cashmere gloves at the same time as me....
The CF is the usual stock standard shopping mall. It does have the usual shops and by looking up on the internet it will show all the shops. The shop was tidy and easy to navigate. It has a food court with a great range of tastes
I've been doing some contract work there at night but it's usually busy there during the day it's a good shopping centre for that part of town.
Pacific center is one of the best malls in vancouver . Nice atmosphere. Great selection of shops .
Quick in and out for some Christmas Presents with plenty of options. Of course a shot with the statue & we were out of there! Until next time ✌????. One of the many benefits of living downtown.
Stopped at The Habitant fora couple beer while transferring from bus to train to go to the airport, and it was fine. Bartender seemed a little uptight, but I have never worked in a bar in downtown Vancouver, so who am I to judge.
Very easy going sales rep was able to quickly help me find what I was looking for at the store. The design of the store makes it easy to find desired products very quickly. I like the brands they carry and they do a great job separating trendy collections versus classics.
Very busy mall .. where in the heart of Vancouver city
Very nice mall, it's a upscale environment. There are good trendy high end stores. The con is paid parking, unless you come in public transportation.
This mall is always exciting, full with people, walking, laughing, cheering. Amazing place to shop, but not very good for food lovers, the food court is conjusted and has limited restaurants compared to other malls in the city. But if you are here for food, we suggest exploring the city.
Very luxury mall you can find very classy cloths or dresses shoe bags and also food kourt for buy a food , its a good atmosphere for spending with your family and kids and shopping when outside is cold or rainy, wheelchair is accessable! Enjoy it!
Absolutely incredible. I've never been to an underground mall! There are lots of great shops to visit, like Apple, Disney, Microsoft, Footlocker, and many many more! Theres also a food court if you're hungry! You can also buy canadian goose jackets, which are VERY expensive.
The urine smell outside this building is not as bad as other buildings in the area.
Large indoor mall. Lots of stores. Stores of different price ranges. Very clean food court.
Great stores, including Nordstrom's and The Bay. Good food court - I went to Jugo Juice for my daily smoothie - I tried Mango Madness and had a shot on the side which had tumeric in it - I can't remember the name of it though.
Best food court in north america.love you A&W.
Pretty nice mall inside.
Very clean and lovely interior. If you're seeking higher-end chain stores, this is the place for you. It seemed a bit too austere and high-priced for our tastes. It would be a good place to spend some hours window-shopping on those rare days when it's too hot or (more likely) pouring down rain in the city. Good, clean washrooms.
Mall is nice good sales but parking so expensive I was there for half hour and I payed $8.00 unbelievably if you save in some items you pay it in parking noooo good
I absolutely love shopping here! There's so many shops now even the Food court is awesome with the best selections of food to eat!
Good food court options
High-end shops along with Nordstrom and Holt Renfrew. Wide main shopping aisle but food court lack some options. Low ceiling with dated dining seatings.
Nice location. But who wants to go to a mall anymore and wear a mask. No vaccine passport check.
Charged $20 for literally less than 3 hours of parking... outrageous
Pricey parking. But mall is good.
Mostly common brand name stores, which are on the more expensive side. However, it is a nice place to be if it is raining and it is right outside the metro. The mall is very nice and clean. The mall was very crowded on weekends. The walking paths are very narrow and feels a bit cramped, it was difficult to stop and look outside a store without blocking the way for everyone else.
Very nice mall. Perfect for spending some time while you walk and see the stores.
Great parking BUT, lot Pacific centrecloses at 7 and it's tough to find your car. Could do with some maps etc to see where you are. The centre itself is a fantastic shopping experience
I only walk through for Hudson's Bay and H&M. If, when, H&M is gone?! I will rarely walk through, if at all.
Most of the brands available here. Location is good and approach is easy. Building is beautiful.
Quite a desolate place during weekdays with few customers but all stores seem to be open. No or little lineup even at Apple store!
Great mall for all your needs!! Must visit
Today, I shopped at one of the tenants of Cadillac Fairview owned Pacific Centre, the Tumi store. I picked up a Alpha 2 laptop bag. Overall, this shopping mall has a great selection of shops that should satisfy whatever it is you're looking for. Have a great time!
Just like any other CF mall. Smaller than Eaton in Toronto by a longshot.
Best mall in Vancouver
Love the amount of stores! This shopping centre is more high end. Respectively, it is extremely clean and well furnished.
We are on the 18th floor and what an amazing day of training
Yep it’s a big mall
I dont think its well made, it shouldve been made less long. The CF in toronto is better and the one in Montreal even better (excluding the shops themselves)
This is a hard review for me to do, so please bare with me. As a shopping mall CF Pacific Center provides some shops of interest to me and a lot that don’t. The fashion stores seem over priced for what they are... many shops all the same stuff. However every employee I’ve encountered at this mall is friendly. The reason why I’ve rated two stars the people are great. On the other hand the food court and washrooms are appalling. The food court seems to provide options, where in reality it doesn’t. It is also very expensive for fast food, the portions are small except for my fav “Thai Express” The washrooms!!! First off, there isn’t enough. Secondly due to the lack of security in the mall the bathrooms seem home to the homeless and vagrants. The condition of these newly renovated restrooms IS DISGUSTING!! Enough said
Very nice mall. Clean. Underground. Located downtown off Granville. Many of the stores are outside street level, it's a lot of walking. Overall it was clean and I felt safe. Unfortunately it was expensive to park which is why I removed a star.
Fantabulous ,wt you want, can get here
Parking management is AWFUL. THEY CHARGED ME FOR 2 HOURS 20$. ????????????????
It's a mall like most other malls. Has some good eateries, lots of shops but nothing that I am interested in.
Underground mall well suited for rainy Vancouver. 3 major department stores attached. Skytrain access to both lines. Good variety in stores. Food court seems a little limited, but ok if you are in a hurry.
Divserve array of brands and generally well kept mall but unnecessarily long distance between some stores and expect $24+ for a few hours of underground parking.
Everything for everyone. All budgets are welcome and you will always find something useful for yourself or to give as a gift. If you have kids, the Disney Store has an "opening store ceremony" where your kid will handle the "keys" and will open the store. Kind of an unforgettable experience for the little ones! Prices are reasonable and you can find gifts that cost only 5 dollars. Nice way to show people that you didn't forget them during your trip to Vancouver! :)
Mall has a good selection of stores.
Best place to chill if u travel via skytraina
Hallways are small so this isn't the best place to go window shopping. It gets pretty busy and sometimes when you need to sit, there aren't any seats available. But overall, it carries both high end brands and budget-friendly stores.
As far as malls go it’s pretty decent. Hard to get lost but many of the same stores are on Robson so I’d rather shop there. Even though it’s as busy, I somehow feel it has a nicer atmosphere. As soon as you enter PC it’s like everyone forgets how to walk normally. A bit of a zoo.
Underwhelming selection of stores however the pleasant thing was the size of the stores. They have the biggest Hudson’s Bay I’ve ever been to, and I found a lot of designer brands on sale at this location that I don’t find anywhere else. These Mason Margiela shoes were 70% off.
High end retail shopping centre, if you're planning a visit, keep in mind it's right in downtown. In meaning that you wont find as much classic fast food options in the food court, although there is a dq/orange julius and an a&w I believe, if your intrested in that.
Great mall! It does need a few more stores but other than that Pacific Center has a great a atmosphere, great food, and is a really nice place to shop.
Big with all stores inside
Quite small but has a lot of key stores and has high end stores as well. Some major stores include: Bay, Holt Renfrew, H&M, Nordstrom, Lululemon, Bath amd Body Works, Abercrombie (Only one in BC!)/Hollister, RW&CO etc
Many great stores and the Nordstrom was Neiman Marcus quality! But walking through the mall was a bit hot and claustrophobic.
Great shopping mall! Very clean and good stores and food court area. The people and the stairs are very nice and clean! The area where the mall is, is very good close to all kinds of museums, restaurants and other stores
Do you like shoppibg makl? You'll like this one because it as pretty much everything and it is straight in downtown so you can even stop for a bite or walk around town easily. Did I mention the skytrain brings you the the mall directly?
I've been to this place over 30times and somehow gotten lost every single time, but this place is so dope and I love it, stores choice is dope but pretty pricey don't come here if your shopping/browsing on budget but if you got the cash this place rocks and somehow all of the stores have good service????
Very calm place to shop with lots of highend shops
Great place to shop. Visit CF Pacific Centre in Downtown Vancouver where you’ll find luxurious shopping and premium retailers. Featuring Nordstrom, Holt Renfrew, Harry Rosen, H&M, Apple, kate spade new york, Mackage, Ted Baker London, and so much more. Located on the corner of Georgia and Howe, adjacent to Robson St. and the Vancouver Art Gallery. Guest Services is located on level M1 of the shopping centre, and provides a variety of complimentary services including: general information, tourist and community information, language assistance, the CF SHOP! card® and UnionPay.
Cool comfortable place to visit in the summer with Edo Japan for delicious food and Holt Renfrew for shopping, can't get any better!
The mall is basically a long hallway. You're not gonna get lost and it's got enough good retailers without a bunch of extra faff. Look, it's cool if a mall has X number of stores but you don't go to all of them in a visit. This mall will get you in, get you what you need and get out with energy to spare. It's a mall for the person with a plan.
Centrally located in the heart of downtown Vancouver with skytrain access and lots of underground parking. The mall has a lot of stores and a nice food court. The 4 seasons hotel is connected to it as well. Parking can be expensive.

Nice shopping environment despite the low ceiling. Like the wood attributes on the ceiling design. Good mix of high quality and high end shops. Could use some cool air vents, air feels a bit closed.
Lovely place to visit or go on a stroll
Fancy mall. Expensive prices. Verity of brands.
This is a great place, where you can find what ever you are looking for, like clothes, food , electronics, etc. This is located very wide underground that you can cross the street without realizing. You are welcome to visit this beautiful place and enjoy purchasing whatever you want or need.
Great shopping and food. Like going there with my husband and spend the a day shopping. Fantastic choices and mix of the stores. Only negative is the cost of parking.
Right beneath the surface of downtown center, this mall is one of the higher end malls in Vancouver. It contains the one and only Hollister store, which is a brand I personally like a lot. The food court has recently been renovated, it now has tray return islands just like Metropolis. It does close relatively earlier than other malls though being in the core of downtown, it is one of the most convenient ones, especially if you are working at downtown area.
big crowded shopping centre with a urban eatery. instead of eating there we went to Gastown for a meal at Meet. wifi was very handy as well as the washrooms(TOILET). Great for shoppers being close to train and bus.
Don't eat in the food court! The ceilings and walls are filled with mice and cockroaches. Most of the food court was shut down by coastal health or forced to renovate. They may have fixed the walls but they haven't fixed the problem. Stay away!
A little dark and dingy/ over crowded but there are a wide variety of shops and the brands you crave. Location is what makes this mall the most accessible, right centrally downtown. Staff in the stores I went to were amazing - super friendly, bubbly and welcoming. The customer service employee was very helpful with my questions of where stores were located.
For a mall in the Downtown core, it's a mall with a variety of shops. I found alot of the shops where high end high priced. Mall has Public Washrooms, Food Court and is very close to Transit
Excellent location . plenty of free parking Well worth the wait. . Professional staff Friendly service Wait times are high on weekends. $$$ moderate to expensive. Customers are all treated professionally and in a timely manner .
This was a nightmare. I needed wheelchair access and had to go through the parking lot to get to the lower level and then when I wanted to go to the other side where the Mac store was there was no wheelchair access only stairs and escalators which I cannot do. I will not go to this mall as it has very little access for disabled people.
Nice mall with a wide rate of stores including ultra high end. Bright and lively with a welcoming environment. The food court is large with a wide rage of different cultural dishes offered.
Good mall, but they have hooks behind the toilets saying to place your valuables there.. Which makes you wonder if they have a problem with thieves grabbing bags from over the door while you're going to the bathroom.
Parking impossible and VERY expensive. Only ok if you transit here
It is a nice place, but to be honest mm you if don't have a large pocket book don't bother shopping there, the people there make me feel totally uncomfortable, and to tell you the truth they look down at you while their heads are held high, but can't even look you in the eye, and as for the business owners and their employees, they are just as bad, but good news is VERY FRIENDLY WELCOMING FROM APPLE STORE , GOOD ON YOU GUYS FOR NOT LOSING, YOUR SELVES LIKE THE WAY THE REST OF THE PEOPLE AND BUSINESS 'S, there, Like to be snobby and let's say tooo rich for my blood, But hey money makes people better.............. . RIGHT.....????????????????????
Nice shopping mall. Always full with people walking and cheering. Walking distance from harbour front. Easy excess from different street blocks.
Busy, increased security. Not too bad overall, but I just went to Lush.
Great mall, with all the best stores. However, as it is in the middle of downtown, everything is so unnecessarily pricey. They don’t have the same sales as other malls. It may be best to just go for the experience, to window shop, and to get inspirations but probably not to shop...unless you want to spend all your money!
I feel slightly broke every time i shop here. ????
Great place for food and drinks
Great area
Pacific centre is a good mall with quite a lot of variety for its size. I miss the La senza that used to be here but everything else it has store wise is awesome!
Fast and efficient place to find your favorite stores here. Great place.
Variety of high end shopping options. Beautiful setting. Transit nearby.
Great selections and congenial service. It's a shopping center on the path to becoming a humongous residential complex with an expansion of the current unilevel shopping center. Man, this project is going to be a real humdinger with the largest developer in Canada behind it. Located in Richmond City Center, hobnobbing with seemingly countless new residential high-rise development, it is transforming this prime area of Richmond into a microcosm of Manhattan. I kid you not.
I like this mall. It can be pretty busy on the weekends but in the evenings it's pretty quite. The stores are more clean and organized compared to some of the really busy malls. The only thing is parking is expensive, food court sucks and limited stores.
Upscale shopping centre downtown. Three department stores anchor a vast array of fashion oriented boutiques. A large Nordstrom flagship, a stunning Holt Renfrew and Hudson's Bay Company all have stores. You'll also find Apple, Disney, H&M, plus many unique designer shops and a large food court.
Good selection of stores. Not to busy.
A little bit crowded, but the experience is really cool if you are into shopping.
Nice big multi block mall
Very covid weary and making lanes well aware of the direction u shouldn't be going and will be going and the person besides u going or better be going....like going home If u don't social distance yourself. Better not find out what the lil bars and tiny cell in the basement is for
Best shopping place in vancity.
Not too crowded and a good rangr of shopping opportunities.
I was impressed with the number of shops, a huge selection I would say , There is a huge parking lot and we got lost, we almost didn’t find our car, wasted at least 20 minutes looking for our car.. since there are so many elevators remember which one you took, or the store that’s beside the elevator as a reminder and you should be fine. the food court is nice.
Nice place. Very convenient and enough shops to get what you need.
Would like to go back got an awesome deal at the food court ???? at the Chinese food place didn't get h name though
I enjoyed the different types of shots that are available here you can go from getting a $20 pair of shoes to buying a $1,000 pair of shoes. There's a lot of versatility in the shop and it is easy to navigate. I love coming here :)
Not a fan of malls. Good selection of shops though.
It was okay. Very high end mostly clothing. Not too much fun to be had for a lad.
Decent mall. Nothing to write home about
Clean and safe mall as a lot of security guards are working
Why they didn’t connect these two train stations, I’ll never understand.
There's just one plug in one table at the food court. There's others near some stairs but the guards won't let you stay there for long. They should have in mind that people need to charge their phones lol.
Nice collection of stores and food court.
My Son had to go & pick up my cellphone So I didn't go but he said that the workers were very helpful & they had to take him to an other store to get to the right store & the girl said that she was glad to help out So it's probably a great place to go Ok !
It's an ok place, lots of store closures over the last while. Lots of repetitive stores that all offer really similar style of clothing which is mostly like Gap but varying states. Lots of high end stores and a few cheap ones but not much in the middle with decent prices. Food court is newly renovated but it's basically restaurant level pricing, so little reason to eat there
Very crowded and noisy. The food court has a big choice but when you have food sensitivities it's not the place to go. It's also usually packed, which makes eating there at any time likely less enjoyable.
Great shops and close to SkyTrain Canada Line. Upscale
Huge mall with so many different places & interesting things from food to merchandise.
Its a nice store but the service is just soso and their prices are much higher than other stores with the same products.
Pretty nice place for shopping, eating and looking around. I liked the food court specially. Various choice and quite reasonable price.
I always like coming to Pacific center to go shopping. It has a great blend of stored for most budgets. Its clean and tidy.
It was quiet and clean with a lot of security. I was just window shopping and grabbed some super. I would ship here again for sure and take more time to explore. It goes on forever.
Lots of stores and choices. Very good shopping experience
Clean but no covid protocols or limits of people, far too busy
Great shops and great food. Gorgeous mall
Great place to shop with ample of underground parking. Easy access via Canada Line.
No halaal food options. Let's be inclusive. Its 2021.
Lovely atmosphere & it's LGBTQ+ friendly. And a great shopping destination. I appreciate the effort in keeping the washrooms always clean.
I love it. If you're looking for internationally famous brands, this is the place. Abercrombie and Hollister's outlets are my favourites. Pacific centre is very much similar to the Dubai Mall. The food court also has many famous chains of restaurants or food outlets which everyone can easily afford to have a meal. Well operate/maintained sanitary facilities also available to use for the public makes the difference as well.
I don't shop at the high end stores, so I can't comment on those. But I love that they have RW and Dynamite. Usually not as busy as metro. Take 5 coffee is delicious!
Everything you need in one place
Parking area MUST have the location number on each corner instead of placing YOU MUST REMEMBER YOUR PLATE. Signal was weak and wasn't able to press PAY till I went upstairs and in less than 3 minutes I got a 90cad ticket. Still dealing with that headache from the parking company. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE @easypark is NOT THAT EASY.
Can't afford anything in this mall and who would want to pay 500$ for jeans with rips in them??
People wheit good heart ❤ and pandemic harding Avery one God bless all
I love everytime I go to the Pacific centre it's a great mall to go shopping or just browsing its located between Granville street and Howe st pender st and Georgia. There's two levels and you can go across the pender walkway to more shops and eateries it is also connects to The Hudson Bay store on Granville street and the Granville street skytrain which is connected to TheBay on the basement level so check it out just walking around is a adventure in itself also there's a information booth at the Georgia st entrance if you need to find a store or business check it out next time your downtown or here for a holiday.
Nice shopping it's location is kinda cool too
It wasn't overcrowded and plenty of security all over to ensure public safety in these times.
Massive mall spanning several blocks in the heart of downtown. There's plenty of (paid) parking underground. The food court has plenty of options for a quick work lunch. It's busiest in the strict 12-1 window so avoid that if you can. One of the few Apple stores is located here. This is mainly where they do repairs in Vancouver.
Meh? Low class pretending to be high class
Please refrain from buying phone cases and creen protector from the small stall located in the hall or lobby of this mall. Particularly the one in front of Browns near the Guest Services. They sell a low quality open packed cases in a premium price, the seller don't even know how to properly put a screen protector and left a lot of bubbles. They have a terrible customer services ????
It’s a good solid mall. Lots of interesting expensive stores and tasty food court! Located next to all transit lines.
Nice but largely caters to the very wealthy, many economy stores have left the mall.
Pacific Centre Direction's CF Pacific Centre is located at 701 West Georgia St., Vancouver V7Y 1G5 On the corner of Georgia and Howe, adjacent to Robson St. and the Vancouver Art Gallery. I would personally recommended pacific centre for shopping. lots of option you will get under one roof.
Classic this underground mall is still recognizable after all these years. Some beautiful flagship stores to enjoy. Beautiful at Christmas time.
They have lot of outlets and a good food court. Parking is there in the basement but Quick parking for order pickups are quite impossible mostly.
There are so many famous brands but I don't know why I couldn't find any guide map which is important in somewhere like Pacific Center
There are quite good shops here, however, this place is LITERALLY like a labyrinth - you can spend a lot of time just to find an exit or to understand how to get the particular store. So be prepared to spend additional time here, if you are not aware how it is organized.
Lots of stores, great variety. Various styles and price ranges. The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because I saw 2 mice running around by the food court. I understand that in a city this big, businesses are bound to have pest problem, but I also saw absolutely no preventative measures or control measures in place. It leads me to believe they have an infestation, yuck! Thank you, next!
Love the fact that a big part of the mall and all its parking is made under the huge Downtown towards beneath the ground. Very creative. It's a city under the city. Mall itself however could do better with some better stores and definitely better food court options.
The mall is gorgeous and just has a lovely aesthetic, It has to be one of my favourite malls in the Vancouver area with it’s fantastic location and large variety of stores, it’s a perfect location for a weekend shopping trip.
Got some nice shops, a little bit small
I have been shopping here since 1974 Convention skytrain stops at pacific center The Bayl is here family huge store. Centrally located heart ❤ Granville st street lots of stores shoes body shop high end too holt Renfrew
The soaptender was very pleasant with us. They were unfortunately out of face masks, though the store had enough to make me a sample of the one I prefered. Great customer service.
A great selection of shops and a good environment to do your shopping. The staff is generally very helpful. Some of the lower level stores can use more love as I find myself usually gravitating closer to Holts or Applestore when the escalator breaks down. Only thing that separate this center from a 5 star rating is the maintenance of the escalator; they tend to break down often.
Nice mall, good food options if you like fast food, and of course, they have the top luxury brands in here.
Nice shopping mall in the heart of downtown. You can find every big brand here. Well connected with the transit and access to skytrain from the unser the mall. Didnt look that busy for a Saturday evening but have a lot of options.
In the heart of downtown Vancouver, certainly feels good to shop here. Good collections and the only place which has Abercrombie and Holister outlets. I personally like these brands and there’s no other place that I can find these.
It's a clean mall filled with the franchise brands, but the stores are pretty small so the selections are quite limited.
The Best shopping mall in downtown
ww the best.....all for us. XL thanx.
It's a little bit high end for my taste, and you feel kind of like you're underground most of the time because you're really just in the middle of a building. But the food court has some excellent choices!
Like everyone says this is the biggest mall but I reallly wasn’t impressed Metrotown is far better IMO
Great variety of places to shop at. Many fast food chains to choose from.
I love it! It's a great place to shop. It is a nicely laid out mall that's easy to find whatever stores one is looking for. I shop there no less than three times a month.
A compilation of some of the nice looking stores under on roof. Convenient but can at times be a bit over crowded.
Great place! Lots to choose from
It's alright. Pretty small, doesn't have many good places to sit. Food court is often crowded. There are many higher end retailers at Pacific Center, though overall the shopping experience is mediocre.
I love this mall. Good food court. Mostly go here for Apple and Artizia. Might grab some Purdy’s, Body Shop, and etc. Shopped at many of the stores.
It's a big mall, with a lot of higher end, expensive stores. There's lots of selection. If you have the budget, and are looking for luxury or fashionable clothing brands, then this is probably a good place for you to shop. A lot of people, myself included, use this primarily as a stop to use the public washroom as you're transiting through downtown, as the Canada Line and several buses basically stop on its doorstep.
I was there for the giftcard event buy 500 get 100 bonus, but the walk in loooooong lineup makes me wait for over 3 hrs. Even i was the first group waiting before 10 am. I believe too many internal employee occupy the spot and make walkin waiting longer time. They should make separate line to make sure you are at the right spot
Lots of stores but there is always a ton of maintenance going on. The escalators near the food court have been down for weeks and it's a hassle to get around. The best part is being able to access it from multiple spots.
Way better items then you find in smaller malls. More unique. I think they get the newest fashion here first.
Nice with a few high end shops.
With it's 6/49 and BC/49 w/ keno this stop access's the gambling services right nextdoor to law providers whom mostly care very little w/ no gambling program pamphlets held there or on location...
Great stores love it. Fast forward to October 2021- Was absolutely so happy when I won $1840 and had no problems cashing my keno winnings at lottery kiosk in food court.
In my personal opinion, it is quite a good mall expecially for how small it is compared to most!
Very big and beautiful..i felt confortable..
A pretty nice mall downtown for a very cool day of hanging out, shopping and eats. Like most things though, completely lost its flair from all this Covid politics forcing the strangulation of small businesses everywhere. Maybe one day the mojo will come back when the vacant spaces fill up again.
Nice mall and good selection of stores
Two anchor stores, the Bay and Nordstrom. London Drugs big drug store is also located there. Food court is good, one can get all kinds of food. Come with walking shoes and enjoy the day at the mall. Parking is expensive. Hop on the bus or sky train.
Solid shopping experience. High end places and food. What else can you ask for in a downtown mall?
The old lady cleaning the dishes in the foodcourt is very nice
Clean and light shopping floor. Many shopping options to choose. Food court and public washrooms available. Pretty crowded most of time. Parking available (not free). Walking distance to skytrain station. Located at downtown Vancouver. UBC downtown campus is located across street.
Its a nice place to shop and hang out with friends but they need to keep their elevators in working condition all the times, specially during rush hours. Most of the time they are out of order and it gets difficult for elderly people. They need to find out a way to bring in more european brands.
The best shipping Centre in Vancouver but not at the level of the best that you can find in main cities of the world. The stores are great but not many variety. Parking is expensive. It’s very central so it’s convenient. So good but Vancouver deserves better.
Hmm It was a little bit better before! Still a nice place to go to shopping
Mall is great; lots of stores, good food. This 1-star review is for their horrific parking. $15.40 to park for two hours on a Wednesday at 11am. Stopped in to pick up tickets we won, grab lunch and change our babies diaper. How places can charge this much for parking beats me.
Great mall. It is so nice to have this in the downtown core.
Very big mall downtown. All the stores you need are there either inside or outside. Food court has several varieties of food????
Parking here is terrible. $8 per hour and we had to we around 30 minutes in line to pay. Never coming back here.
Very bland, don’t enter the bay unless you want to be trapped for hours trying to find an exit. The parking was horrible and they made me pay again after I already paid. The ticket man was very rude. Would never return, go somewhere else.
There seems to be a lot of "nothing" to me. It's all more expensive stores. It's a nice place, but I never end up spending a lot of money here.
There seems to be a lot of "nothing" to me. It's all more expensive stores. It's a nice place, but I never end up spending a lot of money here.
We bought a bag to my wife’s birthday and she didn’t use for a week and broken... I will never bought again any Gucci brand since they are not serious. They didn’t wanna replace it....they just wanna sent for repair, unbelievable.
A great place to take shelter from Vancouver's 24/7/365 rain storms
Nice shopping centre with something for everyone, but catering to the high-end and professional crowd more than most malls. At the intersection of two SkyTrain lines. Right in the heart of downtown. Always very busy. Parking is expensive and cheap parking is hard to find so best to take the train if you can.
I Love this Place Best of luck
I love it, it electronic map rules, the only but is if you do not follow the instructions you will get lost for sure, specially when you want to go out. I Love Disney Store, but Metrotown's is bigger. Everything else has a little bit of everything and cozy
Mall is great but I don’t like it’s complicated parking system ????
High end stores that I normally wouldn't go in, but that's just me. Food court has a good selection. Parking is $$$. Our 2 hrs was around $18
The mall is pretty small, but the stores are of good selection, and the location is fantastic. That said, it is a bit of a maze, especially where it connects to the City Centre - we could not figure out where any of the exits were, and eventually made our way out through London Drugs! The foodcourt is undergoing serious renovations: half of the businesses are closed, as are half of the available washrooms. Washroom layout is also a bit weird, and many stalls are consistently filthy. The mall is partially accessible. The layout would make navigating in a wheelchair more difficult than it ought to be.
The mall has a few selection of shops however I was expecting the food court to have more options.
It's good plenty of stores and shops of all types and wealth levels.
Really nice and well kept mall. Lots of high end retailers. Food court covers all the basics. They need more bathrooms though.
Good mall lots of high end shops and tech stores has a great bar inside and the food court is pretty good too. Generally find something I'm able to walk out of here with and that's a good thing. Can be pretty crazy some days
The mall is great but I’ll never park there again. It’s the most I’ve ever paid for parking. $24 for 2hours is ridiculous. Even $5/hr would feel like a lot but would be used but this is an annoyance and I will go out of my way to avoid using their service again.
We were hungry souls in search of food so thought the food court will offer more choices and some relief from the cold so went inside the mall. Food court was ok, clean and prompt service by the staff. Had food there then went to see around the mall. Stopped first at Purdy's and the negative experience there changed everything. We left the mall after that incident, which I reviewed on google reviews and on their Facebook account. Couldn't see anything else in the mall. Hence, my review is colored by this 1 incident, sorry cant help it.
This is an ok mall which lacks big brands. It has a unique watch store that has watches made out of wood from the famous railway ties of the trans Canada railway, also a luxury watches shop. And a really good food court with some of the best beef vindaloo and another place with top quality poke. Free WiFi.
Worst shopping mall ever, half of the shops are permanently closed, no kids zone, and no adults entertainment as movie theater.
The mall has a great selection of stores. If you dont care for crowds or like to get your shopping done quickly, avoid this place at peak hours (evenings/Saturdays), it is so incredibly packed it is nigh impossible to move around and can be quite overwhelming/frustrating if you arent okay with that.
Really great! It has tons of stores but mainly clothing but 2 stores. They have an apple store and microsoft store there too! It also gets really crowded but you have to expect that in these types of places. They also have great food selection too. Overall great mall, 4.5 stars.
Excellent food, Expectional customer service by Kamal???? highly recommended
Beautiful little mall with overpriced stores and alot of criminals. Upstairs has stores designed for only the upper class, and below has stores designed for the middle. Due to its location downtown and many exits to the streets and skytrains, grab and run theft is very high. The food court is not fancy nor pleasant, just run of the mill and very cramped. No reason for the average person to go here.
Its not busy, and stores are practicing physical distancing and making it safer for shoppers.
Nice shopping centre, almost zero gluten free options, most staff was very rude when asked about said options but the Thai place has a few which we were very grateful for.
Very clean, attractive, new looking mall. Great high and mid end stores plus the basics. Nordstroms and HM and sephora etc. don’t come for lower end stores and pricing. I also appreciate their food court.
Very busy during the days leading to Christmas but a lot of great deals. The food court is full of nice selections but has limited seating.
Cool location west coast feel
Good place, lacking more big brands but a place to visit if you're around
Great place to find trendy stores and lots of variety. Easy walking and fun to people watch.
Decent mall. Good food court options. Some higher end clothing places, but options for everyone. I think the Metrotown mall in Burnaby is nicer though.
You will find there everything you need, particularly good asian foods!
Lots of variety, good place to walk around
Pricey! Definitely a place to go to spend money you don't have.
Too many foreigners. Don't like it anymore. The food court is over capacitated with lazy people who don't go outside to enjoy the outdoors, not do they spend their supposed money. Not a community anymore.
Very nice place. I've been there twice since I came. I went there to visit the Fido shop and we are some good Thai Fried rice with apple juice and another type of rice from a different eatery there. Tasted great!
Go here almost everytime I drive out to Vancouver, probably the 2nd best shopping mall on the coast. Has all your staples, plus Nordstrom and other designer stores.
Yes this place has such Professional people working for them especially the trades painter he went out of his way to help us when we were lost.cheers
Enjoy this shopping centre mostly for its convenient location in the downtown core. It's conveniently located next to both Sky Train and Canada Line train stations and transit buses. This retail shopping experience happens to contain some unique options that other Lower Mainland shopping centres do not offer, for example there is British Columbia's one and only Hollister Co. Which is a Very busy place and ways crowded. The mall is very well kept and clean and bright and shiny with all kinds of festive lights, especially around the holidays. There currently is a magical, wonderful display of reindeer all done in immaculate white lights which is perfect for the overall Ambience of this somewhat upscale shopping centre I say upscale because it happens to Hurst rather large semi department stores like Harry rosen and Holt Renfrew among many others. The shopping centre is also also heavily guarded with a large team of security personnel who take their jobs very very seriously!!!! so u better be on your best Behavior or I promise they will come for you!!!!
Upscale, but quite nice. Not sure if I've seen anyone actually buy anything from one of the clothing stores...
Good options for shopping . The best thing is accessibility and also that is completely underground but still personally feel options to shop or eat are quite less in comparison to the surrounding area.
Very large selection and a bit high- priced. But was a great experience.
Its my go to place for Hollister and A&F. There is no other place to access these two brands. Overall very clean and nice place to shop and also enjoy the downtown ????
I have to be honest I did walk through pacific center because it was raining. Thats like three blocks inside. Did get sidetracked by the sparkling things in the window displays. Bought a pair of pants... major sale and i will have something dry at my destination
Has a very large selection of shops and stores. The mall is very clear and the staff at the information desk are so friendly.
Best brands on computers, smartphones and cell carriers and variety of electronics appliances, clothes, home supplies, shoes,... you could find along this Centre. Coffee and pastries shops, different types of foods and places to rest for a while.
Good selection of stores. Awesome to get out of the rain too. Food court has some good options, the Thai place is my fave but if you are on a tight timeline, the line might be daunting. Food is good and cooked to order.
Great shopping mall and good selection of stores. Parking is a challenge even though its paid parking but it is hard to find a spot. However, it is very transit accessible. Walking distance from Granville and Robson Street which are also great shopping locations especially in the summer time.
The mall has very beautiful shoes and some clothes cheap and expensive one I recommend anyone to go and survey it before you buy anything
Nice array of shops. Food court is good. It is in downtown, and close to many offices, school buildings and transit.
Good mall and food court.
Convenient. Connected with subway station. Good food court.
Smaller mall compares to others but parking is easy. There is always parking. Also it has all the department stores Nordstrom, Holts and the Hudsons bay. Parking can get expensive if you park before 5 but leave after you get charged both day and night.
This mall has good stores, as well a food court, that can come in handy if you need to get something to eat without spending too much. It also has clean restrooms that can be used for free, in case you need.
This mall is actually really neat! The layout of it can be confusing - feels like there are subsections, but I want to say they have pretty much everything! There are many entrances to the mall, so if this is a meeting place, make sure you give specifics or else you can be at the complete opposite end!
This mall is small compared to Metrotown and pricey parking. There is only Nordstrom and Holt Renfrew for checking out luxury brands but otherwise kind of outdated compared to Metrotown that is at least 3 times it’s size without luxury brands like LV, Celine,Etc. But if you want to shop to you drop non- luxury brands go to metro town. But if you really got time to kill, a super shopaholic with money to spend, and into all brands, go to PC and Metro then Richmond Centre!! In sum for LV, Chanel, Gucci, Tiffany, Celine,Loewe and their friends go downtown, their acquaintances, Metrotown and kind of know friends Richmond Centre! :) PS. check out the odd not so blend in The Bay too that carry like 10 vintage luxury bags in oakridge and old unsellable LV bags in downtown the bay too. The bay is not really in the same crowd as Nordstrom and Holt’s and gets the odd look of luxury wannabe. But if you are into vintage probably you want to visit The Bay’s super mini closet!
pretty small mall good for buying clothes and electronics not too much more
Good food, purdys chocolates, yummy , was I high???
Great shopping, find Winners, bargains galore
It has gotten better over the years, used to be a bit of a dump, but renovations have paid off. Really the only actual mall in the city. A bit small if you're used to malls in other countries, but usually quite busy this time of the year and easy to find your way around as it's just one long hallway essentially.
Standard issue mall. Pretty "uppety" crowd if you ask me. I understand this is "downtown" Vancouver (oooooh...aaaahh, so impressive) and it is trying the cater towards the "rich and elegant" but it honestly just creates a distasteful unfriendly environment for consumers in my opinion. Most shops/stores are available elsewhere which is also where I'd recommend going. Metropolis in my opinion is the go to mall when visiting Vancouver.
You got lot of stores under one roof... Well cleaned and proper management team.
Nice mall , huge number of stores , the timings could be better if it could be open a little longer , easy to locate every store you need on a screen navigator , great for shopping.
Nice collection of stores. Great location.
with the addition of the new EV charging stations, this mall is in a great location and it's nice not having to step outside to get all my errands done.
This is a great mall to go to downtown and it has most stores I need without having to fight through huge crowds like other malls such as Metrotown. The location is so central in downtown . I also like how it now connects to Nordstrom and has higher end stores but also middle of the road average clothing stores. This mall is also very clean.
Awesome mall! Legit on par with Metrotown, if not better because it’s right in the middle of downtown. Great stores, awesome sales, amazing selection.
With all the procedure and sanitizers in place, I was able to shop around without worrying too much about social distancing etc. However, probably because of the pandemic, the centre is not as busy as before.
parked here for a few hours and it cost 24.00 ridiculous.
Nice mall with all the stores you could want. Well most of them at least. Always very clean with a nice selection of restaurants in the food court. Conveniently located near bus stops and has direct connections to both SkyTrain and CanadaLine
Fantastic....warm and busy.
I love this mall - every time I go I leave with something from Lush... oops. The mall has a pleasant vibe; it's well lit, clean and not too crowded. I've always felt safe and comfortable there. You can get anything from sweat pants to artisanal soaps here. They also have more high end shops as well, but I mainly stick to H&M and Lush so I am biased. Frankly I've enjoyed every one of my trips to this mall so far; so 5 stars from me! I look forward to my next trip there.
Too crowded for what inside
Great mall in Vancouver. I was impressed with the fragrance department. It was huge with very helpful and knowledgeable employees. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is because most stores were way out of what I can afford right now.
This mall constantly changes. They do have 'anchor' stores but I go here to see what is new in the land of retail. It's always interesting even just to go through here for a stroll and check out new products that I have seen (on TV) but either would never be able to afford or just not 'my thing'. Two levels with a decent food fair and also attached to Four Seasons Hotel, Top Man/Top Woman, The Bay and Nordstrom's. Great access to Skytrain and many bus routes: #4 to UBC, #14/Hastings, Granville and can connect with #3/Main, #8/Fraser, Knight Street, West Vancouver (Blue Buses) etc, etc. In summer they have a lot of lunchtime events on weekdays; dance showcase, music & bands held on north east concourse. Stop in next time you are near Granville and Georgia.
Not a Bad place to shop. Had a really high or drunk guy scream and yell at my gf and I. Calling names and swearing at us. But other than that, the prices were a little high. The location was not ideal for walkers. Freindly staff and lot of choices.
It's a mall they're ok
Excellent facilities with lovely decor and luxurious interiors.
Pacific Center is really clean and well maintained, though often crowded. It's dark and there is spotty cell reception. Worth the trip for some specialty shops that are only set up in PC!
This indoor mall is located in downtown Vancouver and has all the stores that you can think of. It's your one stop shopping mall. You can get clothes, shoes, Apple gadgets, electronics gadgets and anything else you can think of. They have also have food court to meet your meal needs. Come and check it out!
Nice mall. Clean with a good selection of stores that doesn't have that "waiting to die" feeling in lots of malls. I hate malls and will still go for a stroll/browse through this place.
This is the weirdest of all the malls I have been to. It stretches into 4 buildings on 3 different blocks. It goes underground and passes over streets. There are quite number of shops. I didn't see a foot court inside. There are couple of coffee and drink shops inside however.
Nice mall. Not too crowded. Ample parking is available but it isn't cheap. Under 2 hours was $15.40
Crowded food court, not a lot of social distancing.
Hard to access parking if you aren't aware of the area. Access to hBC was inaccessible with an infant stroller due to construction, the security and other mall shopping centre staff were just as unaware for access - was sent on elevator several times to the same problem each floor. Store selection was not what I anticipated. Maybe for local Vancouverites it's a different and better experience, not me. I'd rather head over to Park Royal or MetroTown - ease of access, wider variety and array of shops and stores.
Very helpful, tons of selection.
One of the most high quality malls. Amazing stores and places. Excellent atmosphere with positive energy. I strongly advise to visit this mall.
Cool place to hang out
The usual array of mall stores. Located in the city centre with a large portion underground. Anchored by H&M and Nordstrom. This mall is always busy on weekdays with business people.
My favorite mall in BC love Kerri Baldeep Chohan
We'll be here for days talking about this place. Wife loves the staff and the sevices. White glove service. Other companies have been put on notice that Nordstrom means business.
Huge mall which sadly closed early on the day I was there but great for shopping right near Robson. It has everything you need
nice mall , busy food court , huge number of stores , the timings could be better if it could be open for longer , small mall , easy to locate every store you need on a screen navigator , good for shopping
If you need a chance to rest, check out the second floor where there is a lovely seating area at the Atrium or a quiet spot outside Holt Renfrew. Great facilities. For a way to get around town in the rain, check our the skywalk to the north end of the mall or the walk eastward to HBC.
I so enjoy shopping at Pacific Center for everything is easy to find meaning the stores, easy by skytrain, walking after along Robson,Granville or just to walk around, haven't been since Covid 19 but my favorite is Hollister, does anyone know if they have a big sale on?
I really like this mall. Great selection of stores. But it's paid parking which is the downside since no other shopping mall that I know of has pay parking... They are usually free. But again great selection of stores.
I really like some of the shops here.all the staff in all stores are very diligent in keeping their stories really clean and tidy and having customers using masks and sanitation stations ready to use
My favorite ever mall in Vancouver and you can see most of stores are exmaple of sustainability. I just love it.
Absolutely Awesome Building full of Awesome Store's, especially the Liquid Store ???? and a Food Court !
Located on the heart of Vancouver’s downtown, this shopping mall is big and cross 02 or 03 blocks around Georgia Street and others. Inside you’ll find famous brand like Apple, Bose, Best Buy and many others. The price generally isn’t cheap, but it’s worth to visit there. The food curt doesn’t have many options.
The is the central hub of commuting in town : train line, 2 skytrain lines, sea bus, lots of buses... This is a grand building reminiscent of what Vancouver was envisioning for its future at one point in the past. This used to be the main train station. Not much in terms of businesses but a fantastic view of the harbour and mountains.
Great mall, right downtown, easily accessed by transit, food court has good variety of choices
Great shopping mall. It has Microsoft , Apple stores in this mall + Nordstrom and much more. Very conveniently located and easy access to skytrain.
Just love the young lady, who assisted me in the shoe department. Wishing I would have looked at her name tag but then I forgot my glasses ????
It's Pandemic though! You can't expect the Center to be like before. Anyway, not bad for a quick shopping after 4 months!
I am not a patient at this pharmacy but I was contacted to be put on a COVID vaccination list. The Staff was so kind and accommodating. I was so happy with my experience.
Very strange feelings like the service at the counter is not something what anyone care. The cashiers are not efficient and knowledgeable in all bonuses and how to do returs. Because there is no fitting available all castomers do returning a lot. But cashers has no idea how to transfer the bonuses and do correct returns. One dress I got was damaged , when I returned it the guy spend a lot of time to figure out the membership discount transfer, but made it. The next day I returned again and a girl short changed me , when I pointed she fixed one problem but cheated me again for another reason. Also I lost my 5$ bonus. So I feel like she took almost 11$ from me. I will not be in this store again.
Great staff lots to buy high end clothes& affordable
I love this mall, it's crazy the stores are beautiful and the people, they are too! Also they are very nice ????
Security following me around as if I was a thief! So rude behavior and very unprofessional
Customer service staffs are very helpful.
I was underwhelmed. I expected a much larger mall especially compared to other places in CF’s portfolio. It’s really just a long hallway that’s walkable in 5min and feels a bit closed in. Given its size the selection of stores if just ok. I’d recommend sticking to shopping on the streets.
Great mall for inner city mall. Clean and inviting.
Good food court -- variety of options. Very clean washrooms. Useful interactive map to find how to get to stores from the kiosk.
High end stores, but if you need that special shirt or shoe they will have it. Has your typical food court restaurants, but sometimes it can be hard to find a seat. You can walk here underground to the sky train.
Nice people and things. Just don't be price shy.
Food court is good. Plenty of shops and facilities. The customer service desk has a free luggage minding service.... this didn't come up on any of my online searches. We left our luggage here for the day before going back to the airport. It enabled us to hire a bike to sight see and go on the Aquabus. Free luggage minding was very much appreciated.
I purchased a pair of jeans at this store and they forgot to remove the security tag at the cashier. I called the store and they were unable to find a solution. I do not live in Vancouver and with the current travel restriction I could not return to the store any time soon. They do not allow me to ship it back to them so I get a refund. So I just got myself a pair of jeans that I cannot wear but great they apologized :S
Freedom mobile manager not wearing a face mask and talking all the time at her kiosk in the middle of the hallway. Refused to put one on when I asked her. I don't understand.
Good place to do some shopping last minute. Keep in mind that many people use this mall and it will get busy sometimes.
I like the Pacific centre because it is so central and many shops and big good names are there. However, the parking is really tight and REALLY expensive. The food court kind of sucks, but meh, it is a food court. The ceiling is low so it makes it obnoxious. For the rest, there is a Microsoft shop, Bose, Express, Ted Baker and Rockport that I really like and you cannot find anywhere else around.
The place was awesome. Guys, and perhaps gals, if you ever want a true gentleman to clean your shoes, on site, Mikey is the guy to look for on the 3rd floor close to the baby(infant) clothing and shoes department. I was very impressed with Mikey and his awesome personality. It's his great disposition, honest and cheerful, that makes the difference. He has a few years of experience under his belt and he really enjoys what he does. Daniel of the shoe department was very helpful, very informative and of course very friendly.
Nothing too special about this mall but convenient if you are in the area
Many shops. Some internationally recognized Brands. Has in-house WiFi throughout mall. Needs a 'peopled' information kiosk at the Main Entrance at West GeorgIa Street and Howe Street. Also this area has a poorly designed indoor seating plan.
Ok, but everything is way overpriced. I would have loved it years ago when I was married to a multimillionaire. Ah memories...
This is a great mall right in the middle of downtown Vancouver. It’s has some great stores and some of the mall is located underground below street level but is very well done inside. There are a few anchor stores such as Nordstrom, the bay and other places. There is a good food fair that is usually quit busy and the main anchor stores also have food options as well if you like to go there instead. The skytrain hooks right up to the mall so it’s easy to get to and worth checking out if your ever in the area.
Nothing too exciting in terms of shops, kind of narrow in some places as well so fast walkers like myself end up caught in choke points. Food court isn't thrilling. Just walk up to the street and shop there. You'll find a larger variety of shops and food places, and at least enjoy some entertainment passing by buskers.
People in the parking bought 3-4 hour ticket and went anywhere, and if we want to park on that spot it will shows reserved loss is that we can't do shopping there, its politely said by them that get lost.
Great place to spend time
Absolutely Awesome Building full of Awesome Store's, especially the Liquid Store ???? and a Food Court ????❤
Great place ... clean and can go shop in stores along the mall.as well.
Shopping mall with all ur needs from high end to low end
The underground parking at Pacific Center Vancouver is a Super Ripoff place specially those Easy Parking people horrible 2 & 1/2 hr parking was 22.50 Dollar. OMG. I am taking this matter to Better Business Bureau
A great shopping mall but I give it 4 stars because parking in downtown is too expensive! and I haven’t had good experience in the food court. I always visit stores like Banana Republic and RW&CO there to purchase professional work outfit.
