Here we offer you all the opinions of real people who consume the services and products of St. Jacobs Outlets (Mall) in the territory close to Waterloo (Canada).
Now the firm has a score of 3.9 out of 5 and this rating is based on 127 reviews.
As you can read, the average score it has is positive, and it's based on a high number of opinions, so we can think that the rating is quite faithful. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to give evaluations when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall is classified in the category of Outlet mall.
The Vivah here is great. They carry the same jewellery at a fraction of the cost. We bought three pieces for $25.00 total that were originally $124.00 each. Other than that its just your normal shopping experience.
Too many retailers have left. Killed by covid lockdowns.
Expensive produce, like ridiculous expensive. Taking advantage of people. $25 for a pound of apples is beyond belief.
Disappointing. I remember when there were high end stores and it was THE outlet mall to go to. Now the stores are lackluster. Most of the major brands have left. The building looks tired and needs updating. If you're already in the area (across the road from St. Jacob's Farmer's Market and Holiday Inn Express), pop in and have a glance but don't expect much.
Too bad. This mall is going to die . A lots of shops are closed. Liked to visit once in a while. Not anymore. I live in Aurora.
It's a great market, the greatest of the region, fresh food from local farmers, reasonable prices. Keep in mind it's a very busy place, parking is usually not easy to find so plan to include time for it.
Half of the mall seemed empty and there was a church on the second floor....? Not sure how that fits into an outlet mall. Prices didn't seem that great compared to regular store prices. Got a pair of slippers at Soft Moc but it takes a bit to find the right size. Went for the farmers market and decided to stop by the mall, but it really is all about the market and antiques.
We visit this place every time we go to Ontario as its minutes from our family’s house. Usually I love the experience but this time not so much. Nothing to do with the market just the heat, humidity, crowd, and wearing a mask got to me. I always find something to buy though and this time wasn’t any different.
It's okay for the outlet, but it's small comparing to the other Toronto's outlet. Moreover, the clothes there are mainly for older people. But the atmosphere is quite relaxing.
I enjoyed going there, you can have good prices for branded shoes and clothes always!
Spanner outlet. My favorite store and lots of good deals. Love their clothes.
Awesome place to spend time with family, especially the Lego store for the kids
Great fun environment with great fresh produce and fun stalls to browse through
Very nice place and people ! You can get very good deals .
Some nice stores with some good deals especially on shoes
This place could be awesome if more shops were open. It definitely needs food and drinks, a kids store, maybe some local vendors. Sadly it’s very lonely everytime we go. Now the upstairs part is blocked off. Only 3 stores are open. Pretty sad to walk in and that’s all you can see. It needs an UPGRADE …ASAP
Excellent lineup of stores. Decent prices too!
This place sucks the only reason I give it 3 stars is the Lego toy building zone and the bakery
Good place to shop. Samsonite store has nice luggage options at decent prices.
Some good stuff, great finds, something will catch your eye and some shopping will happen!
Disappointed with the choice of stores here. This mall has amazing potential with the proper management. It has continued to go down him in the last 25 yrs, especially withe previous owners.
Busy place on a Saturday but lots of parking. Nice variety of stores and decent prices.
I was surprised that there were so many empty store and restaurant fronts, and there were virtually no people in the mall. I was disappointed. We wandered around for 10 mins and left. There's a Lego store which seemed kind cool, but we did not go into any other store.
Fun place to go. Lots to see and do.
So many of the shops I loved grabbing deals at are gone! Definitely a place where you need to snag a deal when you see it. It isn't always a bargain trip but sometimes it is!
A quick visit to the LEGO store was a great way to surprise the LEGO lovers in the family
So much fresh vegetables and homemade food and crafts
Nice collection of outlet stores. Shop carefully because not everything is a bargain and some prices higher than retail.
Had gone there after reading so much of positive reviews only. I had ordered the only Veg Pizza mentioned in their menu. I didn't like taste as it was blande. Pizza size was big enough for 2 guys but I had just single slice. Wasted $20 including tip but lots of option for Non-vegetarian pizzas.
Decent place to shop. The stores include clothing, luggage, home decor, bed and bath, kitchen, and toys. There are a couple of restaurants that are decent. You can get a haircut at the barber, buying sweets at the candy store. OPEN LATE which is rare in St Jacobs.
Small quaint outlet stores, tremendous at some stores like Pyre. We saved $80 on $140 worth of merchandise.
A few good venders, very small and shrinking food court. An unofficial Lego store.
I coming out here to look around. Most shops have great gift ideas if bbn u like to start Christmas shopping early
Very quite mall, good prices and lego store for kids.
The place is nice but the prices are too high and doesn't seem to be a prices for an outlet. Seems to be a showroom prices.
Though I like the Lego store in here, I find that the remaining shops don't have the most interesting products and not the greatest prices. The atmosphere feels a bit dull when you get inside.
Had an amazing day with the family. Lots of great food and shopping.
A good selection of outlet stores. Levi's, Lego, Paderno, Rockport, Paderno... Lots of Ladies clothing and shoes stores. It's close to the St. Jacob's market and a couple of big antique malls too. A great area for exploring and shopping.
Great place, often you can find a sales there.
A bit of a dud! Some good stores in there but the mall feels very big and empty. The prices are not true outlet prices so you can expect to still spend a fair amount.
Nice place for a day trip out of town menonite smoked meats fresh bread fruits and vegetables and a few fast food vendors
Our church is here and the store folks are VERY friendly and have good items!
Really neat place with lots of good finds. Its neat to see the amish/mennonite ppl and their horse and buggies on the road
The Levi's outlet is I'm sure what draws people in from the street. But there's really nothing more here... a Corningware store, footware, there is a Lego store with a rather large play and build area. It's not somewhere I would plan to visit, especially if from out of town.
Good variety of Vendors. Still a lot of farm produce for sale.
Always a nice getaway for us. We live close to another busy tourist town so it's weird being to out of town tourist but everyone is so friendly.
Fantastic place love shopping there unique clothes fee is night but worth. And has a antique place is good to see.
a nice place to spend time relaxing after walking around in farmer's market.
Nothing really special. Just few stores opened and prices aren't really tempting.
Not really much left in this mall & looks like more stores are leaving. Sad, this mall use to be great at one point
The mall is nice with decient parking. Good selection in stores. Wheelchair accessible parking and access, Parking was free and the plaza has way access from multiple exists. Elevator available.
It's okay but seems kinda over priced and dumpy compared to what it used to be
This place used to be great but had gone down hill over the years and wonder how much longer it will stay open.
I love the Laura store here. Great deals and lots of choices!
They have a good variety of stores to shop in.
Its busy and more pricey than other markets, but it offers a unique experience. I generally like going here but most of the time end up still needing to hit a grocery store on the way home.
Nice mall, however for an outlet mall there are not many great deals to be found
Great day for shopping for fresh fruit and veggies. All around nice place to visit on a summer day.
I always come to this outlet mall for shoes and pants. Yup best shoes and pants in town... Maybe I'm not qualified to say that but it's also got the Lego store AND a fudge shop.
Great shopping experience. Quality merchandise in specialized name brand stores.
Stopped in here after attending the farmers market down the street. This area was a lot less busy. It has several outlet stores (Paderno - which had some amazing prices on pots and pans and the like; Corelle-Corningware - huge selection, but more expensive than Paderno for practically the same stuff), and a few others. There were several vacant spots too. I would say if you are in the area, it is worth stopping in, but don't make a special trip just to attend this group of stores.
Nice, cozy outlet for the day escape. There is no great choice of the shops, but you can fulfill your basic shopaholic needs there without emptying your pocket.
Only reason it's 2 stars is because it's an enclosed outlet mall with a nice('90's) look and effective air-conditioning...other than that, it is a minus ten billion outlet mall, should that make sense. Possibly the worst selection of stores, expensive and...is there a dozen stores total? Have we heard of how many? 3-4-5? It's sans food court(it opened when it did and instantly failed) so all you can eat is fudge and brittle. :( Suggestions include literally adding ANY retailer that could go in a smart center, put in this enclosed environment; rather than box-store hiking braving the elements(Why're those better than malls?). I have no clue why this would be empty...the rent must either be insane, or they're way too discriminating of who should be a tenant..imagine a pawn shop or something in this...fun it up a bit, it's very joyless, an electronic store and lastly, actual outlets. I don't think they, from day one have any idea of what a consumer would want.
Its okay for what it is. The unofficial Lego store is good, but they dont tend to have deals often and when they do they arnt that big.
We've been coming here over the last 15 years. Unfortunately the outlet mall is a shadow of its former self and items are not outlet prices. The food court only has 1 vendor. Such a shame.
Love going to this mall with my girls then enjoy some of the money tree at the snack Place upstairs they have amazing ice cream and many varieties of butter types of chocolate mint, chocolate fudge, lemon and many different varieties of Tarts can't get enough of them the many varieties of truffles and so much more
I love coming up to the market here and we always wander the mall afterwards. The mall is nice but the stores are super outdated. There is never anything suitable for a younger crowd... the stores need to be revamped.
Limited selection of stores, but inside the stores that are there are some of the best deals I've ever seen. Reebok, Naturalizer, Rockport, and more!
Snack stand was very understaffed, especially for a Sunday. However the Lego birthday party was great!
What kind of mall gets rid of its atm when they have stores that only take physical money?
Some deals to be had but unfortunately many stores are closed down.
Like to take a look around the outlet mall one and a while. Prices can be great though have been climbing up in recent years. Definitely good to know the market price when buying for a good deal rather then immediate need.
I enjoy the farm market, not crazy about the shopping but my wife likes the saoucony store
Lots of closed stores too bad great parking there could be more novelty stores but I guess not enough customers to pay rent.
First time since covid. Was very organized
Always an adventure shopping at St Jacob's Outlets, lots of new things to discover.
More of an 'experience' than shopping. Lots of things to do and see then you realize you're in the middle of a really great market. Lots of good eats here and plenty of things for young kids.
Oh dear. Nice mall. But would appear not enough trade to pay the bills for the tenants. Almost as many empty units as filled.
Good little outlet but lots of empty store fronts... It's a shame
Poor very poor shops that are there. Need updated.
Im from Windsor Ontario and I love the market and the outlet. Very busy place so expect that if you go on a weekend it will be completely packed. Check out the Market across the way. Fresh produce, meats, jams and jelly, nuts and whatever else you can think of. It's a great day out. You can also bring your pet. Lots of doggos with their owners enjoying the atmosphere.
Very pleasant place to go for some small shopping on a quiet sunny afternoon. Lots of merchandise on display with leading brand names.
There’s not much to see.. wish there are more shops and people in the future to help with all the businesses.
Kind of a strange outlet mall as most of the stores were very expensive, and the "food court" is like one store that sells popcorn and fudge? I didn't see any of the outlet classics that would make it worth a visit - no Coach store, no Nike, etc.
Some good deals but not really outlet prices on most stuff still worth a look you will find they odd deal.
Disappoint with the store selection. Tender Tooties need to revaulate there space. I'm use a wheelchair and I got stuck in an aisle. After quite sometime about 20 minutes Until a staff member realized that I need help and eventually moved a large pile of boxes out of the way.
Good for shopping if ya need some household stuff, toys etc.
The reebok store here is our favorite as we get amazing deals. Ample parking is available and theyre always open on holidays
Unfortunately, a lot of stores have closed at this mall, and barely any advertising is done. The busy days are Thursday and Saturday, as the Farmer's Market is across the road, but many shops have moved out or simply closed. The outlet is small, and while there are some worthwhile clothing stores like Red Coral, Cotton Wave, and Tootsies, most of the previously good stores (Paderno, Royal Doulton) are gone. I will note that most people visit just for the Lego store on the upper level. Honestly, the mall just needs better public awareness.
Always fresh fruits and vegetables. Love this place
First time visiting, really nice!! The fruits and vegetables are so fresh. Will be coming back before the summer is over!
It wasn't a great outlet mall 15 years ago when I visited and it still isn't. One of the hallways is blocked off. There isn't anything upstairs but a Lego store and restaurant. There isn't much in the outlet that is worth the visit.
It's great if you're looking for something specific but has very specialty stores so not a great 'mall' for browsing
Great place with quite reasonable prices. If you are looking for a huge bargain you will find it here, you just have to look around a bit.
There are still some good stores in the outlet mall, and there is tons of parking available. Before coming though, check to ensure the stores you are interested in are still open here, as many have closed down within the past year.
Enjoyed the atmosphere. Country feeling. Some nice stores. The men's clothing store has an exceptional selection at reasonable pricing. Definatley worth driving from Toronto.
Very neat and classic place. Great deals all year long.
Good deals but a lot of stores are closed or closing...
It my Saturday morning tradition. Love all the local meat and produce.
You can get good prices and clearance. There isn't public transportation from Monday to Friday after 5:40 pm, and Saturday after 4:30 pm.
We come often to indulge in the atmosphere and the heavenly food and clothing stores.
The stores are nice enough, but the atmosphere is this mall is like a library and it has struggled to maintain occupancy.....time for the bulldozer and startbover with something else.
Well organized with friendly staff. A quite enjoyable visit
Really not an outlet and certainly not worth a special trip. We just happened to be staying next door and wandered through. So unless your burnin' to go to the Slipper Barn, keep on trucking past this place.
Good deals at this outlet mall..I especially like to buy shoes here.
Less stores than a few years ago and the prices were very similar to anywhere else. The food court is down to one vendor
The stores in there are very inexpensive. There are a few that aren't, but overall, i think it's a great place to go if you're looking for good deals.
While the farmers market is great, the outlet stores are not really worth the trip!
Fantastic place brings you home if your out of town living and grew up in the scenery of k/w.
Great variety of stores considering the size of the building. It's been nearly empty every time I've been. Relaxing, stress-free shopping.
Good for shopping but not so cheap as other outlets.
Close to St. Jacobs Farmers Market so nice to drop in to when you are there. Corning outlet, women's clothes, shoes, Royal Daulton, etc plus LEGO. Watch the prices but can get some decent deals.
Not all stores are open when mall hours are open such as the chocolate factory But otherwise good selection of stores worth a look
Great place to shop! Lots of variety. Amazing deals. Everyone is friendly. Very clean.
We go there around the year. Most of the time stores are having sale. Reasonable price.
Fun mall to visit. A lot of Brand stores. Something for everyone. Many of these stores offer brand name products are very good discounts. Fashion stores, kitchenware and fabrics are the most common. But lots of software too. Lots of free parking. Also, a place to grab a snack or drink while you're shopping.
Good deals but small and not worth the drive.
Nice place to visit when at Farmer's Market
I like this place for clothing. It always has great business wear. It can be a little pricy, but what you find is unique and of good quality.
Truly had a great time here. On the other side more so. Up top with fudge and Lego. Picked up some nice tops by my boyfriend's mom. There was a shoe store that had not finished its price changes before they opened. We arrived around noon. That's not something we were told about when we came in. It was announced with a wave of arms and no apology. Had picked out a pair of shoes that had a sale tag on them and 3 other pairs on display. When it was time to pay they came up as regular price. The woman in charge came out of the backroom threw her hands up waving to say this side of the store was complete in its price changes but the rest of the store had not. She left with a huffy back to the backroom. Behavior alone very disrespectful and disappointing.
Nothing overly thrilling about this outlet mall. A few great stores, clean building, and lots of parking.
Nice outlets. Not a huge place with too many outlets but Levi's is the main attraction there.
Not quite as good as the old market but still offer a wide selection of fresh goods.
Serurity did not care aboit my bike. Bike racks arnt too safe and security moved ky bike when it was in the only safe spot.
This outlet mall is going through s giant transition. Currently almost 50% of the stores are closed and the balance are struggling. Some great sales st the samsonite and shoe place ... but if they dont reinvigorate soon there will be s lot of lost opportunities.
Found some unique kitchen gadgets, casual clothing and fine china, all at one stop!
Smaller than most outlets. But better prices and friendly service.
If you want to shop good home stuff in less and decent price with very less crowd. Then you would love this place.
Good place when deals are on..otherwise..same as any other outlet mall
What an incredible experience it is to visit and shop at the St Jacob’s market! Such a great selection of fresh food, fruits and vegetables. It is especially wonderful during late summer and early fall, when everything is being harvested. Always love going there to shop for fresh food.
Only fun is the Toy zone. I see lots of potential. adding more shops would make it great and more lively.
This mall is 110% aimed at a mostly older demographic, but some of the prices are so so low! I was actually shocked by how cheap some items were. If you're looking for a true outlet mall, this is it!
Not much going on there anymore go get you shopping. So sad.
Brought in my dog (lap dog size) for a minute to cool down from extreme heat and the security (who hardly speaks English) started yelling 'dog out, dog out' ! Been coming here for a while to shop but now it's my mission to let the world know how idiotic security service they have and to avoid this place !
The Lego store is awesome. My kids love going there to play with the car ramp and they put on awesome birthday parties. The Levi's outlet is basically the only place I buy jeans and I do most of my work shoe shopping here. All of our dishes came from the Corelle outlet, it has been over 10 years since we bought them and we have yet to break a single piece, despite children throwing them off the table occasionally.
A good mall to buy shoes. Tootsies, naruralizer are the only two left in the mall. Reebok and Saucony shoe store closed.
Small outlet but with a few wonderful stores.
Not sure if covid related, but, the remaining businesses could benefit from more traffic.
Great place to go to for Lego, shoes, clothing and kitchen supplies. The Lego store isn't official though, so they may not have everything.
Attended today @11:30 am My wife had bacon eggs white toast coffee pork n beans Hash brown potatoes Potatoes were way over done half burnt same with bacon Wife's meal I had western sandwich toasted white bread with fries Fries were cold not happy We both are people that dont complain to the server to avoid embarrassing one another We are getting to the point next time we go out with group dinners just order soup hopefully they can succeed in that simple task
Great place to spend a Saturday afternoon. Parking can be a bit of a struggle.
The oulet mall has always had a variety of stores with great prices. We were shocked to find that about half including all upstairs are closed. I hope with shopper support they can reopen.
The outlets have a generally better price than other stores for most goods. The Lego store upstairs is really awesome for kids, so I would definitely recommend going there! The whole place smells like toffee though, from the candy shop so be warned!
Too many empty units. Remaining businesses are a bit stale. Quality of what's there is lacking.
Limited stores there. Not really what you would expect from an outlet mall. It could do with a make over and some more interesting content
It's right across from the Farmers Market and has a lot to offer. LEGO store on the first floor is an awesome place to reward your kids for being cool while you shop for produce :) Super clean bathrooms!
It's sad how much this place has gone downhill over the years. Practically nothing left here.
Not a lot of stores. But a few stores had a decent boxing day sale. The Corningware and Corelle shop had a huge selection of kitchen items had great customer service and had a very good sale on boxing day, However other items are fairly expensive. Other stores include Levi's, Laura, Reebok, Tootsies etc. Tootsies had very good customer service.
Saturday is the best time but go either really early to avoid the crowds or towards the end of the day for deals.
Great market if you ever have the chance to check in it out. Expect some big lines for so of the really popular food. Eg fritters, Donnar, etc
Great products, great prices and very helpful staff. Thank you so much for helping with my decision on a sweater!!
It doesn't matter what type of item our looking for, you will find it here. And the food, it is worth to the trip on its own. I look forward to going to St. Jacob's everytime.
Checked out the LEGO store. pretty decent, has a play/build area too
Fudge and Lego in the same building!! What more do I need to say?! OK the kitchen stuff is cool too and I hear they sell clothes there if you like that sort of thing.
Parking can be a challenge on certain days. A few good stores to.check out.
Great customer service in the stores I visited in the outlet. Sketchers would have to be my favourite, so many choices!!
We headed here with high hopes, however the mall is fairly empty. The stores that are open are fine, but theres not a lot of selection, especially for an Outlet mall. Honestly, I don't know that we'll go back here. The one shop we did look around quite extensively in (a shoe shop), while they did have lots of selection, prices were not that much better than a regular mall shop with sales!
Not bad...needs a wider selection on stores. Decent food court.
Decent place to buy shoes, lots of stores to compare in. Plenty of parking. Only OK selection of stores.
Didn't buy a single thing in the outlet mall, but it was a blast walking through the whole thing while my wife looked at every single thing in there! Nice washrooms.
My wife and I have shopped at st. Jacobs Outlet mainly at the bedding store and at CorningWare both places we love to go several times a year. Highly recommend the store both of them for quality and prices are fair.
Best deals are in CORNINGWARE outlet. there is always a special for almost 50% ( genuine off). We buy from here for nice housewarming gifts or holiday gifts for our friends/family. This is a nice hidden secret for people from toronto, it does not have a long list of brands but it used to be a great outlet for shoes ( reebok) and luggage etc. but some stores are closing.
Nothing to see here. Clothes for old people. Not an actually outlet mall, has 5 mediocre stores. Go across the street to the farmers market. Or to the actual mall.
Excellent for bedding and towels, pots and pans, etc. Was open on labor day, when rest of KW region was closed.
Go here with an open mind and you can score some deals.
It was a great day of walking around and shopping, and I was even able to find a particular style of jeans at the Levi's outlet that is always sold out online. So, score!
Fruit and vegetable pricing is high. And many of the fruits are from the same farms as what you get in the grocery store. Stall rental must be high there as vendors seem to have to charge more for their products.
Spanner: great deals, lots of sizes, and excellent customer service, visited Levis, & the fancy restroom. That's as far as I got. I will be back for sure!
It's ok nice items not the greatest prices may be you might find
Unfortunately underwhelming and vastly needs a boost of new stores and energy. A stark contrast from the vibe and energy at the farmers market across the street. The pricing at the current stores aren't the greatest either. Can be skipped. Good though as a cooling station from the hot Saturday afternoon sun. Then head back out to the market.
Signs outside do not match stores inside
Well-appointed, but certainly not the star attraction of the area. All the same, good at its intended purpose.
Price is reasonable but not necessarily low, variety of stores; surely check it online to see if there are stores you like to go
Reebok store had 50% off in entire store. That was a good chance to buy all you need :).
Not a big outlet but there are good quality stores there with good prices
Always a great place to look around and see new items. Great on a nice sunny day
The Mall itself is a shadow of its former glory but still has a few decent shops that remain, most of the major ones have since left. Mall is easy to navigate, security really has nothing to do seeing those post orders havent changed since coverage for the Farmers Market ceased. Overall it may looked packed due to parking but most park here and go to the farmers market. Mall is absolutely dead during the winter, you'll be suprised if you see 10 or more customers in total around that time, not even lying. Staff at the stores are pleasant mostly except a few cause a ton of drama and clearly like to drag others into causing issues with employers.
Not much shopping choices very disappointed
Great if you're going for a specific shop in mind (we went for the fudge & brittle) but lacking in selection overall
Still showing Corelle Corningware on your list of stores. When asking security guard if store moved he proceeded to tell me they were gone. When asked why still listed online he just went on and on having to have last word. Maybe update your site to have a current list of stores please.
Went up there to get some red tag Levi's good price white selection if you're into red tag Levi's they got it all shirts t-shirts and jeans the staff was very nice especially Taylor she really help me out with a pair of jeans on an exchange I had lost the slip and she took them back and got me another pair. The girl they should give her a raise.
Not too much variety to choose from. Only a limited number of outlets that seem more of a clearance center than special stores.
We like to take the kids to the Lego store to make cars to race on the track. This time, after 45 minutes, we still weren't able to build a car due to the lack of wheels.
good for spending a few hrs browsing, Prices ok as well
Most of the stores are closed. Walked around the whole thing looking at emptiness. You want to look like a old Chinese lady then you can join the throng of them shopping in the stores that are left.????????
Half empty, pretty dated outlets. Lego, cookware and a few clothing shops left. Ample seating and A/C make it a great place to wait.
3 stores (Corningware, cheap linens (200-thread count and toilet carpets (big no no), the Levi store, and 1 toy store and that was all. The rest stores that have long gone, but they couldn't be bothered to remove the signage outside, which makes the rest of think there's more to it BUT it's an evil plot to get you to walk in.
Not very many good stores left in here. Paderno is great especially when they have a sale. They also have some unique cooking & baking items
Can find nice stuff and certain products, but building outside not matching standards as much inside with certain stores. All sections are maybe dependable but doesn't going together through to be presented at same place. Inside is still alright thinking on enetrier but kindergarten, food court, clothing stores, public bathroom, kitchen supplies, shoes open more diversity than in reality needs for customers or sales or education. Miroslav Mladenovic
Perfect place to go to shopping and nearby Farmer's Market.
Very busy place. Limited parking wheelchair accessible. Nice variety of stores.
Always fun to visit!
Trends for me is an amazing little gem, the staff was very friendly and helpful! I will be purchasing my next suit here. Highly recommend!
We live going to the outlets at St. Jacobs. The stores there are big and selection is good. We usually shop at Shoe and Clothing stores. But recently the best deals are at the cookware and tableware stores. We enjoy the Lego store and discovery area upstairs. The kids spent a little of time playing with the Lego and taking funny pictures with the displays. We go every time we are on our way to London, ON.
Many shops inside are currently vacant. Sadly, the Saucony Outlet store at this location is gone and now one among the many.
Unfortunately this mall is just a shadow of it's former self. There are only about 8 shops left in the lower south end of the mall the 2 story north end is completely closed off. Very sad.
Fewer stores than in previous visits but the Lego store is still there.
Such a shame that a lot of the stores are not there anymore. The food court is practically non-existent.
I was there for my regular haircut, actually later than usual. Always friendly service. Mao and Jim do a great job.
Shopping deals galore. If staying at a hotel be sure to ask if they have coupons for the outlet stores.
Good variety of stores but only shop the sales, it a bit pricey otherwise.
Prices have gone up drastically. Not impressed.
Pretty 'bland' selection of stores. Good luck going on Market Day, you'll never get parking.
Great place to find out everything you want. Market has so many things like fresh vegetables, flowers, antique item for your beautiful home. If you are antique lover then you must visit St. Jacob’s antique market. I just love what all the sellers have in antique department.
Great place for a family outing
Very quiet. Lots of stores closed down. The opens that were still in business...VERY expensive.
Was there on a Saturday. The place was full of people. There's a huge space for parking but finding a spot is a bit tricky. Big market outdoors. Lots of vegetables and fruits. A fantastic experience for weekend trip in the summer.
Kitchener had to build one. After it accidentally burned down. Never been to the new one
The market at St. Jacobs is my go to place to people watch and just stroll around ... great place to eat and find cool little stauls throughout the market that sell local treats ...
Outlet stores, most of which barely provide any good deals. Poor location - there's hardly anything else around. Mostly empty. Go somewhere else.
Not a lot of choices of stores, they were better years ago. Many stores are closed and vacant. Disappointed and kind of a waste of time. St Jacob's market across the street was good but soooooooo busy on a Saturday.
Many stores are closed, the entire upstairs is blocked off completely.
Place is pretty dead. The main floor stores are pretty solid and the candy shop upstairs and the Lego store. But there's plenty of empty shops. Place is a zoo on Saturday and dead the rest of the time
Everytime I go there it's not busy. Has good stores.
A lot of stores I've visited have closed/moved out. Very much empty, areas of the mall have been boarded up, and it seems that stores are closing every week. Paderno, Reebok, Coring, just to name a few. Unsure if they are going to reno the mall, redevelop the site entirely or the mall is simply dying.
Not mamy brand name stores. Not much selections too. Second floor has food court too. No customers. Very disappointed. Who goes there to do shopping? ...
If you forget the market is closed on Sunday then you can get some delicious butter tarts and good deals here.
Awful. No stores open and very small.
What nice shops! Finally a place that is interesting! Who wants a mall full of chain stores?
It’s been two months since I bought the backpack from Samsonite. Is there any quality problem that can be repaired or replaced?
Nice place for vegetables and to pass time. Not expensive. Tuesday Thursday Saturday till 3 30pm.
St. Jacobs outlet mall is good to go through and compare prices but you have to know your prices so you don't get taken ! But still a good place to shop !!!
Not alot of open businesses there. Good deals for the few that remain.
There are so many shops that gives some discounted price. It is very nice place for shopping.
You can really saved money buying from these stores, great prices a lot of well-known brands of clothing and shoes.
Nice outlet mall. Expensive prices though. Higher end products, especially the clothing. Great A.C. on a cool day after the local farmers market across the road.
Wow, what a great place. I wish I had this in Ottawa! Great food and things to buy.
Not many stores but the ones they do have . Have great prices.
Worth the 40 minute drive from our home. So many things to see. So many great bargains! Step back in time in St. Jacobs
Lower floor was alright, had some decent stores, but the upper floor was kinda depressing. Few stores were open, and there was barely any people around. The people around were just there for the bathroom or the bakery.
The Levi's outlet store is incredible. Great prices and wonderful staff.
The place is hood but the outlets seem to be closing down quite fast. The prices at the factory outlets are quite high.
So underrated. Love the stores here and always great deals.
So many shops! Awesome shopping and every brand name store you can think of. Love the variety and cleanliness.
A bit disappointed that both Corning and Paderborn have closed. Lots of clothes and shoes remain.
Clean very few stores open now. Staff was helpful & sanitizer available throughout the mall.
Laura outlet has ribkhoff designer clothing at deep discounts!!!
Very nice spot, pricing could be better for an outlet mall lol
There are some stores closed down but we're still managed to buy a few items.
Not all that it's cracked up to be. Less and less stores everyone we go. And prices are pretty high.
Smashing market place for all you food. All lovely and friendly people. Come here every time we visit Canada.
Some great stores, but only about half of them are being used. I miss the days when the while place was full and humming along.
Great mall, discount stores are a great place to shop. Definitely recommend the Reebok outlet store. Be careful of where you park when it's busy, have had my car damaged there.
Not much places to shop. A lot of empty space Buttertarts and fudge was the best part
I wouldn’t recommend this place, those sales are so cold and even don’t greed you, they don’t treat you as customers. Never go there again.
Everything is cheaper at St Jacob 's outlet
My Gf and I found the staff friendly and the selection was terrific. She found a beautiful dress.
Place is dead. Most of the stores have closed down. The few remaining ones hav very sad looking inventory. Even the food court is closed.
So many stores have left this mall. It wasn't worth the drive to go there.
At times you get good deals. Next to the St Jacobs Farmers Market. Plenty of parking.
Great deals and a few good stores, but the outlet as a whole needs a lot of love
Great choices of clothing and accessories. Very quiet place to shop as well
Depends what you're looking for, but I found it weak. Looks like its struggling to stay open compared to the first time I was there
Nice place. Not very many shops
Too many empty stores....and stores with limited stock. Not worth the drive if that's all you're going for.
Only two stores in this building are worth visiting, the Lego store and the candy store everything else is pretty boring
Very close to home. Prices are really good. Recently they have re organize the store. It looks great
Clean mall, very quiet. No places to eat. Outlet stores do not offer outlet prices. Not my first choice for shopping
Not sure what happened last year but several favourite stores are now gone or downsized. ????
It was closed when we went ni notice or anything posted
I like the Palerno cookware, and shoe stores. It's across the street from St. Jacobs Farmers market. 3 or 4 hotels and eating establishments within walking distance. 10 minute drive to famous St. Jacobs or take the heritage train that is 2 minutes walk from here.
Always a great place and bargains to be found
We went to Stone Crock for a delicious breakfast. Then went to visit the Market. Enjoyed it immensely. People were very friendly and ended with a very delicious treat of Apple Fritters. DELICIOUS!!!
Found a gorgeous jacket at Spanner on sale for 70% off!
Great outlets! Lots of house accessory stores. A couple clothing/shoe outlets. Good place to visit if your already at the St. Jacobs Farmers market.
Children loved the Lego store. Apple fritters were good.
Good oultlet to shop but many stores closed but they didn’t updated on website
Great shopping. Not your common everyday stores. Love the choices
Good for a visit, though don't expect amazing deals, some of the "outlet" stores don't really have those lowered prices that you would hope to find at an outlet.
Unfortunately half the mall is empty. Not many stores open.
Nice place to walk around but the stores are just regular retail price. I was expecting more of a outlet mall price. Place very clean though, maybe because not much traffic. Children friendly as well.
No stores, not worth going there.
A lot of stores closed, probably due to Covid. Only about 10 total.
Beautiful place. Good buys, friendly people and a gtrat maun street. Interesting shops.
I went to the Levi store and bought 2 pairs of jeans. 2days later I change my mind and wanted to exchange for something else. Not a return an exchange I went to the same girl I delt with 2 days and said I have changed my mind and would like to exchange.i had everything still in the bag with the receipt and the tags were still on the jeans and she tells me no I cannot exchange the jeans they look faded I said you helped me 2 days ago they have not been worn and the answer was still no. So I will never go back there again I will go elsewhere for my Levi's. Make sure you are a 100% when you are buying anything from that store you cannot return or exchange any item.
Open with COVID protocols
Had a wonderful day enjoying the ride from farmer's Market with Ron. He not explained the intricacies of the Menonite culture, he showed the humility with which this little understood group of poeple live.
Very few stores. I guess covid 19 struck again.
Could not enter the mall....only the stores along the outside....signs on mall doors saying "outlet mall entrance this way ➡️" were very misleading. Beginning June 30th malls were allowed to re-open. Please update your signage.
Not bad. The trends mens store has nice shirts.
It's very quiet this time of year but still some great deals available.
Lots to see. Large selection of food
Nice, many stores, Levi's prices are not that good
We were there when the farmer market is closed. Not much to see. It seems the outlet is closing down. Many store was having clearance sale.
Good place to do some quick shopping.
Gotta update their website drove from Guelph only to find the stores I wanted to go to had shut down.
Cool place in the winter when no tourists are around in most cases I was the only person in the store Freindly staff in all the stores Great variety of interesting products
We all satisfied with their prizes.
Not many bargains here. Prices are almost regular retail prices and inventory is either dated or end of line items. The mall itself is neat and well maintained.
Only used parking lot to go to farmers market which was really something. Outlet mall pretty much like any other.
Quite disappointed in this very small mall. The food court has 1 restaurant. Some clothing stores and Lego. Meh.
There are many stores that have closed (Paderno, Corning Ware, the bedding store, Royal Dalton China, etc.) I get the feeling that the mall is dying.
Went to the Tootsie outlet. Usually good service but we picked a day with a huge 50% off sale so staff was spread very thin. Good sale.
Great quality furniture at competitive prices. The customer service is beyond helpful. Agnes helped us find exactly what we were looking for and also helped us with choosing fabric and best colours to match. She even dropped by our home one night after working all day to set up a floor lamp we couldn't figure out because she knew how much I loved the lamp and wanted to keep it. Best service I have ever received anywhere. This will, now be our go to place when we need furniture. Thank you Agnes.
Great place to shop for fresh fruits and vegetables. Better off going on Tuesday or Thursday because it's less busy and the prices seem to always be jacked up on Saturday.
I've been here several times and always enjoy myself. There's a good mix of stores. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating is the prices. These are not outlet prices. There are deals to be had, but general merchandise is full price. Worth checking out though.
Went to the train store for tickets - frustrating but the lady there was a helpful as possible- made up for the tickets not printing
Some shops here, a good time killer/washroom break location.
Hoping this mall returns to past excellence but right now some of the major stores are gone leaving little reason to browse.
It's the place to shop when in Waterloo region or when visiting the farmers market. Great stores great prices excellent quality.
Not even sure how this place is still open lol... Lego Land or what used to be Lego Land is fun for the kids for about 8 minutes I never see any people in the stores and half of the stores are closed as nobody will rent them
Great little outlet mall, even found parking on market day. Wife found some good deals on quality linens. Our kids always had fun at the interactive lego store.
The St.Jacbos farmers market is fantastic !!! The outlet mall is not great, lots of empty stores.
Very empty. Not as many stores as there use to be.
Not the greatest selection of stores but the ones that are there are decent.
Great place to get fresh vegetables and a Canadian Fog tea from Carole's tea stand.
Great selection of fruit and vegetables. Lots of other vendors. Easy parking.
The deals are not as good as you would hope. The Lego store is great for kids to go in and play. They do some great kid's parties too.
Loved our visit here. So many great vendors.
It worth to arrive early because the horse ride fills up quickly. They have a great variety of food and items to purchase
It's kind of a forlorn "mall" of outlet stores. Other than a few that have been in there forever, most stores don't last long. During the week it is very quiet and almost eerie as if it was closed...but is open. Very sad the corningware store is closing its doors!
A wonderful place to buy items cheaper than at the malls. Nice stores for everyone.
Only six stores left
Always fun to go look around. Love the fresh food.
Alright...too many people.
We visit St. Jacobs Outlets 3 times a year - well worth the 3 1/2 drive! Never leave empty handed or disappointed. Love love love St. Jacobs!!
It's a sad mall with very few shops left. A shadow of what it was. Upstairs is deserted now.
Great service. Friendly staff. Found what I was looking for.
Didn't find the size of boots I was looking for. But Naturalizer ordered them for me and they came directly to my house !
Managed to find some good boxing day deals in the few remaining stores.
Good parking and got some nice deals. It's right beside the Farmer's Market so during the summer you get to enjoy the local venders as well.
Not much going on here. No real bargains to be had. The complex has the feel of a dying mall. It’s not really worth the time. The washroom facilities are nice and clean though and could be useful after a trip to the market.
Lots to see friendly stuff can't believe there's so much Lego
Always a nice experience to go to St. Jacob's and spend the day. Prices are still reasonable and great to keep the Canadian economy healthy.
Didn't have anything I liked. Not much selection. Looking for a comforter. Same old ones they usually have.
Well positioned in the market district, easy to find, easy to love.
It's OK to stop by while taking a bit detour from your farm market trip. Don't make this sole target. Somite, Levis, and Reebok have decent deals.
Very decent place for shopping in Waterloo
Corelle Corningware, Paderno, Rockport, and Lego outlet stores. Need I say more? There are great deals to be had here.
While I wasn't blown away by the stores here, there are a few great places, one being the candy store. There were very few people here for a Sunday around 1pm; I saw less than 15 other people walking around. I will not has reason to return unless I get a craving for fudge or caramel.
Most of the stores have closed down, not much left there!
Excellent place to spend a free hoes and get some deals.
Nice selection of authentic Canadian retailers. Stopped off briefly after visiting the market. No pressure sales tactics by the staff, wish they had more Canadian retailers to support by buying local.
This is the best place to get fruits and vegetables. We enjoyed the weather and many different foods from the stands. We will come again next summer.
This place isn't usually busy but has decent pricing and selection for clothing and shoes. It's probably way busier on weekends though.
I love this place. Very nice market in where you can find everything????????????
Not really worth the trip to the outlet mall unless you are going to the market. The market itself is great for produce, meats/fish, cheeses, etc. And to "people watch".
Great framer deals..fantastic fresh vegetables!
Upset to see Rockport and other major retailers are no longer there. Seemed very empty, and not at all what this place used to be like.
Lots of good finds. Has Levi outlets, shoe outlets, and even a Lego store.
Shopping complex with shoes, garments, dresses, linens, kids wear, lego and lots of kids playing zone on first floor.
This place is pretty busy. Great place to get Fruits & Vegetables. The buildings & outsides stalls sell a lot of things. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to have an outing for the day
Currently under construction. Not as much there as it used to be 20 years ago... Sad to see.
A must go if you want quality food. We bought garlic past from garlic king and it is DELICIOUS. Also bought summer beef sausage that goes great with red wine
Worst place. It only have a few store still there. Used to be a very good place. But now is so empty. Sad..
Love St.Jacob's market. We go everytime we're in that area. They have so much to offer.????
Wish i went earlier and very friendly people
Don't miss Garlic King booth best garlic spread ever made!
Very clean, freindly staff I'm all stores.
One of the best country markets in Ontario. Incredible deals on sunglasses, jeans, clothing, bags and baskets. Your eyes will also delight at all the beautiful crafts and fine wood works, while the fresh produce and goods, and really good eats (hand cut fries, potato chips, dips and sauces, fresh rolls, fritters, meats and treats and lemonades and more) tempt your tastebuds and engage you with all the various aromas. There are picnic tables so you can try everything, atm machines so you can afford everything, multiple buildings to explore, wares to marvel at, interesting people, live musicians, an outlet mall over the road, tons of parking and even a bouncy castle, horse drawn wagon rides and train rides. Go early so you can get as much time here as you can. There is also a further agricultural element to the market. The 'stock' exchange takes place in a designated area of the market building. When the floor is open you can hear both cattle and bidders. Animal auctions are also held on outdoor grounds and crowds can swell to be quite large as interest turns to each lot trotted out for display to all. (we've only seen horses and cattle, but there are also probably other lots - not sure how often the auctions are). Last Saturday we also watched several children feed some penned ducks and look at and learn about sheep, a cow and a goat. Did I mention there are also horse drawn wagon rides?! Things are in full swing here, during the warm summer months on Saturdays - with some things going on all year. It is best to check the website for the dates and full hours as things shut down around 3:30pm. There truly is something here for every member of the family.
Amazing lots of fresh vegetables and meats gifts everything definitely worth the visit will make it a regular trip from here on
This is a decent location to go for shopping for outlet stores. There are stores for clothes, baby products, cookware, shoes, and travel gear. There is also a barber shop in the area. It is conveniently located next to the St. Jacob's market, so on Saturday and Thursday, shopping at the farmer's market is possible. Unfortunately as of late, many of the stores have been closing, so you do see a large amount of empty storefronts. I do know that they had a new developer that took over around 2018. This is a fairly high traffic area, so watch out. Parking can be crowded on Saturdays in particular.
Love the atmosphere Food is great. Although it's busy it's a great place to enjoy with friends and family
I am usually very lenient in my reviews yet my stop to this market was less than enjoyable ! I arrived on an off day market day so I was almost alone in the tiny mall ! There are no treasures or pricing deals to be had at this mall in my opinion ! If your wallet is thick you will enjoy the very personalized attention in the various stores but if your wallet is thin like mine I will personally stick to thrift and antique shops that litter the Waterloo Wellington area!
More vacancies than active stores it seems but given the pandemic it is understandable.
Very disappointed. Half stores are closed and open ones have high prices. Don't waste you time.
Went to tootsies to buy work boots , great friendly knowledge staff.
Lots of crafts yeah lots of vegetables Meats pretty good perogies
Great little outlet mall not as busy and full of stores as it use to but love the Levi's outlet and the ice cream/fudge shop
Have a great variety of articles, something for everyone. Nice clean store and everything is displayed nicely.
Went on a Sunday afternoon, parking was available. Went to Naturalizer for shoes. Had style and size. Seems like a quiet location.
Some great deals to be had here especially in shoes, linens and kitchen stuff.
Great tourist spot and good place to take your kids. The lego store is so cool.
This place is great!! SATURDAYS you'll find anything you want or looking for!! From homemade jams and jellys to "dad was looking for one of those " Spend a few hours browsing the many buildings and maybe before you leave you'll grab a freshly made apple????fritter.
Very poor at the moment. So many stores have closed dur to covid.
Very nice medium size mall, good variety.
Great atmosphere. Lots of goods for sale both food and other items.
Nothing special here. Didn't find any great deals or unique offers.
Really liked this outlet, but there are fewer and fewer stores each time we go
